My wife and I love this complex. Walking distance to so many wonderful spots on Riverside. The management staff is very attentive and quick to respond. They organize food trucks every Wednesday night and there are occasional events, even during the pandemic. We had a wonderful virtual wine tasting event, completely free to us. We’re happy to call this place home.

I've lived in this apartment for almost a year now and I've really enjoyed my time here. Keep an open mind when wanting to rent an apartment. You will share walls with people, so you will hear noises and creaks. That being said, this is a great place to rent from. The amenities are great and maintained. The real kicker is the staff. The leasing manager is incredibly kind, helpful and is always keeping the residents informed of everything that goes on. By everything, I mean she'll even let you know when we get a new mailman. The maintenance staff is also really helpful and will always ask how you're doing. I wasn't home when they needed to fix my refrigerator and forgot to put my dog in her crate. They were kind enough to let me know that they would still be able to take care of the problem and that they love dogs! Overall, this is a nice and pretty quiet place to live!

I've lived here for 3 months. I love that the whole apartment complex is gated. The pool and lounge area is very pleasant. Management is always very friendly. Lizzeth, the community manager, has been especially helpful. It feels like the staff actually cares about residents which is really nice. The apartment complex is in a good neighborhood that has many restaurants and stores nearby and I always feel safe walking outside. Update: lived here for 1.5 years, it was always a great place to live! And I ended up getting most of my security deposit back which I'm really happy about. Definitely would recommend this complex.

Isaac, the maintenance manager, is one of the best kenwood team members! Saved me and the apartment from flooding. I am glad Kenwood finally got a team member that is worth their weight in gold. He is extremely polite, knowledgeable and makes sure the job is done to completion. Kenwood needs 10 more of him and this complex would be with out a doubt the best place to live!

I’ve been touring many communities on my apartment hunt recently and Kenwood Mews is one of the nicer ones I have seen. I decided i’m going to apply because of how helpful and hospitable Hailey was. She was very informative and polite.

Harold showed up even though he was due to go to lunch, and he fixed my garbage disposal. He was very hands on, helpful, and polite.

It’s a great apartment complex to explore. All 3 floors are amazing and sophisticated. The pool is very nice along with a gym and Amazing public restroom. The public restroom is very clean. It also has a dry sauna and a hot tub. So many options!
