Service was super friendly. Location was clean. All flavors in stock. We got chocolate and mint chocolate chip cones. They didn't have the matcha donut in stock, but the lady made it on request That being said, I definitely do not recommend them for cake orders. I tried to order one 3 times. 2 of the 3 times the cake wasn't there, even after I had confirmed it 2 days before pick up. The manager gave me a different ready made cake in the freezer, so I had something for the event, but it wasn't ideal. One time, the name was spelled wrong, and I was asked to go to publix to ask them to fix it.

Ordered a unicorn ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday at her request (she specifically asked for this cake that we found online from Baskin Robbins). Requested to pick it up at 12pm the next day. The girl that took my order said the manager would call me back to confirm price but the cake would be ready for pickup at the desired time. I never received a call from the manager so I called to check in and see if the cake was ready for pick up. They apparently lost my order form and wouldn’t tell me if the cake was made or not. Said that they would have a manager call me. I asked 3 times to tell me whether the cake was made or not (because at this point I would have to find another option). She finally told me they don’t have my cake made. I asked for the manager to call me as soon as possible. 5 hours later and still no call from the manager. I’m really disappointed, we’ve always gone to Baskin Robbins for birthday cakes. Now they’ve lost my business. And a chocolate ice cream UNICORN cake is impossible to get last minute. So now they are responsible for letting down a sweet 5 year old girl that had her heart set on that cake. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

They won't answer the phone and when they finally do, they hang up on you! Unprofessional! Worried about a birthday order! Arrive at the store and order not ready. It was supposed to be a birthday gift. I ordered the DIY sundae kit. Was supposed to be so special. What I ended up with was disappointing. I was embarrassed when it was opened. Not all items were available from my order so substitutions were made. No sundae cups given, no utensils, no napkins, hot fudge was not hot and a glob of old mush! Could not be reheated. One quart of ice cream wasn't even full. Manager hiding in the back and never came out to apologize or take responsibility. The store is a disaster. Never again.

Ordered a two scoop sundae. The ice cream was freezer burned and the cherry on top tasted like cough medicine 😬 Not a pleasant experience

It's the little details that make all the difference, this was my first time ever ordering a pup cup and they were happy to give us one free of charge and my little dog loved it. Thank you ❤️

Crew at the Baskin Robbins on Ehrlich Rd is friendly, fast and so helpful. I took my son there for a treat after his flag football game and they were awesome! Donuts were fres and ice cream served up with smiles, despite ordering ice cream at 10 a.m.!

Went to get some ice cream a couple of hours ago. My friend and I walked in and were not greeted. We looked at the flavors. There were several employees all standing around together ignoring us. Finally one guy came over and asked if we needed help (DUH!). When he put the scoop of ice cream in the cone he didn't push it down and so my friend's ice cream fell on the counter... I thankfully, was lucky. Then, time to pay... nobody at the register. Apparently waiting for someone to put their drawer in the register because the other person couldn't help us. Waited several minutes before we were rung up so I ended up eating a lot of my ice cream before even getting to sit down. NEVER AGAIN will I go to this place. Are the employees not trained properly? Are they not told how to relate with customers? Awful experience...
