You know the food is good when you go back the next day for dinner. Flavors are amazing and portion sizes definitely fills you up. You can't go wrong coming here for Indian food. May have to go 1 more time before we head home from vacation.

Disappointed with portion. My curry was $18 and it was just sauce and about 10 pieces of chicken. So many restaurants are short changing their customers. It’s a pool of sauce with almost nothing in it. I really wanted to like this place. The flavor is good, but not worth paying for.

Great service, awesome food, clean bathroom and plenty of vegetarian dishes as well. I recommend ordering all dishes mild and ask for the hot chili on the side. We tried Samosa Chat, Aloo Gobi Masala, Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Madras, Plain Nan, Garlic Nan, Tandoori Roti and for dessert, the Gulab Jamun. Flavor was as amazing as the colors in the photos. Definitely I will repeat. Enjoy!

Food is delicious . Lots of options to choose from. I got the biryani and samosa chaat which has lots of flavor and tastes so good.

The food was good but the waiter/owner was VERY stingy. We dined in, ordered biryani and tandoori, and spent over $60. When we asked for container to bring leftovers home, the waiter didn't give big enough container and refused to give small round container for the sauce. We had to pour 2 different sauces on the biryani and couldn't bring all leftovers home as a result. We never had this kind of experience at any other restaurants before. We will not come back.

Except for naan, rest everything was terrible. No Dish was anywhere close to authentic Indian food. Paneer khurchan tasted as it was made in a ketchup. Rest of the curries and appetizers were bad too. Please don’t spoil the reputation of delicious Indian cuisine.

WOW! I ordered take out for the first time last week and then again tonight. The Chicken Phaal is so amazing. I’m so so happy with the spice level. I want to try everything on this menu. My new favorite restaurant. ❤️

The overall experience was ok. We ordered nuggets and fries for my son. I ordered biriyani with goat fish and chicken. My wife ordered butter masala paneer. We ordered some samosa and samosa chat etc... We felt that the samosa was not up to our expectations did not feel like fresh samosa.Chat was ok. Chili chicken was little bit hot for my taste. Surprisingly french fries came out good .. Overall the food taste was not bad..it can definitely improve.

The biryani tasted more like coriander rice. The butter chicken and naan were a safe bet. The best was the mango lassi. Had to send back hariyali kebab because it was undercooked, tasted bland.

Very lightly attended lunch. Only a couple of tables were occupied. Some takeouts. Very good food served quickly. Extensive menu and reasonable prices. Hope to return soon.

Ate there twice while working short term in Tampa, about 2 weeks apart. Host recognized me on the second trip and offered me my same table. Very polite and personable staff. Food was amazing. Spiced to any degree you wish. Would dine again!

Indian grill is a solid experience, but nothing stands out as particularly good or even great. I had the Chicken Korma. The sauce was decent, but the chicken was tough and dry. Typically Chicken Korma is very juicy and succulent, India's Grill's version was far from that description. I had a sweet lassi which was right on par, mildly sweet with a little bite. However, one dish that I had, the Carrot Halwa, was really good. The atmosphere is good and the staff is friendly albeit I had to ask for things a few times. All around solid. If I went again, I'd probably order something different than the Chicken Korma and see what the experience is like.

The food was absolutely amazing and so was the service! I ordered a chicken Tikka Masada and garlic Naan to go with it, the Tikka Masada was so good and so was everything else. 10/10 totally recommend this place!!

The food was GREAT. The naan is fresh, flavorful, and delightful. Their raita is one of the best I’ve ever had. The seasoning and flavor on their entrees is fantastic. Server was attentive, kind, and made helpful suggestions. We stopped in on a whim while driving by and were not disappointed, in fact, it’s now our go to Indian restaurant in tampa.

Walking into India’s Grill, nestled in the heart of Tampa, one is immediately enveloped in an atmosphere that is as warm and inviting as it is typical. While the decor embraces the quintessential Indian aesthetic 🎨, it doesn’t quite whisk you away to the vibrant streets of Mumbai or the serene landscapes of Kerala. It’s a dance 💃 between the familiar and the expected, a setting that’s pleasant but won’t make your Instagram followers green with envy. Service 🙋‍♂️ Our experience with the service was akin to a straightforward dance 💃 - no frills, no fuss. Our server, efficient and professional, had mastered the art of brevity. Drinks 🍹 were ordered, served, and then we were swiftly ushered into the main event - the food. While the lack of small talk left more room for anticipation, a dash more warmth would have turned the service from “just there” to “just right”. The Feast 🍲 Ah, the food! The Goat Biryani was a delightful melody 🎶 of flavors, tender pieces of goat interwoven with aromatic rice, each bite a testament to the chef’s prowess. Yet, amidst the symphony of spices, there lurked a sense of the routine, a dish crafted to satisfy but perhaps not to inspire. The Samosas, shared in the spirit of camaraderie, were pockets of joy, their flaky crusts giving way to a succulent, spiced filling. A classic done right, yet missing that enigmatic touch that transforms a meal into a memory. In Retrospect 🤔 India’s Grill is akin to a familiar melody 🎵 - comforting, reliable, but perhaps lacking the crescendo that elevates a piece from pleasing to profound. It’s a place where you’d return for the assurance of a good, hearty meal, but perhaps not for a culinary odyssey that teases the senses and stirs the soul. Would I return? Certainly. India’s Grill is akin to the reliable pages of a beloved book 📖 - always ready to welcome you, yet perhaps lacking the allure of undiscovered terrains. So, if you find yourself in Tampa, craving the warm embrace of well-cooked Indian fare, devoid of surprises yet rich in tradition, make your way to India’s Grill. It’s not an escapade, but it’s a date. And sometimes, that’s just what the soul needs. Final Verdict: ⭐⭐⭐ - “It’s a Date!” For those seeking a reliable haven of traditional flavors in a world that’s always chasing the extraordinary. I hope this helps to elevate your review, making it as colorful and engaging as the rich tapestry of Indian cuisine itself! Feel free to tweak and adjust as per your unique voice and experience. Bon appétit! 🍽️

I Order from here constantly online and I absolutely enjoyed the paneer butter Marsala. Absolutely a breath talking bite! If you try this place definitely try this dish in ADDITION The Butter chicken is finger licking good. Indian Grill must have a Gordon Ramsey twin chef👌🏾 love the food you put out.

We started off with the pakora and immediately I knew this place the legit. The mint chutney sauce had me searching for copy cat recipes almost immediately. We tried the garlic and bullet naan, both of which were huge portions and tasted great. We also tried the Tikka Masala and the Butter Chicken. Both meals were large portions, tasted amazing, and came out very quickly. The service was great. Instantly became my new go-to Indian spot.

We’ve been ordering take out from here for years. The food is very consistent. Very flavorful. Nothing beat the Indian food in NYC but this place is close.

The best indian food you can find in the whole united states in this spot .

Server was friendly and food came out very quickly. The food however was average. Appetizer portions were small and seem to be designed for just one person. I’d ordered a veg fried rice that I had to send back just the way it arrived because it had so much cardamom it tasted like an over-seasoned biryani rather than a spicy Chinese fried rice. The only thing I enjoyed was the bullet naan.

Best Naan bread I ever had, crispy, thin ,and puffy, the green sauce is the best too, thick and tasty! The only thing I didn’t like is the size of the samosas, too small.

3rd time I’ve been to India food restaurant and it was the best out of three. Def coming back. Ordered the Samosa chat app. Awesome. Ordered the chicken tiki. Awesome. And veg with cashew curry. Awesome. Staff was nice and attentive. Def worth checking out even if you’re not accustomed to food from India.

We visited this place with our friends in second week of July. It’s road side with plenty of parking. It’s relatively close from Florida Aquarium. Service was perfect and restroom was clean. Above all, food was absolutely delicious. We ordered gobi manchurian, chili paneer, paneer khurchan, dal tadka, chili and garlic naan. Everything was great. Quantity was also sufficient. I highly recommend this place for tasty Indian food.

Absolutely amazing food. Very delicious. The owner of the place is very nice and welcoming. He advised us what food to order and we ate as much as we could. We were so full and had a little food left. The owner brought us small boxes which were perfect for the small portions of the leftovers. Highly recommend this place to everyone

My first experience with Indian food was in Va. And there I grew a liking to it. So much I visited once a week during my 4 months of on the road travel. Came back to Florida and tried to revisit that great tasting culture and failed to find it in Brandon. Was about to give up on it until I found this place.

Great food. The onion bhaji were (for us) "non- traditional" in their form, color and shape, but they were delicious. The madras and saag sauces were made just right. Good prices too! We'll be back!

It's expensive, but so very much worth every penny!! I order the chicken vindaloo, which they get perfect every time! My family orders different things so I know it's all good!! The best Indian food around by far. Thank you.

I had an amazing meal here. I had been CRAVING paneer and this place delivered on quality and flavour. It's a charming little spot you should definitely check it out; I'll definitely come back to try other things. The Naan and samosas were also fantastic.
