First event at Alta Upland since moving in - cocktails and tacos for this lovely evening. They were kind enough to let us into the event even though we didn’t rsvp. The club house is open. So pretty! I love our new home 😊 There are a few things still under construction 🚧 and it seems as though due to COVID there are some things backordered, so they were unable to finish every piece inside our apartment *but* the construction workers have been working diligently to complete everything as well as the office staff in attending to our needs. Alta Upland definitely has a modern feel, and we are loving the location as we are near many trails, shops, and eateries - not to mention very close to the 210 freeway!

The easy move-in process was a major highlight. Tara and Michaele were organized and efficient, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation were handled smoothly. They patiently answered all my questions, providing me with all the information I needed to feel confident about my decision. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and secure during the transition. Apart from the exceptional leasing staff, the apartment complex itself is fantastic. The friendly and nice ambient atmosphere is evident from the moment you step onto the property. The well-maintained grounds and beautifully landscaped common areas create a serene and inviting environment. It's a pleasure to come home to such a peaceful setting after a long day

I’ve been living here at the Upland for over a year now and I love it! Tara is the best, she is always so helpful and truly cares for her residents. The staff truly make it enjoyable to live here. The apartment itself is beautiful and has great amenities. I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home.

We recently just moved to California and we lucked out when it comes to the property and leasing team. The signing/move-in experience was unmatched. We toured 10 apartments in one day and The Upland was our last one on the list and the saying “left the best for last” held true. Andrew has been there every step of the way! Helping us get acclimated with the facilities/property to even sharing recommendations on the surrounding area. You can tell that he truly cares about residents and likes management company he works for. This property is so well kept, has amazing views and feels so safe when I walk my dog at night.

Nice place to live! I love this place has all the cool stuff like pool, spa, and gym. This place is very well kept super high end services. Everything is always clean. I love that it’s so close to my favorite restaurants and stores. Literally 2-7 minutes from the fwy. OMG the staff is so easy to work with very professional. Tara is the best! Every process is seamless.

Hands down best complex in the Inland Empire. Great amenities, very clean, safe, awesome location and most of all the staff! Every single employee is friendly and the office staff is top notch customer service. I would live anywhere Tara (property mgr) is in charge of because I know it would be taken care of properly.

Tara and the team here at The Upland are absolutely amazing! Constantly helping out the tenants when in need, readily available, and continuously making our complex a beautiful place to live with all the constant improvements! ☺️

Moving process is pretty stressful. When I toured this place with Taj she was friendly, informative and upbeat which brought an ease. The move in process with Micheale was a breeze, she was friendly, helpful and informative. Living here the views are amazing depending on your location you could have a city view of Rancho Cucamonga/Upland or San Gabriel mountains. I have both. People are friendly and the amenities are clean/maintained.
