I have been a regular client of Waxit. Earlier I used to visit at Polofields, and was very happy with the service. Then I moved to centurion and visited waxit at Irene link. First time I went there on 16th July 2023 and was not much satisfied. Then second time I visited recently on 17th Oct. I had a very bad experience. Firstly there were small patches of hair left here and there, the Hollywood was also not nice. Also my skin was removed during waxing, which I really don't know how could that happen. I showed them also, but they were like, it will b fine after sometime . I did say again and again. But anyways, now I've decided ,I will never visit this branch again. For your reference am sharing the picture of my skin. Thanks much !

I went for a wax and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and friendliness of all the ladies working at Waxit. I received a reminder WhatsApp message and was able to communicate my concerns and the lady who talked to me reassured me about the procedure. I tried Wax It for the first time since my favorite therapist from another brand for 4yrs changed careers to go answer her call to be a pastor, bless her. I was a little uncomfortable and the therapist at Waxit (Arefa) I think was her name. Was so professional, explained the product to me and made me feel at ease and comfortable. I found their wax to be much gentler compared to the other ones, it was an overall good experience. I also got one of their aftercare products (pigment protect), to try it and it surprisingly works, I see an improvement after a week. I’m definitely going back and getting more from their aftercare products. Keep up the good work

I had my first hollywood wax by Bonny at 5 months pregnant and the service was amazing. I would rate the pain 4-6 out of 10 depending on which area is being waxed. She also explained the aftercare to me and gave me recommendations on which products to use. If you’ve been having your doubts about waxing, this is your sign to book an appointment
