So many negative recession here. The hotel is quite OK and far not that bad. Location is good 5min to the city 15min to main square. The staff (all) is very friendly! Only negative, the refrigerator wasn't working.

A family of 4 stayed one night. Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. The 4 person room was perfect with one large double and a separate twin room for the kids. Only criticism is the mattress is a bit old and should be replaced. Would stay again.

Not recommended. Wifi was poor, had to use data roaming and hotspot for my computer. They didn't change the sheet in my four night stay. Did not pickup wet towels from the floor. Breakfast was basic, rather poor quality.

The hotel has its best days behind it. Although the rooms were clean, the bathroom had mildew around the shower and metal surfaces had rust. Room service was just as lacking. We started with a full set of two towels per person and were reduced to one  over the next days. One of our rooms featured a large puddle of God-knows-what on the carpet. We were given small little shampoo bottles (never refilled without asking) but never had any real soap for washing our hands. Speaking of little things: Breakfast was very mediocre and featured the worst little bland industry bread rolls I have ever had. Although we reserved a parking spot in their underground garage there were not enough spots for guests. On our second night we came home to find that we were already checked out of their system and were unable to use our key cards. The hotel has good Wifi and is within walking distance to Sopron city center. Don't be fooled by the name. There is nothing "boutique" about this place. There is no spa, pool or any other facility. I can not recommend this place to anyone.

Nice hotel located very close to the city center. The staff was very helpful (it was a bit difficult to communicate in English but ok). The breakfast was ok nothing special, it could have been better if there was larger variety.

Staff was polite! The whole hotel? Cheap, even for it's price... Old... double bes as two normals pushed together... stoneage tv, cheapest breakfast, rotting shower cabin. would say it was ok but it wasnt...

Nice simple hotel, friendly staff

The staff was very polite and friendliness. The breakfast was good enough but same on every morning, the breakfast area was very crowded. The location is perfect, this is the best in this hotel. Some strange smell was in the bathroom, anyway the room was clean and big enough.

Worst hotel experience ever! Hotel itself clean and tidy, breakfast is good, location is good as well. However sounds isolation is horrible. I had VERY loud neighbors. First night needed to demand to be moved to another room (at 1am). Stuff was not able to help much with this issue. As a result 3 sleepless nights. So as I sad worst hotel experience ever.

I’ve got a single room with all the conveniances. Nice, big and clean bathroom, comfortable bed, air con working well… The breakfast satisfies all needs; plentiful and delicious. The staff is nice and helpful. The hotel is close to the historical city centre.

A very pretty hotel room with AC and a clean bathroom. Our room had a comfortable balcony on the top floor too. Romantic part of town nearby!

Clean, very close to the oldtown, frendly staff, comfy bed, great brekfast. Garage entrance is very narrow and you should get out from the car to use the cardreader (its totally fine down there).

Very good location, modern new looking rooms, everything's clean, good breakfast. The AC was quite loud at times but I'm sure they'll fix it.
