Unfortunately I did not have a great experience here. The lady's were lovely and explained everything clearly. On the other hand the dentist was rude. He told my husband "I bet you don't have 2,500$ to pay for me to work on your teeth right ?" "do you have kids I suggest when you do tell them to brush their teeth 3 times a day" I understand we don't have insurance but you can't assume how much money an individual has or devalue them based on money. We went to this dental office because obviously we need dental service I understand that my husband teeth need work but isn't that the reason we are there? Felt very judged by this dentist comments that were Unnecessary.Sadly good customer service and empathy towards others is hard to come by.

Great place! I’ve been going to this location for several years now. The office ladies have always been in a great mood and happy to help. They do well with their scheduling because I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointments. Margarita has always been the one who has cleaned my teeth and she is excellent! She’s great at making sure you’re comfortable and giving helpful tips on keeping your teeth clean. This is a very professional place and you can tell everybody that works there cares about what they do!

I should have read the reviews. These people will schedule for a new appointment and not tell you that it is NOT a cleaning. You are only going to get X-rays and an "evaluation" for what type of cleaning you "need." No one I talked to communicated this with me or I would not have wasted my time! I have never been to a dentist that wouldn't clean my teeth the day I scheduled my appointment (in 30 years and multiple states). No one said I'm sorry they didn't tell you after I made it to their office. Mr. denton, you treat people like their time doesn't matter and that is disrespectful. I would not recommend and I hope people read this review to avoid wasting their time.

This is a great place to go for your teeth cleaning. First, the office is conveniently located. It’s easy to get to with plenty of parking. Another thing I like is how you can easily schedule appointments online. (More points for convenience!) The ladies at the front desk are super sweet. If you are getting a cleaning, I highly recommend Margarita Caro for your dental hygienist . If you have sensitive teeth or just hate getting dental work done, then you need to request her for sure! She made me completely relaxed and her hands are so gentle… I barely noticed I was getting my teeth cleaned! (Thanks Margarita! 🙏)

I went there as a new patient yesterday. Everyone that works there is very friendly, which is a giant bonus when you’ve spent your entire life terrified of the dentist. It’s also the first time I’ve been to a dentist, and I haven’t felt like they’re trying to scam you for money by telling you that you need more work done than you do. I definitely found my new dentist in Tampa! Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone.

This office is very professional. The staff was absolutely amazing. Front desk was very friendly and so was the rest of the staff. I was called at exactly my appointment time. The Dr was very informative and answered all my questions. They were very thorough and did not try to pressure me into getting my work done. They respected my decision to take all the information home so i can go over it with my parents. They were not in a rush and I had alot of questions. When you walk in the office smelled very good made me forget I was in a dental office. I definitely recommend this office.

Great office the girls in the front are super helpful especially Diana she’s always smiling, laughing and trying to make everyone feel comfortable. Once in the back I felt safe and at ease. Dr. Breton has a great hand I didn’t feel anything and the assistant just wonderful chair side manners. I found my forever dental office

I am new to Florida and started to have a toothache. I called yesterday and was brought in the same day to be seen. I needed a root canal which they did not do. I checked with my insurance and the group they recommended did not take my insurance. I was able to find a dr that saw me today and did a root canal this afternoon.

Ever since my first appointment, all of my experiences at this Advanced Dental location have been great! I’m constantly referring all of my family and friends here, the staff is always so friendly and professional. Dr. Bretón is very knowledgeable and great at what he does, also special shout-out to Diana she always makes sure patients are taken care of and have a great experience at the dentist.

The best experience you could have had, excellent treatment from the entire team, I recommend them. Thank you for your professionalism and dedication.
