Do Not Eat Here!!!!!! I ordered the small Philly Cheese steak sandwich and when they handed me my container it was so light I thought they handed me an empty container. When I opened it and saw that nothing was on that bread except for cheese about four slices of meat a couple slices of onions and green peppers the lady next to me said that that my sandwich looked terrible and maybe Subway would have been a better choice at least I would have gotten some meat on my sandwich. My sandwich was $6.98 and my Coke was $3.59. this is way too expensive for bread and a little bit of cheese a couple pieces of meat that didn't even cover the whole bread and only covered a quarter of the bread and then the peppers and onions I didn't even get the mushrooms that I ordered with my sandwich. Do not waste your money on this place!

We ordered delivery so I can’t speak for the inside of the building. I know it’s located inside Walmart which took McDonald’s place. I find this to be a welcomed change. I will say our dinner was excellent. The cheesesteaks and fries arrived hot, fresh and smelled delicious. We had food leftover for the next day since the portions are generous. I definitely recommend the Philly Cheesesteak with bacon. It’s easy to customize a sandwich to your own liking. Our food was delivered quickly and still hot when it arrived. This wasn’t our first time eating at Charleys but it was the first order at this location. Everything was consistent and tasted great. We will order again.

Went to charleys on little rd and the ladys there were even greatter than the food ...great customer service and sweet. Food was delicious as well 3/18/23

Horrible service, rude staff who don't listen to the customer resulting in the order being wrong because they are to busy talking to each other then the paying customer Infront of them! Then giving you attitude because they screwed up the order and the customer asking for it to be remade the correct way. Won't be back and way over priced for not only the quality of the food but the service!

This Charleys location is absolutely wonderful. Since my wife and I frequent that Walmart we have went to this location on average once a week since it opened, and haven't had a single bad experience. The closest was that I tried a new cheese stake that didn't agree with my body and it ended up making me nauseous, so I told the person I recognized as the boss, and stressed that I just wanted to let him know so the problem could be looked into. He ended up giving me a free cheese stake for my trouble. The food itself, while pricey, is amazing. Their wings are big, flavorful, and meaty. There have been cheese stakes I didn't like, but that is always a risk you take when you try something new. The cooks have never, not even once given me the wrong order. As far as atmosphere goes it does feel like you are in a little restaurant that is inside a walmart, but they can't really be blamed for the reality of it.
