My experience with Dr. Finson and other staff has been exceptional. Everyone I have interacted with has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. From quick adjustments to PT, they have made my road to recovery with my neck and shoulder an easy and stress-free experience.

After dealing with neck pain over a year because last Chiropractor/Physical Therapist couldn’t do anything to relive it, it became bad enough I could no longer handle it. I found Dr. Leonard through a recommendation of my primary care physician. My first visit was hours after I called for the appointment, as I was leaving for a trip and they wanted to see me before I left so I could enjoy my trip. After the initial exam, he explained what he thought was the issue, took X-rays and performed a treatment. The pain was reduced immediately. The next visit, the X-rays confirmed what he thought and my treatments started. The pain is almost non-existent now in just over a week. His office is not only relieving the pain, but creating conditions, through physical therapy, to stop it from coming back by treating the cause. I would recommend Dr. Leonard and his staff to all my friends and family! They are friendly, care about their patients and very efficient and effective! Definitely healthcare at its finest!

Update 9/29/21, asked them to refill a prescription and they refused to. Say they need to see you every 6 months (so they can bill you for a visit) in order to refill an ongoing prescription for a permanent condition that is never going away. They don't pick up the phone. They don't call you back with your results. What is the point of seeing the doctor if you don't get results?!?!

I couldn't say more pleasant things about Dr. Finson and his staff, from the first call to the check out phase. I called on a day that was completely booked but was still able to be seen for my excruciating neck pain. In and out rather quickly and already feeling better!

I have been a patient since 2018. I have never experienced back pain relief that actually lasted before visiting Florida Wellness. Everyone in the office was extremely patient, loving, and caring. I remain a patient in 2021, and I am sure I will follow them anywhere they go. The chiropractor and physical therapy teams are definitely patient-centered, they make me feel like family every time. I’ve been coming here for over a year to treat symptoms of my neck injuries (herniated discs) - between chiropractic care, physical therapy, and manual therapy, I feel like I have a true team dedicated to my health - special shout out to Dr. Ridge and Andres who I spend the most time with! We have made so much progress in managing my pain - and as an added benefit, the office staff is exceptionally friendly and easy to work with.

This is a great 1 stop shop for a primary care physician, chiropractic care, and PT. They are efficient and friendly always. The different offices coordinate with one another to ensure their patients get the care they need in time frame they require. Highly recommend any of their offices.

Terrible for primary care. Dr. Marie A. Brister seems sort of inept and inattentive and is only there 2 days a week, so it's too hard to schedule appointments. This place has a phone system problem so you can't get through. They keep saying management is looking in to it, but then they never do anything or fix it. And there's only certain very limited times of the day when someone they call the "MA" is in to where you can do your business and ask insurance questions. UPDATE / REBUTTAL: There absolutely WAS a Dr. Marie A. Brister who works / worked at their downtown office. I do not have the wrong office because I was there.

Dr. Rodriguez was amazing! I've been dealing with neck pain for several years now, and in just several visits, she was able to fix me. She was very attentive, and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend!

Had an appointment yesterday with Nurse Alexis and I just say, I wasn't impressed AT ALL. However I was extremely impressed by the customer service I received from Ms. Lyn S at the front desk which made my wait time easier to handle. The Billing Dept was supreme in helping me figure out how Alexis was billing me and not my insurance, Well Ms Leslie Coffee was so delicate in explain how things work and how claims are handled as well as how she will assist me in resolving my issue. I was happy and intrigued my eyes teared up because she understood me as I understand her. Perfect service to me as a patient. I really appreciate her. Ms Lauren was just as awesome because she said to me she'll figure it out and if she couldn't, she'll get someone else to assist which she did. I thought my mind was made up after my visit with the nurse but once I spoke to those ladies and the Physician Dr.Finch( I hope that's his name, he told me but I was talking soo much) I WAS MORE THAN PLEASED. I appreciate all of their assistance. I can't forget Mr Brian He always sounds like he's smiling when he answers a call and his singing is quite cool too. Front end and billing department respectively have awesome cus service, great communication, awesome listening skill and empathy which is something we all need now and days. I have been going to Florida Wellness Medical Group's downtown campus for over a year. The entire staff has always been very courteous and professional during my visits. I have been treated by Dr. Leonard for various aliments and my overall wellness has definitely improved under his care. He shows great compassion and has a strong desire to want you to feel and be your best. Though I respect the opinions of other raters on Google, my experience with this team of healthcare professionals has earned them 5 STARS. Having never gone to a chiropractic physician before I was skeptical of the treatment and the results. I was beyond impressed by Dr Ridge simply put she works magic. Now, what’s more impressive is Florida Wellness Clinic is not just a chiropractic office but also has a medical clinic that works together to provide all around treatment. I have been coming to the Florida Wellness Medical Group downtown facility to see Dr. Ridge for over a year now. The staff is very friendly and I get in right away. I have bad pain in my neck, back and hip. My hip pain was completely gone after just a couple months of adjustments. She works wonders, I always leave her office feelings like a new person!
