Not maintained neatly with lot of flies. They were getting 520 rupees for 2 cold coffee and when I insisted for bill,they gave me 130 rupees back along with bill. Totally disappointed with the attitude of the staff and ambiance maintained.

The new launch..which I longed for good pastries but always get disappointed😕you know rural areas are not same as urban areas..that too in foods you have to go with lot of compromise..and here they come with good cookies & pastries.. Iced lemon tea ₹35 Orange sarbath ₹35 Corn samosa ₹15 & chicken roll ₹20 Chocolate samosa ₹15 (see I don’t have words to explain how it was.. something different which I ever had before.. hype irukum coz I luv it that much.. if available oru video post ready panuvom especially for this chocolate samosa).. Black forest pastry ₹60.. Blue berry cake ₹450 half kg(they undertake cake orders for all events & have ordered that too) . details included were done with multiple visits.. . which is not in the frame but you should try for must.. I went to this cafe today for trying their menus but due to some traditions i cannot eat non veg at that time. They had menus like sandwich burgers and other dishes. They also had combo offers like three dishes with a burger a starter and a milkshake. I will try these dishes and i will rate their foods and tastes. I just a milkshake with my brother and i think the cost is also okay. The atmosphere and lighting is good and the way is service is also appreciable however the place is cramped for a cafe and i hope that they shift somewhere with a lot of space.

Its one of the most aesthetically set CCD i would say! Great service. Ample parking and great place to relax from the tiring sun. Would have loved if a board indicating CCD kept some KM ahead. Got Devils own served in that full glass after a long time. Cranberry mocktail is great for the summer heat🙃

Worst experience. The store owners do not trust the baristas at all. Everything they do is monitored in cctv so these guys are really afraid about doing anything other than standard service. For reference, I asked them to fill black coffee in my own flask to take it to my car. They said they can't do it. I had to take it out of the store to transfer the contents. I am not even allowed to do it myself inside the store 😂 I asked for extra cup for my kid. That too was not honored. They said owner counts the cup. Even a 10 rupee tea stall gives you extra cups on request. The taste of black coffee was another level of badness. I know coffee day doesn't compare to McDonald's coffee or Starbucks, but since we do not have those in this part of the highway, I ordered CCD. pungent coffee taste. Do not order black coffee/americano. Their seeds are not fresh.

Just about located in the right stretch of the highway, this place offers a much required coffee break! The coffee we had was done very well and the service from the staff was quick. Prices are reasonable. There is ample seating space inside the coffee shop. The toilets are clean. Plenty of parking available. Cash, cards and UPI payment accepted here.

Nice place for a short break on the highway, items are less and can't expect more as you know they are in trouble. Good parking facilities and good ambience both outside and inside. Had a cappuccino it was not that great but ok.

Nice place to try pizza in this locality. Ambience was good. We had veg sandwich, french fries, coffee, Milkshakes, cold cofee. Everything was good. They even had fried chickens. But we didn't try. Next time surely I will try fried chicken. Around 12 people went and there was space for only us.

We reached cafe coffee day by 11:50 pm we travelled from Karur. In Google map they said they opens till 11:55 but when we reach there they said we close by 11:30. And we tried to call customer care to confirm the closing time before we start our travel.. We didn't get a connection to customer support. Worst feeling ever with coffee day

Been to this place for having snacks. The outlet wasn't cleaned at all . It's full of flies. The air-conditioning is off. Didn't had coffee. Not sure if they don't maintain the cleanliness why they charge so much. Not at all recommended.

Overall place is good on the highway but Poor customer service I ever seen with CCD. People should think before visiting. No bills, cappuccino was like cold cafe when it was served, banana bread was rotten fat(meat/chicken) smell.

This is one of the worst CCD experience I have had. Generally I like the outlets but this one is an exception. The only good part of the visit was that the toilet was clean. However the entrance stinker of urine and the filter coffee was not satisfactory despite paying a bomb (700₹+ for 4 cups). I wouldn't visit this place again except if I have to urgently use the restroom.
