Usually excellent food, but absolutely ABYSMAL customer service. After waiting 15 minutes in the restaurant at the pickup rack for my takeout order I asked what was going on. The staff found my food had been accidentally left at their counter (as if it was a dine-in order), and not moved to their pickup rack. Better yet my 6:20pm Pickup order was made early at 6:03pm, and then sat on their counter for 35 minutes until I asked about it. No offer to remake any of our food - just arrogant attitude from their staff saying "I should have asked sooner". So I paid $75 for cold food, half of which (the fried items) got thrown out. Used the contact form on their website and got no response. We were regular dine-in and takeout customers, and would always buy from their food trucks whenever we saw them. Now I won't spend another dime on their food, and they have lost a loyal customer. I hope it was worth it.

Excellent food selection, from fish, chicken, pork, braised beef tacos to 'Crack' Potatoes, nachos, beer, wine & specialty drinks all centered around a Mexican theme. They have a soccer table, projection TV, and amazing service. If you're in the area, this is a must stop. Right on main Street in Williamsville/Amherst, plenty of parking in the back. Main entrance on the street side if walking or parking available out front.

Amazing food and restaurant, unfortunately they have gone down the same rabbit hole lowering the quality of service to the new “order yourself and hope you get what you want mentality” Switched to self service tablet that does not allow you to remove all items only make a note and hope it doesn’t mess up. Ordering takes 4x longer than previously and then the kiosk asks for a 20% tip by default. Ordering iPads have no business in this industry. So can’t say we can come back and support this as it’s encompass everything wrong with the way society is going. Service based industry that no longer offers service but wants a tip anyways.

Had a great experience except for the bar tender... he was a dush bag. For sure. Thought he was better than everyone.. also said when we had enough drinks. Like we are kids.. tacos super small.. hope u have a better time than I did!!!

Good location, very fast service when you order take-out around lunch hours. My burritos were often ready in just 5 minutes after I ordered.

Good food, a little pricey, but the burritos are MASSIVE. I got the weekly special of Kahlua pork, it was too wet and made the burrito very soggy and almost inedible. The bartender was very helpful, polite, and quick. He cleared tables as well as served.

First time ever going to Lloyd’s somehow. I got 3 to-go tacos and were ready promptly in the estimated window given online. The flavor was great, I got an old school chicken beef and pork taco. Unfortunately the tortillas were severely undercooked and super soggy. The tacos were sitting in about a half inch of juices. This made them impossible to eat with your hands without 400 paper towels in arms reach. Overall like I said great flavor but the tortillas were an absolute trainwreck. I would definitely give em another shot could’ve been a fluke.

Everything about this place is mediocre at best . I travel a lot and love tacos and Mexican food. And this place was not hitting on much . A $4 taco is like 21/2 inches and a 12 oz bottle coke $4

After dinner at Bar-Bill, we knew that we wanted to enjoy a good cocktail. We decided to enjoy a mojito and Moscow mule. Both were delicious and I wish we were still hungry because the tacos at this place looked great too. Another reason to go back

Food around was fantastic. Tacos were great and most especially the fried potatoes with the flavorful sauces was absolutely delicious! The only reason why I'm giving four-stars is because the price is a bit excessive for very small tacos and coming from Canada you're looking at almost $5 at Taco which is quite insane.

One of my favorite places to eat! I always try to give myself time to swing in here when I’m in the area. Everything is so good! Portions are large too!

This was our first time and Gary who was bartending, was very personable and patient as our daughter has allergies, and Gary was able to help us through our order. We ordered a variety of tacos and quesadillas and all of them were phenomenal and rich in flavor. This place is a must try.

Customer service is beyond lousy! Don’t be in a hurry and come in during lunch because you’ll be expected to order by kiosk which takes customers FOREVER to navigate! It’s their job to take my order unless they wanna change the prices to fast food as well! But wait….after you put in your order yourself you’re asked to tip! Apparently, this company doesn’t pay their employees enough and expects me too! Also, I wanted to pay in cash to avoid kiosk of time absorption. Sign says pay cash at the bar but there was nobody working it! If I’m asked or expected to tip for service allow your employees to give service, period! On top of everything else, the establishment has no phone and cannot take incoming calls as well if they mess up your order or whatever. You’ll need to make a special trip for whatever your communication needs may be. Owners don’t deserve the business they get! Bottom line….they don’t appreciate it!

Exceptional service & great staff!!! I’ve been craving this since my 1st time here. The food was amazing, an explosion of flavor in my mouth. Ordered the El Camino bills bowl, very tasty. Will be back soon

Food is always good. Unique menu and tasty. The employees aren’t very helpful or friendly, though. Recommend ordering online.

Interesting menu , different options for vegetarians. Everything tastes great. Nice atmosphere and plenty of seating options It is mostly self service for placing the order for food and picking up once it is ready. Also has an attached bar and plenty of drinks to choose from. There is a soccer table which the kids will enjoy.

Update: Had about the same experience. Nothing bad, nothing exceptional. Had a nice IPA, enjoyed the Pork sandwich instead of tacos, and ordered some delicious churros. There was a live band this evening and they were even airing Rugrats on the projector. Quirky, fun place with okay but overpriced food and drinks. Staff was nice and the restaurant was clean. Can't ask for much else. There wasn't much seating and we had to fight for a table after our group gathered at the bar initially. Otherwise nice time! Had a good quick lunch here. Make sure to order the large size taco. The 4 small ones are a very bad value honestly I don't know why they sell them. Maybe it makes sense for people at the Lloyd's food truck that are willing to pay a premium for being able to eat the taco on the run but if you're eating in just get the larger size.

Do you like Chicken and Waffles? how about Mexican food? well you're in luck with the Dirty South el Camino bowl, like Hannah Montana, you get the best of both worlds. Shuffleboard and arcade games to play, Finding Nemo was on so it was a great experience. Worth the move from Seattle.

Amazing experience. We ordered tacos, a burrito, NY cheesecake with strawberry and rhubarb compote, and the Crack-ed Potatoes and washed it down with a cold glass bottle of coke. It was all delicious.

🫤 This was horrible! The watery pasta was returned and I got another plate of watery pasta! It splashed all over my clothes. I'm not complaining about the service, that was fine, but the food? Who decided it was okay to service this? The bread ended up soggy and the chicken parmesan.
