Nomsa Helped me to her fullest to make sure I received my bag on time. I found her website through TakeAlot and noticed that the waiting time to get my bag was going to be 5 days. On a Wednesday i called Amonet and told them what I want. She says she can arrange for it to be delivered before Saturday which is the day I leave to the Netherlands. My bag was shipped on Thursday evening and I managed to get it on Friday morning. She made sure it was sent with the earliest courier. Very Good Customer Service and the Travel backpack is really good quality

Be careful when ordering online. I purchased a desk and paid in full but they sold the last desk to a client in store the next morning. The manager called to apologise for the mistake and said they will put a system in place to avoid future issues. (I therefore changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars)

The quality of their furniture is fair and relative to the price they charge. Assembly can be tricky as the instructions are not clear, you will find youtube videos more helpful for assembling their products. You pay for what you get. The pictures on the internet shows the furniture to be much smarter than they really are. There are no display items so be sure to know what you want before going as items comes unassembled.

I ordered online during the festive season and they were closed. When I eventually found someone to help with a shipping quote they were so helpful and courteous. Yesterday I received my tracking info and today my TV stand arrived today - in Durban. Thank you

Pathetic owner and staff have no control over what actually happens. Based on the reviews everyone agrees that they do not respond to emails. They are greedy enough to deliver to Cape Town but cheap when it comes to collection and service. Sent me a poor quality product, tv stand that is not secure enough to hold a TV, wobbles and moves. Had a carpenter look at it and confirmed it was poor quality. In total including delivery I paid R4000. The owner wants me to send the item back at my own cost & even misquoted their own terms and conditions to their benefit. Shocking! Do not purchase from this supplier!

Would not even give them one star Orderd and paid for a product in full not received it yet after being told i would have it after 2 weeks, promised I would be contacted Asked for a refund they said i would have my POP by monday 20/11/23 and still do not have it nor do i have a Lazer Engraver I do not recommend them to anyone just empty promises.

From entering they office space till leaving service was awesome. Help with what was needed and explained all about product that I wanted to purchase. Definitely will recommend if you see something at Amonet and you want it, go to the shop and experience all of this for yourself.

Excellent service received. I gave 4 stars because I did have issues with some parts so that was a bit of an inconvenience. But they took care of it very quickly and sent thru replacements. They also followed up to ensure everything was in order. Very happy with my coffee table now :) Thank you Amonet for the quick assistance!

Very Bad Quality. No stars. Bought a R3k dresser for my daughter. Shockingly poor quality. With pieces having numbers printed on visible sides. Table legs not real wood - compressed wood with fake wood vinyl sticker paper over the top. Honestly shockingly bad. Feels like one of those bad memes about ordering on Wish. Never again. Pls don't waste your money people. Even PepHome has far greater quality products than what we received.

I had such a great experience with Amonet in Midrand and the lady there who I always liaise with Nomsa/Nomusa she is super helpful and very client centric. She always goes out of her way and beyond to make sure that I get the Decor Faux Books because that’s what I usually buy. My experience with you guys has been awesome.

More than a month later and 1 phone call from Nomsa saying the table I wanted was out of stock and she would update me the following week, a month later, no delivery in sight and zero communication. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life. It looks like I have to chase after them now. This is pathetic.
