Excellent customer service from making the appointment with Sarah, to getting blood drawn by Robert. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. Facility is very clean, conveniently located. Highly recommend.

I want to give more stars than 5! I did quit my job, so I am not insured. I need do blood work / thyroid panel. I called today to the office, and couldn't reach them out but they called immediately and I received all information I needed. Sarah, who was the phone operator, she was nice and made the call easy to me. Thank you, I will be back at your office!

I always choose Any Lab Now (Sarasota) over Quest. They are professional, care about your experience, give you personalized service and you can get in and out quickly. Highly recommend.

Go to a different location - even in St. Pete where the staff is professional and friendly. This Sarasota location is not professional. While we see the value of being able to get any lab test run, this facility is staffed with unprofessional individuals. The Phlebotomist talked with her back to me so I could not hear her, and she was forced to repeat herself every time she said something. She seemed unbathed, was unfriendly, and far from professional. When she attempted to draw blood from my arm - with a butterfly needle, she plunged right through the vein and had to pull the needle out. No apology. No explanation. When I looked where she attempted to draw blood, it was from a location two inches from the center of the crook of my arm. It's as if she had never been trained.

I called several times and each time Charles had answered. He was very, very patient with me and answered in a respectful manner. He answered my questions like a pro! When actually going to the lab, he was kind, and efficient. Thank you and blessings Charles!!

I will definitely recommend this place for any testing needs they got me right in and took care of my test right at the end of day. A+++ great job. My new go to place for any testing

Excellent experience, even though I don't always speak English, from the moment I entered the place until I left, they were very cordial and helpful. I felt very well cared for in this place. I will definitely return every time I need some test and I recommend it 100%. I think It is the first time that I feel that someone takes care of me so well 👍 😁 I am very happy
