Love Panera! My only issue with this location hence the 4 stars is they have a drive through that you can’t always use ,Other than that food is delicious and business is always clean , staff is friendly haven’t had a bad experience or meal yet

Panera has been and still is on my rich of things that rich people do. I paid $17 for a basic salad and unsweetened tea. Among this list of rich people things is Wegmans, cable TV, and owning a boat. Ordering from Panera. It is a pretty costly basic salad.

Good food, but I ordered a half sandwich and got probably a corner of the half sandwich. We love the food, but you can't charge $10 for a corner piece of bread. 2 starts because of quick delivery and my wife's salad was ok.

Don't waste your time getting the Cheddar broccoli maccaroni and cheese bread bowl. The portion of maccaroni and cheese is so small it is definitely not worth the money.

This is a busy Panera location, but I have always gotten great service. Jenna, who took my order last time, was very sweet. The team operates as a well-oiled machine here, so I can count on getting the correct order quickly!

I really enjoy Panera. Everything I eat there is spectacular. It’s just cost a lot of money to eat there. No preservatives or additives in anything. Just love it there.

Food was fine but what I'm complaining about was the price.... I ordered a Qt of chicken noodle soup and wanted mostly broth and that's what I did receive. They also included 4 little bags of chips for a total cost of $24.82 . I realize everything is expensive but to me this is outrageous... Ugh Sorry I just had to vent !!!

Never had an issue at Panera but today I did. The 2 older ladies as cashiers gave me a hard time about a cup. Instead of saying oh they'll give it to you at the end. They both got loud and kept asking me what's my order name. I signed as a guest on the tablet. I'm new to this location. So my bad for not knowing.😒 They usually have the cups out.

I have had great experiences here with friendly staff and great food. However, today I did a rapid pick up for a green Greek goddess salad and the avocado was black. Mind you I was on lunch break and was starving so I picked off the avocado and took a bite of the egg that was rotten tasting. I feel like puking now 30 minutes later.

I usually go to the Orchard Park, NY one. Always good food. Love the Asian crispy salad. Soups are great. Usually clean tables but sometimes they need a wipe down.

I ordered delivery by Door Dash. You sent an order that I had placed several weeks earlier instead of the order that I placed that day. The dasher contacted me to tell me that he knew he was delivering the wrong order, that he tried three times to show you what my correct order for that day was but you wouldn’t listen to him. Ridiculously poor service on your part.

The staff is so kind and patient however the management or manager Peter has very poor customer care and is very rude. I took a chance on take out I’m just disappointed with the experience and food all together.

I love this Panera located in Orchard Park. I enjoy sitting outside surrounded by the flowers. It's beautiful. The food is also delicious. Everything we've ordered here has been great. I can't wait to go back!

Simply can't go wrong here. A plethora of good food. Sandwiches, Soups, Drinks and So Many Dessert Choices Its Hard To Decide. Too big of a Menu to post all but know there's a lot more. Go For It.

Stopped in to grab a Specialty coffee, espresso machine was down. This is only reason I am not giving them 5 stars. I purchased to go Asian Sesame Salad (was so delicious!) Also took home an Asiago Focaccia & 3 Chocolate Crossants. The Focaccia was delicious warmed up to go w/home made lasagna. The Crossants, so airy & the Chocolate creme was light, very delicous! Will definitely stop back in when I am in the area!!

I'm really disappointed lately usually the hype PANERA for a fresh salad last few times I been brown lettuce mixed in it's expensive I thought that's what I pay extra $$ for very aggravating to pick through a salad with little time on a lunch break If anyone knows where I can get fresh salad please direct me hopefully Panera brings back the FRESH CRISP LETTUCE

Real food that tastes great. Lots of healthy (and unhealthy :)) options. Their mac and cheese in a bread bowl is a one way trip to flavortown!

Everything was dirty, both the coffee area and drink area were sticky, spills everywhere, napkins empty, two of the coffee pots were out or spitting out grinds, floors were dirty, tables were not wiped down from previous patrons at all in the 2 hrs I was there working from my computer. If it wasn't for the sip club, I would have left shortly after arriving. Bathrooms were GROSS!!!

Disappointed in the Caesar salad. Stale croutons. Dressing is now served on the side in tiny cups that are inconvenient to deal with and not what I expect for dine in service (and obviously handled by others). Outside dining area floor surface is littered and unkept.

For the price the food was disappointing. I had the pick 2 with the macaroni & cheese and half of the chipotle chicken sand which. The container of the mac & cheese was filled only 3/4 of the container and the sand which was mostly bread and dry. Very underwhelming for the price. Not the best location from my experiences.

The food is super yummy, staff is a little impatient but would still definitely recommend grabbing lunch here

Great food love the app. Atmosphere is great but need curbside or keep your drive thru openfor people are disabled or have young children . Then they don't have to run in and pick up there takeout food.

Wasn't the best bc the store had run out of spinach and couldn't make my green passion smoothie that I need to live.. (lol)

The new Fiji apple cranberry tea/lemonade is to die for. Literally one of the best beverages I've had

Food was very good..little bit of a wait but worth it.

I wish this location had more attention to detail. Ordered lunch for my staff today and they forgot one of the soups in a "You pick 2". This is not the first time something has been missing from a delivery order from this store- left off the "extra croutons" that were paid for on a prior order. Best to not get delivery from here and check your order when you pick it up!

We love ordering here for a quick, healthy dinner. So easy ordering right online.
