đź‘Ťđź‘Ť Always greeted with friendly staff. Very clean and nicely decorated as per season. They always offer cold bottles of water from their mini fridge. The bathroom is always clean and sanitary. The doctor is always kind and easy to talk to. No issues with this establishment whatsoever.

Crossroads has gone down hill. I've been going here for 3 years. When I first started there they were amazing. In the past year or so many things have changed. They used to have peer support specialists that would check in often. I had an incredibly helpful specialist. She helped me so much. Now I haven't heard from a peer support person in over 10 months. It's now basically come in every 28 days, get your script and that's it. No counseling, a five minute appointment with the doctor. I really need more counseling. Which like I said crossroads used to provide that.

All the staff is very nice and understanding. They're all very considerate about my medical issues and they know it's hard for me to make it to the office and let me do tele-visit which i appreciate very much! The doctor is a great guy! He genuinely cares about you and what is going on in your life. Dr. Bojewski Is one of the best doctors I've ever had in this kind of program to the Bradford Pa office.

Been to several clinics over the past decade, and of all of them, this is the one I’d recommend. Can only speak on one practitioner but she is fantastic. Front office staff are all very friendly and professional. Even when they’re running around to cover multiple jobs due to staffing issues they are attentive and personable. these ladies deserve a raise for all they do. 5 stars.

Very patient with me and I didn't understand how too work the zoom app. Then when I get in the meeting room with the doctor, I had no sound in with the doctor. Then one of the lady came back in the doctors room with me and fixed the problem right away. Then she left and everything worked out. So thank you .

I’ve been going to Crossroads vs. ARH for years and I never got denied a visit to see the Doctor . They denied me treatment because they said I had a Copay and my insurance company told me they can’t refuse me that’s my right? Then when I went outside to talk on the phone to the insurance people when I went inside they told me I stepped outside so I wouldn’t be able to go even if I did have the Copay and I never even did my assessment or checked in yet… plus I have witnesses that will even say they always go outside.. I didn’t even give them my urine yet and she said I wouldn’t be able to see the Doctor cause l stepped outside???????? Huh?????! Really????? Ok I’m trying to get in touch with Mr . Linked can someone help me?

It all really depends on who you are. Any time I’ve had a problem and I’ve tried to be honest so I can get past the issue it’s always a lost cause. Either the call center tells you to ask them when you get there to address the issue of the office ppl tell you to call the call center. Also its advised that you can do telemedicine on the website However that’s definitely not the case!! I’ve been given the telemedicine appts many times while I didn’t have transportation but recently have had 2 serious emergencies and had already been going without my medication for several days and they told me I could only have one if I emailed them proof of verification if documentation of exactly what health problem I heeded to go to the hospital did. Thants crazy, I decided not to share that info so again i lmk going without my meds. I’ve learned not to ask about most things just figure it our when I leave somehow. It’s awful
