Ordered 6 garlic rolls only received 4 instead only noticed that when I was on the road heading to Polokwane and I can't turn for just 2 rolls

We were told to leave the que at 19:48 because they said the restaurant is closed. The restaurant closes at 9pm. Absolutely horrible service

If 0 stars existed that’s what I would rate this place, the poor service and attitude coming from the worker Freddy (Assistant Manager) here is frustrating. I don’t understand how one holds a leadership position but fails to acknowledge their failures, If he is not punching wrong orders he is giving customers attitude. I am so upset, frustrated and unsatisfied

One one teller attending to over 30 people waiting to be served. Very Dirty kitchen, the heat inside the restaurant is unbearable. No ventilation no Aircons. A prison feel. Never ever will I step my foot there again.

It’s sad how bad the service here is, I’ve ordered food for over R1000, I regret why I wasted my time. Waited for more 100minutes for the food. Our food came in drips. I would rate the services at 0. I am not sure if I went to Nandos or something else that I cannot explain. This Nandos here at patroport is pathetic to say the list. I’ve wasted my money here.

The chicken was tough. And cold the worst I have ever had

We ordered 2 x Peri-Avo burgers with caramelised onion, and when we stopped to eat them there was no sign of avo or caramelised onions 🤔🤷🏼‍♀️ Still no real respnse received except a witty comment, not cool, still a click-up… STILL NO RESPONSE, No Go! I will snack attack elsewhere in future!

The serving staff a very rude. My order took a while to be called out so I went to inquire and they just passed me standing there, no one acknowledging me, showing with my slip that I'm following up my order. Kagiso was the worst

I haven't been this disappointed in a food outlet in a while, we stopped there around 18:30 we purchased hot livers Pulled chicken and cheese wrap meals, pulled chicken and cheese pita meal and beverages. 2 hours after consuming our meal from this Nando's branch we had the runs and started throwing up. It's now the Monday and we are still having the runs and throwing up I'm even scared I could have contracted salmonella.

I stopped here last night to get 5 meals. They were so revolting and tasted like they contained paraffin or wax. I was violently sick after just 2 mouthfuls. This place is not only ineffecient but a health Hazzard. All the meals had to be thrown away.

Service was bad ,we asked for quarter legs and they lied bluntly to our face and said they don't have them on top of that the said the pap was finished ,then when we asked for rice they gave us chips and then on top of that we asked for extra sauce and they didn't put it on and then when i asked the lady to take it back and add extra sauce she was upset then when we asked for packets to take our take aways the ignored us then when we gave up and going to leave they bring the bags and on top of that the food wasn't nice like i know nandos produces really disappointed

I was sooooo disappointed this was my second time being robbed chips 🍟 today I bought meal with chips and wedge to my suprise when I get home no chips now I'm becoming inrespoble father in my family we I had to go and buy chips at the near by spaza imagine.i would say your service is poor and please don't take advantage of us because we are doing take aways please if are really benefiting from steal on us as consumers say soo in one of your adverts please
