Mr Lorato Mokone, is an exceptional instructor. He is very good teacher and takes his time with his students. His love for teaching is evident when he interacts with his students and other people alike. He came very highly recommended, and I was blown away by his energy, patience and skills. Keep it up Lorato, may anyone looking to try Scuba Diving for the first time, cross paths with you!!

What a great experience to finally get to dive with my kids. The “Discover Scuba Course” is the best way to introduce everyone to the wonders of Scuba! Lorato was patient and thorough with each individual family member and ensured that everyone was comfortable with the experience. We had a blast and I have keen new SCUBA enthusiast in my home. Cannot wait to do the full course.

I had a fantastic Discover Scuba experience diving with Lorato at Ponte Malongane Dive Centre. After completing the pool session we were ready to dive in the ocean. Lorato prepared us thoroughly so we knew what to expect. As an anxious diver, he taught me tips on how to control my anxiety and I felt safe at all times. What an incredible experience my siblings, cousin, and I had learning to explore the underwater world. We are so happy to have had coach Lorato as our trainer, and are thankful for his charisma, enthusiasm, sense of humour, kindness, competency, and his skills and expertise that he shared generously with us. Due to weather conditions, we had the privilege of earning our scuba qualification both in salt water at Ponte Malongane, and fresh water at Miracle Waters. Lorato is an amazing instructor. My wife Lynne has always been keen to dive but has lacked the confidence. She did a DSD with Lorato and she was under for just short of an hour and had an amazing dive where we saw lots and she is now very excited to slowly at her own pace with Lorato finish her course. He was so patient and encouraging just amazing to see how he changes lives. Not only this we dived with Lorato at some other points during the holiday and he was always very informative and his dives briefs were excellent we felt so comfortable diving with him. He is also just such a lekker guy and really funny I could not recommend highly enough 10 out of 5 in my books.

African sea divers is a great training provider for new divers as well as experienced divers. Lerato is very passionate and explains everything you need to know very thoroughly.

Lerato is the best instructor we could’ve asked for. He prioritises safety and teaches you how to be independent before and during a dive. I found every lesson to be fun and informative. He is someone you can trust. Highly recommend.
