I am so glad we found Vincent’s. First off he is a super nice guy. We had a bunch of old silver and gold to sell. He took his time and explained everything to us and gave us a great price. While we we were there several customers came in to pick up jewelry repairs and he knew them all by name impressive. He has been in business since 1961 and knows his stuff. Thank you Vincent you are the best.

I was looking for a fine, jewelry, shop, close to where, I recently, moved and went in and met a VERY kind man, who is fixing a, family, heirloom, for me. I would not have left it with ANYONE, if I didn't feel comfortable, doing, so. I felt VERY comfortable, not only to his knowledge, of jewelry, but, his honesty. I can't wait to pick it up!!!👍

My wife-to-be and I went to Vincent's to get two wedding bands on the fly for our short-notice wedding. We were more than delighted with our experience. We will be coming back here for all of our jewelry needs as long as this place exists. First off, it is a father-son operation and both gentlemen are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. From the moment we walked in we were treated with genuine friendliness and personal attentiveness. Without pressuring us to buy anything, and with full knowledge that we were on a budget, they showed us a variety of options and took the time to explain different metals, weights, etc. Both David and Mark were very easy-going yet seemed like they knew their business inside and out. After looking through many different options we eventually settled on a matching three-ring wedding set (two bands plus a bonus engagement ring) for a very reasonable price. The rings had to be sized, however, and our short-notice wedding was only three days away. Not a big deal for these guys! It was done later on that day (and with a laser to boot, so the rings were unblemished) and I picked them up the next morning. Mark even gave me a courtesy call at 7 PM, which is after the store is closed, to tell me that he managed to get it done for us already and that they were able to be picked up the following morning. I wouldn't waste my time going anywhere else if you are looking for a great experience buying jewelry. I went on my lunch break to get my cross pendant repaired and left so satisfied and I will definitely recommend and return. The owner and I talked and I shared what the meaning of my cross was and what I planned on doing with it. My sister has her last chemo treatment and I will gift it to her. He really took the time to listen and talk with me about life in general which was just so awesome. I left a happy customer...but also felt extra blessed to run into this business owner! Mark (an owner) took valuable time to educate me about getting the 2 gold coins I have certified before selling which will likely end up allowing me to make more money by proving (certifying) exactly what I have. What a wonderful family business. I had only one small piece of jewelry and was treated with so much care and respect. I had always felt intimidated and clueless when selling or buying jewelry but the owner took the time to explain the entire process. I had sold gold when the market prices were higher and I did not make as much as I did with West Bay. Obviously, their overhead is less and they are honest which means more in your pocket. The pieces to sell were beautiful and worth stopping in for that special someone or treat yourself! I highly recommend doing your business with this kind, caring family.

A great experience ! Needed some help with my watch bracelet, so I called up Mark, and he told me to come to the store. Very quick professional service, I had my watch back on in 10 minutes, at a extremely reasonable amount. I highly recommend this store, and for sure will be going back !

Never open the posted hours. Always a sign stating will be back call if needing immediate help. Showed up to pick up a Wish order and sign said will return, same sign was up for 4 straight days, got hit with a restocking fee because I couldn't pick up my order within the window because the place is always closed.....seems very shady, I would avoid this place!

I went here today because of all the positive reviews. My experience was consistent with the other reviewers, Vincent was very patient, he researched all of my items right in front of to make sure he gave me a fair offer. Honest business practices ... don't hesitate to stop by.

I got a 50 dollar mystery box from them and I get them from all over and most are pretty close to the purchase price I know they have to make money but what I got was a spit in the face maybe 25 bucks if I'm really nice about it

Best rates for my jewelery repair needs. No other jewelery store in the area has better prices than this small family-owned business. Even if there was a better price out there, hypothetically, they will work with you to save you money. They have generations of experience and it shows. No BS and very welcoming to customers. Mark is amazing! A master artist and visionary. I really cannot say enough good about him or his work to do his skills justice. It was simply serndipitous that I would come across his page on Etsy to find my dream wedding ring and then later have him create a one-of-a-kind custom piece to replace a ring that had been given up long ago - with nothing to go on but my memory. And the piece he designed?! OMG. So spectacular it outshined my most vivid recollection by a mile. Mark is communicative, creative, and truly passionate about his work. I feel like even if you're not looking for jewelry, you simply have to get something from Vincent's. Thank goodness he's in Florida and I am in PA because I'd be strolling in on the daily to commission new pieces.
