my husband and i moved in less then a week ago & we absolutely love it here so far. the location of this complex is safe and quiet. the front desk staff are friendly and made the entire process super easy. maintenance was quick to help us with a door lock issue. there’s so many beautiful amenities to take advantage of & all the residents seem nice . there’s also tons of parking spots which is great! ALTHOUGH, could have very well been a five star if it wasn’t for our move in disappointment. coming from pvb the day of to receive our keys, our unit was not deep cleaned, more so just spot swept. dust all along floor boards, build up in the showers and sinks, fridge had leftover food residue, stained bedroom carpet, spiders in every corner, filthy balcony + door handles and so many dings + holes throughout the unit. it also does not seem like the outdoor hallways by your front doors get cleaned, it’s very stained and dirty. i feel as if calling these units “luxury” is a bit of a stretch. it was extremely unfortunate walking into all of this. truly just seemed like we moved in right after someone moved out without the office doing a proper inspection. i’d just suggest future residents to hire a cleaning crew the second you receive your keys or get down and dirty yourself !

I have lived her for a year now, and even transferred units to continue leasing here. The office and maintenance team here at Hue Watercolor Place are great people! They show up every day and do what they can to help the residents here have a comfortable living situation. The property is well kept and maintained by a professional staff. The service is excellent and responsive, even when I had a minor issue with package delivery the office team was quick to respond and followed up with details. They do a great job of keeping the tenants in the loop with updates, notifications, announcements, and even awesome activity events! Shout out to Yosemary, Joanna, Tony, and the rest of the staff for always being so nice and pleasant. Thank you!!

Our AC system stopped running so; we scheduled a maintenance service call. Matt showed up very quickly and had the issue figured out within minutes! Matt was very polite, professional and knowledgeable! He even provided us with great tips on how to keep the drain line clean to avoid the issue from happening again in the future! Also, make sure to change the filter once a month; which are available at the office at no charge! Excellent service!!!! Very happy we are cool again!!! Thank you!

Love love love my new home! Working with Sienna has been an absolutely amazing experience. She has made this whole process incredibly easy and stress free! The apartment itself is gorgeous, modern, and has a plethora of fantastic amenities!
