I’ve attempted to go there a number of times - always closed. They don’t have their hours posted where it’s easily accessible. Was still going to try to go until their horrific post against Pulp 716 - now they definitely won’t get my business. You just dug your own grave dude. Diamond status comic shop is closing. What are you? Oh yeah… an arcade that’s made that you’re not ever open and will not get their same level.

Literally just left this place and saying it's amazing is an understatement for sure!! The owner was very attentive to my needs and everyone that was with me. He was patient,respectful and very knowledgeable!! Inventory here is the largest I've ever seen in Western New York,very organized and clean. The food was AMAZING,we had pizza logs, mozzarella sticks,fries and sodas. Gave us cups with ice on request and served everyone with gloves on!!! Anyone that leaves a review less than 5 stars either has a personal issue with the owner or is just simply hating. If I could,id give 10 stars and I will be back for sure!!

Came here for my son’s birthday and it was so much more than I could have expected. The game selection is super clean and organized, he had all the systems and huge variety of games. The arcade area had a good selection of different types of games. The owner was extremely helpful. He was extremely patient with my kids and was more than willing to answer all of the questions no hesitation. If a traditional gamer look no further this place will meet all your needs. Came in for the arcade, but went home with a selection of new Atari games and I can’t wait to get home to play all my new finds.

I was there for the first time today. We were greeted as soon as we came in and if he could help us with anything! Great smile and I was just looking around listening to him talk to everyone in the store. Great with the kids and with all the Moms that were in there. I have been going into gaming stores for a few years it’s always a bit overwhelming for me since I am going in for my grandson. This was a different experience for me. I was comfortable and was not treated with no interest. I will definitely be recommending this store and the owner. Stop in see what he has I am sure you will be impressed

I bought a PS5 from Josh and am very impressed! The console is like new and was the best price I could find. We’ll definitely be back for any of our other gaming needs. Our kiddos love the arcade portion of the store as well!

If you haven’t checked this place out then definitely stop by, there’s a great selection of vintage games and up to date ones as well and alot more with great service from the owner. I recommend this spot for sure if your a collector or a person trying to find a fun spot to go with your friends!

My husband has been researching Nintendo 64 for months, he's been back and forth about buying one. Let me tell you as soon as we walked in the door and the owner introduced himself I knew he was going to buy one. The owner is absolutely amazing, he's is very honest and knows what he is talking about. It's has been a while since we've walked into a place and felt like an actual customer. The atmosphere was amazing and the whole vibe was just amazing. We definitely will be coming back!!!

Hands down the best retro game store with an impressive inventory. I stoped in on my lunch break with a few coworkers and they hooked it up with the DMG GameBoy I've been hunting for years for and a bunch of the games I used to have growing up. The owner is super nice. The dude let me rummage through all his gameboy games, showed us some super cool rare retro games, and and gave me a great price. He knows his stuff and checks the going rate for everything before he gives you a price so you know your not getting scamed. Even if you're not buying anything you have to check this place out.

Took my children for the first time and they loved it. Owner was very friendly yet professional. He really hit it off with the kids and was very knowledgeable. Goes out of his way to bring smiles and keeps the place professional and safe for kids. Needless to say we went back 3 times that week. Every product we brought worked and was reasonably priced.

It's not often I get a chance to take my kids somewhere that I used to experience like when Aladdin's Castle was in the Lockport Mall. Lo's has a mini-arcade set up at his small location in Lockport and I ended up spending 2hrs playing the games he had there with my son. It was a great time and viewing all the nostalgia that I grew up with was awesome. My son and I had a great time together in this Mini-Arcade and hopefully over time maybe it will expand even larger! Lopez was cool and laid back and answered any questions I had about anything in his store. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a flash back to the days of an arcade to check his store out! Some people may complain about the prices of the games to play, but you have to realize that a place like Aladdin's Castle over 25years ago averaged two - 3 quarters to play a game and Lo's only charges an additional quarter for games that still work over 20years later! The hands on game experience is well worth it Vs sitting with a joy stick controller in your hands. You can't play Skee-ball properly with a game controller, you can't experience an actual punching bag game with a controller in your hand. How about a small game of pool? He's got a small setup ready to play that actually takes skill Vs a video game. I personally spent about $40 and got about 2hrs of game play at his store and it was well worth it! I'd recommend going here to spend some game time and then walk to Tom's Diner for food or even next door to La'Ports for something to eat. You can easily kill an afternoon having a good time going to Lo's and then a local diner after words. Thanks again Josh!

I went Christmas shopping for myself today!!! I saved a ton buying rock band from this store and a ps4. Owner was great as always. I love saving money and supporting local small businesses! Also while I was there I saw the owner interacting with kids, he was very kind. Great Arcade and store!!!

10/10 experience, would highly recommend paying this place a visit. Owner is VERY knowledgeable on all things. Store is very well organized with an incredible selection of games to choose from, could easily spend hours looking at the inventory alone. I came in to purchase games for my Famicom and was pleasantly surprised by the what he had to offer. He also helped me figure out how I could hook up my vintage system to a modern television, which worked perfectly. The place is stocked with all sorts of things like Legos, trading cards, and anything gaming related. Even though it is a bit of a drive for me it is 100% worth the trip.

Beyond amazing customer service!!! reached out for a gaming system for my kid for Christmas. He had multiple options to choose from and the price beat anything I've seen anywhere!!! Will definitely be a returning customer.. highly recommend!!!
