Entry
and
exit
can
be
a
little
bit
of
a
struggle
especially
as
a
visitor
with
a
code,
the
number
pad
does
not
make
complete
sense
and
needs
you
to
enter
values
quickly.
As
a
resident
you
have
the
option
to
use
your
finger
print
or
an
app
which
emits
a
signal
for
the
gates
to
open.
The
guards
usually
don’t
assist
you
to
enter
the
estate.
Inside
the
speed
is
limited
to
20km/hr
and
the
road
is
brink
paved
with
stone
traffic
calming
devices
installed.
Residence
have
2
covered
parking
bays
allocated
to
their
unit
while
visitors
can
park
on
the
uncovered
parking
areas.
The
estate
is
made
up
of
three
types
of
apartments,
ground
floor
units
have
3
bedrooms
and
2
bathrooms
with
a
garden
area,
first
floor
units
also
have
the
same
3
bedrooms
and
2
bathrooms
with
a
balcony
and
the
second
floor
units
have
2
bedrooms
with
two
bathrooms
and
a
much
larger
balcony
(taking
up
the
area
of
one
of
the
bedrooms).
All
units
look
the
same
and
are
sub
divided
into
blocks
of
6
units
each.
The
colour
scheme
of
grey
brown
and
cream
is
used
throughout
the
estate.
Despite
being
north
facing,
the
blocks
are
close
together
which
means
sunshine
does
not
often
get
into
the
units.
The
units
are
also
supplied
with
natural
gas
which
is
used
to
power
the
kitchen
stoves
and
the
barbecue
grill
located
on
the
patio/
balcony.
Along
the
perimeter
there
are
walking
paths
with
manicured
gardens
on
either
side
which
residence
and
visitors
can
enjoy.
Also
there
is
a
lifestyle
Centre
with
a
gym
and
restaurant
within
the
estate.
It
also
is
worth
noting
that
they
are
currently
extending
this
estate
to
add
additional
housing
units
that
will
be
accessed
through
a
tunnel
under
Polofields
drive.
A
retail
centre
with
a
Spar
and
some
restaurants
is
located
on
the
other
side
of
the
estate
accessible
to
the
public.
