I find great pleasure in shopping at Michael's. While some may argue that Walmart offers lower prices, but it's often a risky endeavor, because there very limited on what they carry, lots of stuff be out of stock and it can be a challenge to find cheerful assistance. Also Walmart occasionally cost the same, but there's always the chance that they won't carry the specific item you're looking for. On the other hand, Michael's is highly likely to have both the item you desire and various alternatives. It's amusing how much options they have. Even the store subsections have section. The convenience of avoiding multiple different store visits is well worth the slight occasional increase in cost, in my opinion. Moreover, Michael's frequently provides online coupons to help alleviate that extra expenses. Although the staff is limited and tasked with multiple responsibilities, they consistently offer helpful and pleasant assistance!

The store itself is fine. It's the woman Margie that works there. Very rude! It was as if she didn't want to help me. I saw her helping other customers just fine. But the two times I asked for assistance she seemed quite agitated and rude.

Who doesn't love Michael's ? I was working on this for my sis, I'm no artist but I wanted to make something she won't get another one of.. it sits on a table with colorful glass candle holders to sit on it.. lots of glitter so it sparkles in the sun and light, thank you Michael's.. 1, large wood disc, crayons, stickers, black marker and high gloss sealer .. with a dash of imagination 😍

We found everything we needed during our last visit and the cashiers were very friendly.

Went specifically for LGBTQIA+ and PRIDE things. I really like the wreaths! It was very difficult to find the display which was sad.

We shop here often for craft items. The kids love to pick out their own items to paint, color, or design. A frequent spot for us.

Clean, nice store and seemingly well-stocked… found great options for everything I was looking for. I did notice that there seemed to be relatively few staff floating around, or at least I didn’t run into them, so I had to look around myself, though that turned out fine. The staff member at the register took the time to help me find a great coupon, which I really appreciated.

The model choices are getting less and less and the price is keep going up. They used to have the best selection around but it hasn't been like that for over 2 years but at least they brought back a 40% coupon

Only bought 2 items. Cashier held up the line by helping a customer who was not in line, with something under a dollar near the register. When we finally got to register, he was on the store phone. Never even made eye contact with us, not even a Thank you! Please, if a customer is there in person shouldn't you give them the gift of attention?

I'm in here on a regular basis with my kid. The store is always clean and well organized. They have good coupons, and I can always find what we need. Framing and matting are pricey, but they do a good job. The checkout lines seem to take an inordinate amount of time, even when the lines are short.

We are a creative family! We love all the supplies and always get more ideas while we're shopping!

My wife and I have been huge fans of Michaels for years... and that still holds true, mostly. I love all of the options, however the prices have gotten a little too high. Still very much worth it though. Favorite "hobby" store by far!

A very nice crafts store with frequent discounts. Today was a 40% discount on all regular items. Their system is flawed though b/c the cashier had no idea what was on sale and what wasn't. It took quite some time to have someone figure it out and approve it. We had to go back twice to the isle to show the discount.

Mostly I buy craft materials, like wreath frames, florals, ribbon, etc. But they have an outstanding framing department that I've used for years. Wait for a decent coupon (70%!), and it's worth it. However, I took a star off for something beyond their control. Their online framing ordering is AWFUL. Customer service is non-existent. My e-mail was returned undeliverable, and yes, it was correct. It billed me twice - over $600! - and then had no record of the order. A letter to Michael's corporate offices went unanswered. They obviously don't care. Very grateful for Cari & Jessica, who unceasingly went after a solution and got my money refunded and more. AWESOME job, ladies!

Looking for bridal shower stuff but they really are taking Halloween seriously this year

Went to the Red, White and Blue sale with my mother, the crafter. Selection not as large as had hoped but there were still some great deals to be had.

They have everything I need and more.I get discount coupons for signing up on their app. Friendly people and always with a smile. Highly recommend them for your crafting needs
