Overall very nice and good looking area. Great plants and overall vibe. Almost everyone you meet is nice and welcoming, beyond some of the impatient customers that almost all malls have. There are some shutdown stores that lower the rating.

Nice mall with lots of great stores. Missing a theater, but that is coming soon.

I actually like the interior of this mall. I visited for the first time today, and some stores out did them selves. You also have some empty spaces bit over great values. There is a man store that has beautiful shirts if you wish to impress. Another store has great custom accessories jewelry and things. Overall great place to visit.

Let’s get into this beautiful mall! The well thought out architecture provides plenty of natural lighting giving an out door feel yet the cool comfort of being indoor. The environment is clean and well kept with beautiful exotic potted plants and small trees that adds an exquisite beauty. I love that this mall accommodates it visitors with great amenities. There is a family room with comfortable seating, tv, changing tables, bathroom, private nursing area and even a microwave provided for families. There is also plenty of seating areas, a guest lounge for relaxing/phone charging, and a playroom too! Great selection of high end stores, It’s expensive here so do know that you’re gonna spend a pretty penny…ouch! ***Female security guard was rude along with the lady at the carousel*** of which I had to mention and reduce my experience to 4 stars.

I love that this place opens up an hour early so walkers can walk comfortably in the air conditioning! I also love the shops that are here. Great restaurant choices as well. Nothing super fancy... I don't need fancy 🤣 some of the favorite shops that I have here are torrid which happens to be one of the only places I can purchase clothes, Red Robin which maybe one of the reasons I have to go to torrid to buy clothes 🤣👀, auntie Annie pretzels and please refer to number two, Elev8 is a new place and I can't wait to try it, they also used to have a world war II exhibit and I loved that, I also love the art kiosks in the center and they often do events.

I remember this place being built when I was very young, replacing an old mall that used be where the Buccaneers training camp is now. I sincerely hope that it continues to stick around for a long time in spite of the decline of brick and mortar. After all this time it's still a great, clean, enjoyable place to go shopping. The premises are well maintained, and the inside is kept clean and presentable. Great variety of stores ranging from clothing, entertainment, shoes, jewelry, Knick knacks, food, and more. The Regal Cinema is a good experience, and the restaurant food is usually delicious. Sometimes we'd come here just to get out of the house and look around, it's got a good atmosphere that feels calm and welcoming. On top of that a lot of the stores have reasonable pricing compared to other malls I've been to, without sacrificing much quality. I've done a lot of shopping for clothes and shoes here, as well gotten some appliances and electronics. Great place. Spacious, clean, welcoming, variety of vendors, and good quality.

This is one of the nicer Malls in Tampa and they do a great job keeping retail spaces filled during these difficult and trying times. There is a huge variety of locations in this clean and well kept Town Center. There is a cinema, food court and a few restaurants. There are activities and play areas for kids as well as all the seasonal characters for photo opps. Mornings are for Mall walkers who get early access for exercise purposes. There are also usually exhibits of art, play areas and/or non-profit spaces in store fronts that are empty. There are tons of pop up retailers along the mall promenade. Sears closed their doors and that space remains unused.

Nice new mall. Minus star due to restroom. It’s almost impossible to find it. There is no sign. You need to ask people to find it. Restrooms are hidden inside big shops. And you need to go through a labyrinth to find it.

I went to the mall on Monday night and it was empty. They have a large selection of stores but not enough sales. I was disappointed with Macy’s that did not have the sales that other locations have. They have Dillards and JC penny as well.

Big fan of the mall itself. I take my toddler to the play areas at least weekly and they're always clean and he has fun. However, the only time I've gone into a store was today and to say I'm unimpressed is an under statement. I went into Go. I've always passed the store and really wanted to go in and look around for birthday presents for my son (who is 22 months old, mind you) and to get him a little toy to play with. He picked up a few toys and we put them back where we found them, but he found a car he wanted. However, given the price, I decided we wouldn't get it and get something else. He started doing what a typical child does and started whining and about to throw a fit. Again, LIKE A TYPICAL CHILD. I was able to calm him down, but not before the older woman employee said 'Please no spaz attacks.' Excuse me? So I proceeded to tell her that he's not even 2 and his behavior is that of a 22 month old, in that he just knows he wants the car. She said it was too early for it...ma'am, it's past noon. I then told her if a child crying bothers her so much, maybe working at a toy store isn't the best place her. She just said ok, and we left. No apologies, and never even looked up from her cell phone. She was extremely rude and I regret not getting her name. Based on another review at this particular place, she was rude to others as well. Go gets 1 star, the mall gets 4 so that's why there's a 3 star

Pretty clean mall, a good amount of stores but think of it as just your local mall nothing big fancy. Although the Dillard’s attached is great. A great place for the kids, very very family friendly. The public restrooms are clean.. they have good amount of food options as well.

Overall a nice clean mall. Not too busy and very clean. I do like the fact that they have a Red Robin adjacent/ inside the Mall. Also every time I've been there I seem to find a parking spot. Definitely better than the Gulf view mall up in Port Richey.

Citrus Park town center was great! We shopped, played in the play area, rode the carousel, grabbed lunch and spent the rest of the night playing at Elev8. The restrooms in the food court had a great family room, where mother's could nurse (they even had curtains if you need privacy) and toddlers could play and a gate to keep them from running off and a microwave for toddler foods, bottles etc. The sign included information for the other play areas and things for kids to do. And included a bathroom with an adult toilet and toddler size toilet and sink. My little one was extremely excited to see a bathroom her size!

I love this mall of course I always get outranked by my wife and 2 daughters but I find this mall more aesthetically pleasing. Looks like a small city with the background buildings that are in place. Plus they have a kick butt game building Elev8

This mall wants to be family oriented but there are a few flaws. There are designated parking spots at the front for families with young children. These spots fill up fast, and honestly I don’t believe it’s enforced. Lots of options to shop from, bright and open. There is a play area for children, which is placed perfectly in the food court - Although it does need to either be throughly cleaned or just updated altogether. There is a massive carousel next to the food court which doesn’t typically have a long wait. If you come with a stroller, park in the first level. Do not park on the higher levels of the garage. Unfortunately the elevator has been down for a long time, months, and you’ll get stuck hauling the stroller down along with your littles.

Amazing, spacious venue, perfect for family fun for all ages. We hosted a family reunion bowling and game night in July. Manager Keith was helpful and was able to accommodate our group event needs. Gabi was also such a sweetheart. Prior to arrival both Brandon and Jeremiah answered our questions. Thanks to the entire team at Elev8 Tampa. We will definitely return for future events.

Citrus Park Town Center is one of the more decent malls in Tampa. All anchor stores still exist, with very few vacant units, and a couple good restaurants. The food court is starting to shutter up a bit. It’s a nice place to walk and shop.

This is my neighborhood mall and I love it, but the carpet in the large play area by the food court is utterly disgusting. Been coming for the past 12 years with my 3 kids of various ages and it looks and smells like it's never been cleaned. Please do something, I cringe bringing my toddler in here.

What a really fun place!!! So many excellent entertainment options! Also, thank you for going above and beyond to make our experience great after a minor hiccup with staff inattention! We can't wait to visit again or plan a team event there!

Great mall. Will have everything that you need. Great selection of stores and restaurants too. Good spots for pics as well. Make sure you bring enough cash cause you might spend more than you want to having a good time here.

Citrus Park is one of my favorite malls to shop in. The layout is easy to know where stores are located, I love the big carousel and the food court has a wide variety of food choices. I used to love going to Johnny Rockets but paying 8.49 for a hot dog and 3.49 for a drink we felt was disappointing. But the cheesesteak special across the way was a great deal.

This place was a lot of fun! For $35 you get to ride the go-carts, do one other activity (we chose golf), and play $10 in the arcade. It is kind of loud in there because the floors are concrete and the sound from the games bounces around. We want to go back and try the other activities.

Really big mall, lots of eateries, air conditioning and a great range of shops. Great mall by Westfield

My mother went to this mall on my recommendation. One of the kiosk store operators approached her as she walked down the main aisle and pushed a sample of some kind of creme in a packet at her. He then stated, "I can fix what's wrong under your eyes". Now she doesn't want to go back. I wish they'd ease off on aggressively approaching patrons. No management onsite to address this concern either. Sad.

Nice big shopping mall. The mall has lots of shops with variety of brands. There is plenty of parking. Public restrooms available. There is also a food court with few food options. There is children play area for kids. Clean and very well maintained.

Clean, nice mall to visit. Like how it looks like you're walking down a high class part of town, like shopping district in a European city. Plus, multiple play areas for the kids.
