zero
if
it
were
available.
RUN
the
other
way,
do
NOT
go
to
this
office
if
you
want
a
staff
that
cares
about
their
patients
and
their
needs.
I
can't
speak
for
the
Dr.
as
I
never
had
the
chance
to
meet
him.
I
took
time
off
of
a
VERY
busy
schedule
to
establish
with
this
office
(my
primary
care
Dr.
passed
away).
The
first
available
appointment
was
a
month
and
a
half
away.
I
received
2
calls
verifying
my
appt
date
and
time.
When
I
got
there,
the
staff
told
me
my
appt.
was
2
days
prior.
I
make
my
living
making
appointments.
I
have
never
gotten
one
wrong
in
37
years.
They
were
quite
cold
about
it.
They
were
not
interested
in
hearing
about
it
or
working
with
me
at
all.
No
apologies,
no
nothing.
They
wouldn't
see
me
even
though
I
was
out
of
my
asthma
meds
and
needed
a
refill
nor
would
they
refill
my
meds
until
they
saw
me.
Next
appt.
was
a
month
off.
They
clearly
do
not
care
about
patients
or
their
needs
since
they
were
more
than
willing
to
allow
me
go
for
the
next
month
without
my
asthma
meds.
I'm
thankful
I
found
out
about
them
before
I
actually
got
established
with
them.
I
repeat,
RUN
the
other
way,
do
NOT
go
to
this
office
if
you
want
a
staff
that
cares
about
their
patients
and
their
needs.
