Very nice place with heritage temples and architecture. Best to reach the location by private transport. Accommodation facility also may available. This place is also famous for the 'Rash Utsav'.

This is a hidden gem in West Bengal..160 km away from kolkata, take NH 6, pass Kolaghat and go towards Khargapur, then move past Pataspur and you will reach there. We booked the heritage Tillotoma room. 2000/- per pax per day inclusive of food. You will have a dedicated manager and cook. We are greeted with lebur sarbat. Then around 1.30 PM, we had our lunch - rice, dal, alubhaja, chahcra, katla fish, pabda fish, chutney, papad, sweet and curd. Then we moved to Sabang for the famous Madur industry. In the evening we had a walk across all the temples inside the palace and then watched Sandhya arati..evening snacks were veg pakoda and alur chop..and finally at night roti and chicken. All the food is very tasty and delicious. In the morning I had breakfast with roti and aloor torkari. . Mr. Mohapatra, the owner himself called multiple times and looked after every detail. He also provided the contact details of the madur industry..Overall an excellent experience..I would recommend everyone to visit and feel the experience..

Absolute time warp experience. The Mughal Empire Palace bears the history of Bengali ancient cultures and architecture. The staff are really great and the cooking is beyond anything. Lovely experience I had over there.

It is wonderful place to stay in Royal environment. This royal palace is declared as heritage Rajbari by WB government. This place is very historical place and nearabout it is 450 years old. There are shiv temple, Durga dalan and Radha-Krisnaji temple. The palace is surrounded by lush green forests and fields. Atmosphere is awesome. Guests are entertained here with great hospitality. The atmosphere of Rajbari is very homely and foods are just awesome.
