The vibe here is great. The food tastes amazing. The bathrooms are on the smaller size. It was my birthday and they brought a tiara and ice-cream and sang for me.

What an experience. It deals like a fancy diner in Las Vegas. Everything is big on the menu. As you can see from the photos. The prices are not on the cheap side but I can say for what you pay you get very good quality and quantity. When we were there it seems like everyone had a birthday as they were constantly singing happy birthday. My suggestion would be to change the birthday songs a bit as the waiters change their uniforms to superhero costumes. We got served by Batman for a while 😆. The food is NOT fast if there are a lot of people but I will say we didn’t mind waiting for the food and drinks. There is no playground on site so that’s the only reason I wouldn’t give it a 5-star rating. There is a place next door where you can take your small ones and with an arrangement, your food will be taken there, but then you miss the experience. All and all it was great.

The food is great. Just that the bathrooms is too small for the amount of customers. A lot better than the one in Hatfield. Very safe area and clean

It was very busy when we got there and was told there would be a 30min wait, hoewever we were seated in less than 20mins. The waiter told us before we sat that they are running behind and service will be a bit slow. This was very nice because then I had the option to be patient or leave. The food was warm and ribs and wings tender and very tasty. However I really didn't like that you put my chips under all my meat, by the time I got to them they were mushy and full of my meat sauce, I personally prefer them crispy and on the side. Staff is very friendly and smiling alot. I just felt bad for them because we were there for about 2hours and in that time they had to sing for more than 15 poeple I got the feeling that people misuse this and I think for the sake of your staff you should look into this so that people are not dishonest because the waiters get disrupted ALOT because they had to run to each table also causing them to be delayed in service. The bathrooms is quite small, however clean. I dont like that there are people eating basically right in front of the bathroom door. There was lady at the door keeping track of everyone waiting outside, she is very hands on, friendly and available and does a fantastic job. This branch has no problem with parking like the branch in Hatfield so it's much more convenient. I see some complaints that the food is over priced, compared to the portions it is definitely underpriced. Overall great experience and will definitely go again.

I really have no complaints super clean great value for money, they even sang for my birthday (it was totally embarrassing but I got to wear a crown and eat ice cream). I had my cake and ate it too lovely experience.

Great place! Good service, but it is EXTREMELY hot in the building. When you step in, the hot air almost takes your breath away. It is definitely the ceiling that makes it so hot. I haven't seen someone complain about it yet, and today is 41°C but I wanted to eat as quickly as possible to get in a space where it wasn't so hot. Overall, great place!

The food was good, however, our waiter wasn't professional. The speakers that they used to play music, didn't sound great. I like the one in Hatfield more, dont really know if I would go back.

Friendly staff great food and love there milkshake. Great value for your money. Staff is on point even when they are busy. Great place, worth the trip.

They don’t do small here! Loved the decor and vibe, so different to what is around here. Was here for the Pieter Koen quiz night and I enjoyed it so much, was a lovely fun night out. Service was good too, even though they were very busy. The pizzas, I’m not too sure about, they are nice but maybe a little overrated. Good specials also! I will definitely be back, as their burgers look AMAZING

Something different. Never been here before as we don't have one in Cape Town. Waa plesentaly surprised with the good well priced food with great service. I went back 5 times and had the same server Zak who went out of his way to look after us. Will definitely be back. Great value. If you go home hungry it's your own fault.

Food area good and well presented. Service is fair, had to ask the waiter 4 times for cold water and a extra serviettes. They could do with better ventilation and more fans. Like mist sprinkler system and more rotating fans. The hot ambient temperature and smoke blowing in from smokers outside where a BIG issue for our whole family as we are non smokers and asthmatic. Would like to visit again and we would choose a different time frame for the follow up visit.

We brought someone here for her 11th birthday. We were a bit disappointed. We waited very long for our drinks to arrive. The girl atleast enjoyed the waiters sing happy birthday to her and they gave her a crown. I feel the menu must specify a bit more about what will actually be on your plate for instance my husband does not eat anything with avo. He always make sure to pick food that has no avo or guacamole in description, when his burger came it was drenched in guacamole. He just did not eat it at all. My food(the ball stuff) was not tasteful to me but that could just be me. The other 3 people atleast enjoyed their meal. The music is way to soft and aircons way to load. I loved the old Mustang Sally. Will not return to the new one.

While the portion sizes are massive and you get your money's worth, the food was bland. The ribs and chicken wings were cold and the sauce on them was very sweet for my liking and the fries 🍟 were not well seasoned. The staff at Montana was great and welcoming. The menu is extensive and there is something for everyone. I do want to try the Hatfield branch and see if there is a difference in the food...

Mustang Sally is a treat to go to! The american style food is a lot, and you do pay for what you get. We received very good service at Mustangs and would return! I would recommend going to Mustangs if you are in the Hatfield or Montana area.
