By far now one of my favourite places to invest in jewellery. I came in with my idea and within minutes various options were discussed and given. Not all the stock that is shown on the website is on the floor but after taking my size, I received a call and an email informing me that it was ready within 4 days. Fast, attentive and personalised service was given. And when you purchase an item you also receive 2 Lindt chocolate truffles and a voucher which was a pleasant surprise. Overall I was very impressed as the price range online is broad for each item as it can be personalised to your preferences but it was affordable.

Jade is so accommodating and such a pleasure to work with. We always consult them first when it comes to jewellery.

They have stock on hand in all sizes so you don't have to wait for some rings to be made. I was impressed with their quick service. Safe and secure parking too.

I'm very impressed with Beaudell, the staff are friendly and helpful (they were able to accommodate us outside of their listed business hours) and the Nespresso coffee that accompanied our consultation was also welcome. We had a wonderful experience designing my fiancée's ring, being able to view the ring on a large screen while it was being designed. Esther's informative tidbits about diamonds made us feel right at home. She was also quick to make changes to our design to suit our needs, but also informed us when we wanted to make changes that would affect the integrity of the ring. The finished rings were of excellent quality and the price was reasonable and Lizanne was even more than willing to help me to bamboozle my fiancée. All in all, great service and outstanding craftmanship. I would recommend Beaudell to anyone looking for quality, custom-made jewellery.

Beaudell Jewellry were amazing when I got my fiance's engagement ring back in 2019. I asked if they could source a salt and pepper diamond, which was fairly uncommon at the time. They did so happily and managed to get the perfect stone. The ring turned out perfectly. Very happy with their services.
