Free delivery offer by email. Ice cream arrived melted! When I called the store excuse #1 was “it’s the driver”. But Coldstone picked the driver… then “what’s your name” and excuse #2 “no way he was just here 10 minutes ago”. I live 20 min from the store… they simply do not have ice packs or anything. Avoid the bad attitude. Avoid delivery - it’s free but you waste your entire purchase.

What an awesome ice cream store. It's fun to watch them make your order. Very friendly staff. So many flavors to choose from. You can order any way you want. There are tables inside and out.

Love this place! Sheila, the owner was excellent to work with. She responded to all my calls and messages quickly and was very professional. The prices were also very reasonable. We came to her several years ago to make a special dairy-free cake for our wedding. She worked so hard to make sure it was perfect for our special occasion. We came to her again 7 years later to make another specialty cake for a 70th birthday party. She was able to take the design we wanted and create an amazing cake from it. The cake was a hit at the party! Everyone loved the design and the cake itself was delicious! We also got another dairy-free cake that was so yummy! Thank you for being a part of two of our special occasions!

What’s cool about this Creamery is their Cake Ice creams Not to mention Ice cream Cakes. How about a Blue Velvet Cake Ice Cream though! I'm drooling. I had been to many Ice cream parlors before however, What makes this place utterly visit-worthy is their Flavors. After all who doesn't wanna munch on something this cool. Given that, I do expect a wicked waffle cone too because that’s what makes the whole ice cream experience wonderful and I cannot deny the fact that their waffle cone is just scrumptious be it plain or dipped. So Fresh and the Crunch while you Nibble on, apparently, Not stuffed with Just Sugar. An optimum melange of Sweetness and Crunch as opposed to other Sugary cones. Cold Stone Creamery serves whooping 20 Toppings for their Icecreams. First topping is absolutely free, additional toppings will be charged for. I'll preface this by saying this review is for THIS store. We order ice cream once a week as a treat for the kiddo. On this occasion someone at this store thought it would be funny to charge 5 dollars for this. Our orders were fine, but our kid got barely 2 spoonful in his and they managed to miss toppings...great job guys...

So very thankful theres finally a vegan option! I have a toddler whos allergic to dairy and you helped make her life a little more normal today! She was sooooo excited to eat her chocolate ice cream and for somewhere to finally have a safe option!

Love, cold stone they have wonderful ice cream I normally get the largest size they have and spend a good amount of time eating the ice cream. I believe the last time I ate here about a year or two ago I had the peanut butter, Reesie’s and chocolate ice cream.

Poor service!!! I drove 15 minutes and asked 3 of the crew about Mina's order. They told me to wait. I have waited for more than 30 minutes until all walk in customer is gone then they asked me again after 30 minutes about my order then until they found out that it was ready for a long time. It's kind of annoying. Please pay attention not only for the customer that is coming.. one of you should pay attention for the pick up order too. Thank you anyway..
