Two years ago this was an amazing place to live! New management is awful. There are cigarettes butts everywhere and even though there are dog bags no one uses them and no one picks up. We get zero benefits no sense of community even though rent is sky high. There are no community events here, no activities. The management does nothing. Maintenance is fantastic and repair fast though no upgrades in the apartments. Everything is old. The pool is small and not heated. The pool is not locked and locals who are not renters use it. My rent increased by $350 per month over last year with zero value for that. The contracted workers leave trash everywhere and and build up the trash containers which we pay for and you have trash overflowing. There are cars that are abandoned everywhere. All these issues I brought to the attention of the office via e-mail, calls and tickets and nothing gets done.

Every single person has a dog(s) here and I never hear them and when I take my own dog out there has never been any mess. I'm really impressed with this community. My air went out during one of our infamous 100+ degree days and it was fixed within 15 minutes of me submitting a maintenance request - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings Maintenance even saw me struggling to get a 100lbs mattress up my stairs and promptly offered to bring it up for me. This really is a great place. My A/C was out and it was fixed within 5 minutes of showing up but maintenance stayed extra 15 minutes and flushed the system to make sure sure the system would not have problems in the future. Ive obliterated been here 2 months but I'm very impressed so far. If you are considering enclave there is not a better place

We are very busy professionals. Jess was amazing to work with! However, Quinn is no help at all. I am surprised that when she is working this place can lease an apartment! I spoke to her and needed to come into the office today. The hours on Saturday show the office is open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Quinn basically told me she does NOT have one minute to meet and that if an in person meeting for just one minute was needed, that meeting would have to take place on Monday. I told Quinn we are working professionals and need help with the on line application, and we both work long hours M-F. She did not care. It was her way or the highway. I hope management reads this review and takes time to train Quinn to be somewhat customer centric. Maybe she was having a bad day as it is a weekend and she is working. I hate to speculate, but either way, Quinn must have some flexibility when in a customer service type of role.

Been a resident for almost 2 years here, and I don’t have a single bad thing to say about enclave at northwood. The management, Miguel and Stacey are very friendly, and always very personable. and the maintenance team, Josh and Jason, are also very friendly, very quick to respond, and always on top of things. If you put in a work order they’re there in 30 minutes or less, with all tools and parts required to complete the job, and to me, that’s impressive! Very quick and very thorough. Not to mention the neighborhood it self is just very quiet, and peaceful. Would recommend this place to anybody looking for a nice, luxurious, affordable apartment with all the amenities.

3 year resident. Just had to move out due to a job change. Great place to live. My 1 bedroom was a cut above others in the area. Maintenence was fast, polite and did quality work. I will live here again if back in the area in the future.

Beautiful and serene place to live! It is an excellent location! I never hear my neighbors because of the structure of the buildings. Maintenance is superb! Whenever I have needed something fixed or an emergency in the middle of the night/early morning, Jason and/or Josh are readily available in a timely manner!! They always have the best attitudes! At the pool, it feels like I’m on vacation lol. Management here is fantastic! Stacey and Miguel are always available to talk with. They are so friendly and professional! There are gatherings for families hosted by them for holidays with delicious food and raffles. I could go on and on. I love living here!

Great place to live! Office staff is super nice, Jonathan was so helpful from the start , we had a quick time limit for moving from up north and the whole process was so smooth and easy. Maintenance is very quick responding ,lots of mature trees and we even get to see natures little animals :).it truly feels like a home / townhome not an apartment complex at all. Great neighbors , super peaceful we love it here!

The reasons why i love living here. This community is very quiet. These units are a decent size. We are off Enterprise Road which is a very convenient and wonderful location. One of the most important reasons why i love living here is that whenever anything needs attention, needs to fixed, it is done by the next day!! I dont think that happens everywhere! Also, the leasing office is very nice to deal with. Never in 10 years, have i an unpleasant experience. Thanks, Debbie

Have been here for two years now. Great location, close to everything you could need/want. The office staff and maintenance are super friendly and efficient. They respond promptly to any calls and genuinely care about their residents. Recently had a big maintenance issue (water heater tank broke) and the maintenance guys came right over. They ended up needing to order a new one. Had it delivered and installed same day. Josh and Jason are the best maintenance crew you could ask for!

This community is quiet, centrally located, and my neighbors are amazing! Office staff and maintenance are attentive and timely. Outside of the grounds and common areas needing some TLC and improvements and some few updates inside, it’s a great place to live!
