Won’t take a product with a defect. 0% customer service. I won’t go back. -This the only way I can respond. I wasn’t rude to your people at all. I was very nice and asked for help. Your worker proceeded to tell me no then put his cell phone to his face as though I didn’t exist. Wow. -You can post very poor policies in your store all you want. What’s “unbelievable” is the policy in the first place. So that’s fine. Your right to refuse a return as it mine to leave a poor review. -I am not trying to be dramatic but, I haven’t been treated this badly by a business in long time. Thanks

Went in for Kratom, the prices were a bit high. However the owner is very pleasant and professional. I had an issue with my purchase but the owner went out of their way to contact me and was very attentive. There are always going to be problems in a retail business, but it speaks volumes about the business in how well they handled it. They genuinely care about their customers and products.

My experience here was *perfect*!!! This establishment was super organized and accessible. The owner was so very kind and knowledgeable, and the prices were great. I wish downtown Angola had more shops as nice as this one. I will absolutely be back, and will be telling all my people about this truly outstanding village shop!

This place has all the things you want it to have. High value glass and the accessories to go with it. Always helpful staff and great attitudes to boot. Will always trust the opinion and knowledge about their products. The wrap selection is massive. Can’t thank these guys enough for being a trusty “one stop” smoke shop.
