We noticed they had a pub quiz on a wednesday so booked a table, fantastic dog friendly pub. The quiz was excellent very entertaining much better than the average pub quiz not too serious and great fun. The food was exceptionally good we had eaten at Paul Ainsley and Rick Stiens and the food here was not out of place, exceptional value for money, the staff are great, helpful and efficient. If your looking for nice food thats not going to cost a fortune highly recommended.

Lovely drink upstairs with views of the sea. Didn't eat anything today but menu looked brilliant. Seating out front and back. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Lovely pub grub and relaxed vibes. Great view of the harbour/sea. The food was decent and the dessert was fab. Bao buns pulled jackfruit...tasty. Mac and cheese not as tasty as it looked :( Warm Belgian waffle and sticky toffee pudding was yummy.

On the harbour side at Padstow. An oldie world looking pub. Beer garden at back or tables out the front. Has a restaurant upstairs. Good service good food.

We stopped in for lunch. The service was excellent. We had a shared starter and the sauces were lovely. I had the fish and fries. The fish was cooked perfectly and the batter was sensational. All in all a great lunch experience. Thanks.

Food was lovely, we did have a little wait but it was a busy August evening. Ethan was our waiter and was polite and helpful. We would have liked peas instead of coleslaw with our steaks but having said that our coleslaw was very tasty. Would have had dessert but we were told there would be at least half an hour wait so we didn’t in the end.

We’ve been a few times and it’s always consistent… easy food, good beer and it’s dog friendly!

Great location and lovely atmosphere in upstairs dining area. The food was traditional pub food but very good value. The wait for the food was just right. Lots of chips (too many really). My personal preference would have been an option for Cornish new potatoes and some salad. Service was good. We were also very impressed with the Singer downstairs on Sunday night. Great song selection and very good guitarist and voice. Nice to see this pub back on the up. Keep up the good work and have a think about a chip option! Thanks.
