Jeremy at Gem Design and his fantastic staff have earned all of my jewelry business pretty much forever. The attention to detail and customer service is completely unmatched in every regard. I recommend all my friends and family to go there for any needs. Jeremy, the owner, does phenomenal custom jewelry himself, in-house. My wife's engagement ring was done by Jeremy himself, as was her wedding band. The attention he gave me was extremely personalized, and his workmanship is unmatched. Jeremy wants the finished product to be perfect, so he never up-sells something unreasonable or outside your price range. There were times where he talked me down from something that would have been "too much", because of his honesty and commitment to quality. We worked on a custom design for over a week, and I started feeling bad, thinking I was taking too much time. Jeremy kept assuring me, he wants the result to be perfect, there's no need to rush. He was right. You might think, "what about his prices?" Best in town. No question. I stopped at a "competitors" store that had a 50% off sale, and Jeremy's REGULAR prices beat them handily. Not to mention, better quality, better displays, more modern pieces. I needed a white-gold chain to go with a pendant, so he found the perfect length and cut that he knew would awe, then reduced the price because I was buying the two together. I never asked for a deal, Jeremy just did it anyways. Gem Design does top-quality repair and restoration of faded pieces. My wife and I have had possibly a dozen items cleaned, tightened, polished, repaired, etc. If for some reason the team doesn't feel 100% confident, they'll send you to the right spot. We had an antique piece that Jeremy didn't know well enough, so he referred us to a trusted colleague. When my wife's family visits from out of town, they have started bringing their jewelry to Gem Design for upkeep. Honesty and professionalism at the highest levels. If Gem Design hadn't already won over my trust and loyalty with their business model, they also have a giant fluffy Newfoundland named Vader, who is possible the best "shop-dog" I've ever met. Is there a more complete package anywhere? I cannot fully describe the professionalism, honesty, and quality of Jeremy and the Gem Design team. They have won all my business, forever, and I recommend them to friends, family, neighbors, anyone. You'll never have a better experience at any other store, period. I met the owner Jerome at a bridal show. He offered me a ring sizing and clean-up offer I couldn't refuse! He seemed very genuine. When I showed up at his shop I came to know he was. He did an incredible job on restoring and sizing my antique engagement ring that's been in my fiance's family for at least a few generations. I was so pleased I brought my grandmother's cluster diamond cocktail ring in tobe resized. The staff there were incredible and did a beyond breathtaking job on it just like the 1st one! I couldn't be more pleased to find a business with people who are so genuine, nice, caring and empathetic!!! I refuse to go anywhere else now for fine jewelry! If I could give them 20 STARS I would. I had my HS ring stolen almost 30 years ago. I contacted the original makers JOSTENS and they couldn’t do anything for me, because they no longer had the mold/cast. I called around to nearly 10 jewelers, they immediately said NO or they were either priced to the heavens! But then I found Jeremy at Gem Designs. I am over the moon at how it turned out. He replicated my high school ring from scratch. Customer service was on par. Nice shop, I am telling all my friends and family to see Jeremy!!!

I cannot thank Jeremy enough for the beautiful engagement ring and custom wedding band that he created for me. Visited a couple jewelers and was looking for a Christmas gift for my wife before I checked out Gem Design. They had both the great service that I needed, and the great jewelry items that I wanted for for my wife. The employee that was helping me was very patient and knowledgeable, and I had her pull out most of the earrings they had there before settling on a nice pair of Green Amethyst earrings and an 18 inch string of gorgeous pearls. Four years ago, I purchased a very pretty Swarovski ring for my 11 year old Granddaughter. She is now 15 and loves that ring so much, she's worn it everyday since. I wanted it to be a "forever" ring, so I asked Jeremy to recreate and make it a ring my Granddaughter could cherish forever. He then, casted a new setting and recreated it with actual diamonds, and it is "absolutely gorgeous." I cannot emphasize enough, just how pleased I am with Jeremy 's beautiful recreation! My Granddaughter will love it!

Beautiful work! Jeremy, Suzanne and staff are wonderful. Never having designed our own ring before and using our own raw gems they made the process so much easier than anticipated. We went through 3 rendering/drawings until the 3rd time was a charm! They were very kind and very patient through out the process with the changes that we made.
