My family and I visited the restaurant. Food was absolutely amazing. Most of the staff I found were pretty unfriendly. Hard to find smiles in that place so, I definitely will not go back there. I definitely don't want to pay to be in a cold dining environment. Perhaps we got the staff on a bad day. I don't know. First impressions unfortunately..... Last. If the owner is reading this, then at least he is informed. However, if you want good food, it's a great choice. I wouldn't discourage anyone from trying out this place.

I have been here here four times now, and each and every experience was mindblowing. The staff is increbible, friendly, helpful, courteous. Booking procedure is a dream. The food is exquisite, and reasonably priced. The singing waiters make the dining experience something to be remembered. I will gladly recommend LeSi to everyone I know. The performances were very good. However, it was marketed as more theatrical than it actually is. It's simply a restaurant with live music, there isn't much of a theatrical nature to the performances. The waitresses and waiters are very talented however, it's difficult to watch the performance when they're simply ambling through the crowd instead having a central performance area. The food was bland and not very tasty. Considering the price and the ambience of the restaurant, I expected much more and was very disappointed! My evening with my friends was cut very short when a friend of mine (who was allergic to nuts) had ingested some almonds from the side vegetables in her meal. Our friend had to rush home to take a shot of her epi-pen before she got a sever allergic reaction. The fact that there were nuts in the vegetables was not indicated on the menu and when we asked our waitress about it, she said "I didn't know what was in the vegetables because the kitchen staff changes the side vegetables everyday." When we complained to the manager, she was very stand-offish and told us that she was just going to check on something in the kitchen and come back. She never apologized to us and proceeded to ignore us for 20 minutes. Eventually our waitress came back to the table and offered us a bottle of sparkling wine on-the-house as an apology. The bottle of wine was worth R45!! I don't believe that that is an accurate apology at all. It is incredible irresponsible to not indicate that there are nuts in certain meals, especially when nuts allergies are so common nowadays! To add on to that, the fact that the manager never came back to apologize to us in-person is unacceptable!! I would not recommend that anyone visit this restaurant. My friends and I certainly will not be going back again!

Elizma planned our Family Thanksgiving Lunch. She went above and a beyond the spec. She was so kind, understanding and very professional. Her service was outstanding 11/10. The family were blown away with the ambiance she created. Thanks Elizma for the 5 star treatment. You will definitely see us again.

I made a reservation here to make my wife's birthday special; both in terms of a culinary experience and as entertainment. And boy, did their staff come to the party! We were whisked to a gorgeous romantic table with a good view over the entire space. One of their "singing waiters", Logan, attended to us with absolute aplomb. It was his farewell night, yet he never neglected us and treated us with courtesy and style. The three-course meal was absolutely divine, meeting all or expectations fully. We were later even visited by the Chef (Dorette?) who shared some lovely anecdotes with us. Every single staff member we encountered was warm and friendly. We will certainly be back and I can recommend them without reservation.

The one time I ate here I was put off for life. I can't believe they're still open. Food was cold and not particularly imaginative or flavourful. Owners seem a bit dodgy if I'm honest. If you want an earthy Pretoria West experience, this is fine. Otherwise maybe try one of the many many better options just down the road.

I booked to attend an event at the restaurant four days before the event. I decided to pay in full and that was my mistake. On the day of the event I had an emergency to attend to and I had to cancel my booking 3 hours before the event. After canceling, the restaurant admin emails me to confirm if I really want to cancel and I explain my situation to them. I assume that I would be refunded since I couldn’t attend the event but I get no communication regarding being refunded so I email them asking them how the process works. They tell me they can’t refund me because they had already prepared my meal before I canceled on the day then I ask them to deliver the meal to me because I paid and I didn’t consume it. They then say they had to pay the singing waiters and etc. which still doesn’t make sense and is not fair because I have now paid money for products and services that I didn’t receive. I explained to them that it would’ve made sense for them to keep the deposit fee and refund me the balance but they refused they kept telling me about their bogus policy. I basically gave away my money to them for nothing.

For a 4 year anniversary we were treated to hands down the best customer service in Lynwood. Starting with their Sales Representative Lydia that we interacted with to secure the bookings which was made to be seamless. She was very helpful in explaining the package and timeous with her responses. My heart has a special for the masseuses Jane and Ingrid as they really set the bar not only in their profession but also with their people skills and overall hosting of myself and partner. Lastly, to their talented wait-staff who really owned the ABBA catalog with their add-on performances of their greatest hits. You all added an even better side to some amazing dishes.

We visited the LeSi Singing Waiters Restaurant for lunch. There was a problem with our food order and we ended up waiting some time for the food to arrive but the waiters were very attentive and made up for the issue 10-fold! Once our meals arrived and we tasted the food I can say with certainty it was worth the wait. The waiters were all very friendly and helpful, food was amazing and the harmonised happy birthday song at end was really special. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a late lunch, early dinner. What a lovely experience.

Wow! We celebrated our one year anniversary at Lesi Restaurant and they didnt disappoint. We were welcomed by friendly staff members and taken to our private gazebo. This was set up beautifully. The waiters (who sings for you!) are super friendly and efficient. They knew the menu well and they were very accomodating. The food was fantastic!!!! They ended our special day with a anniversary plate that was a big surprise! We thoroughly enjoyd our visit. Thank you for making our anniversary so special, we will have this beautiful memory for the rest of our lives and you nailed it!

Lovely Christmas lunch with family. Good buffet choices, and well executed. Excellent service from wait staff, and singing waiters added an enchanting touch.

Very average meal at a high price. Taste below average, potion size sufficient. Both our meals looked fantastic but the taste was very disappointing. Not even a hint of cider in the advertzed cider pork belly, chicken meal dry, both had to add salt for some taste. Had to pre order during the day after making reservations. Had a mid week break here and did the lunch and spa. It was an overall excellent experience. The food was really good at the restaurant and we enjoyed it. Took a bit long between ordering and the food arriving and the wine service could have been a bit better. It was not up to the standard expected at such a good establishment.

We had a year end dinner function with a set menu. The food choices were divine and presented beautifully. As for taste, it was superb. The singing waiters were also talented and well presented. An all-round great evening.

Phoned and was told it's wheelchair friendly and it wasn't, not even toilets for wheelchairs. Thought we could order dinner there, oh no the restaurant is closed. Not impressed at all.

I recently had my engagement at Lesi Restaurant. The service and setup was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this place for any special occasions.

The ambiance was good, location good but the food was terrible. They lack taste. There was not enough vegetables on the plate. The menu lacks diversity :( truly disappointed.

Last minute dinner plans, wanting to do something different. What a pleasant suprise! The singing waiters were magnificent and the food was excellent. We will be back for sure!

Food was amazing. When I made the reservation I stated that we celebrating a special occasion yet nothing was done to make it special. Ambiance in the restaurant not that great - cold. I think it would have been a different experience if it was summer and we had a table outside.

I'm a scinical old British guy travelling alone for work. I travel a lot! My room and the restaurant are excellent. The staff are friendly and the singing is great! I would return without hesitation. 👍

LeSi restaurant: We tried the 5 course meal and the food was delicious! The service and entertainment was definitely underestimated going in to the evening but it was sensational. The experience overall was incredible, I’ve been telling everyone I can about it since.
