We came to terra natural zoo and water park the other day. 2 Adults, no children. just under 50 euro each. The zoo itself had lots of cool animals and we watched the bird show which was definitely a highlight for me. Only problem with the Zoo it’s finding your way around it, we struggled quite a bit the maps we found confusing and everywhere was covered in trees so we couldn’t actually see anything around us to help us locate our way around (that took us the longest) Although we had trouble locating our way around we really enjoyed seeing the animals. When we came to the water park we were extremely hungry so the first place we went was for food. We entered a restaurant and was told we couldn’t eat there, which was pretty confusing. We then entered to the food and bar beside and none of the workers spoke english so we struggled quite a bit with communicating but all in all got the food and drinks which was good. The food was nice got myself a kebab and chips, some water and a vodka. The pool is massive and great for swimming in, lots of water slides and children water slides. We sat by the sun loungers for a couple of hours going between there and the pool. We were told there was a sea lion show so we proceeded to walk to were it was supposed to be and it wasn’t particularly a show they were just allowing children to pay for photos and be in the water with them. Good prices if you want your children in there for 15 minutes only around 50 euro and includes a photo, if they want to be in there for a while it jumps up a good bit. We enjoyed our day here other than the negative points I made and a good day out for the price.

Beautiful zoo had a lovely time here food is a little pricey but when u take in to account that the animals are supported by this it’s totally 💯 right. There’s lots you can do do and see and the staff are lovely we met a very nice man whom took the time to tell us about some of the animals and how the zoo is helping them it really was truly wonderful

The best zoo I have ever visited! Amazing animal enclosures, so clean and really thought out. Loved how there were different species of animals in the enclosures together. My kids loved the poisonous creatures exhibit and were thrilled to watch sone of the lizards being fed. Stayed at the resort next door and we visites the zoo many times during our visit.

We absolutely loved this zoo. It was included in our travel package and it's quite expensive to visit, imo. There is a 2 parks (+ Aqua Natura)for one day ticket, I wouldn't suggest that you take it as you won't enjoy any of them properly. You have plenty to do in one day here with all sorts of activities. There is a bird of prey show, and we found it amazing. The enclosures are very good size in some cases, but it didn't impede with seeing the animals. There is an amazing Aviary, a touch and feed area, a venomous critters area, shops, cafe, restaurant, toilets (incredibly clean), play area, jungle style play area. Your day will be full of fun and knowledge.

Loved our visit, the zoo itself is lovely enjoyed seeing the elephants tigers and most of the animals. But was very sad to see the enclosures the three lions two jaguars and three crocodiles are living in so small for these animals Just went home feeling very sad and guilty, am looking into if there's anywhere I can raise these concerns. I have attached photos of the lions crocodiles home and the huge elephants and tigers enclosures. I don't have a photo of the poor jaguars home but it was nothing more then a large square behind glass. Also my husband booked and paid for the night time zoo tour only to be told minutes before that all the big cats are locked away in the night even though it clearly states these animals come alive at night they must be so bored. Also he did not attend or recieve a refund.

Lovely day out and food wasn't bad priced either, great range of animals but have to say we went to see the zebras and Meerkats both advertised on posters and neither were there so a little dissapointed Also watched the elephant show in spanish, no english at all, so I did not have an idea what she was saying.

Absolutely wonderful place! Lots of space for animals and individual needs taken into account. It felt like we were in nature and not in a zoo. I loved every moment.

We visited the Benidrom Terra Natura and was horrified at the state of the animals. The enclosures where small for the size of the animals but most of all, the animals where so thin, I didnt take photos of the lions which I wish now I had have for the proof, but u could see their spines they where so skinny. The elephants had no food to graze on and where desperately trying to reach the green with their trunks but could not reach. The hotel on site looks like an absolute dive! And thr staff where all extremely miserable and didn't speak to anyone.

A bit pricey for entrance and food, but a great day out. Lot's of interesting and well cared for animals. It is a long walk!!! However there are a good few vending machines dotted around if you get thirsty/peckish. Strongly recommend going to one of the bird shows they do a couple times a day - very entertaining and informative - and you can get your photo taken with a huge snake, or one of the birds of prey (no selfies, the photos are taken by a photographer and you can collect them on the way out). Keep some coins on you and you can buy some corn to feed the animals in the farm section. There's a great park for the kids to play in too.

This zoo has everything to offer. They have three themed zones based on Asia, Europe, and the Americas, each with their own flaura and fauna. Their reptiles were amazing, and the place is simply huge!. Each zone has animals from that part of the world. Big cats, elephants, camels, prairie dogs, marmosets. You can see the animals a well taken care of. Their outdoor aviary was really special. See all sorts of birds flying around and discovering what was hiding about was a great experience. Overall, this is the best zoo we've ever visited. It beats any zoo in the United Kidgdom, hands down! Earns the 5* 💯 mark from us.

Lots to do and takes hours to get round the zoo. My kids loved it. Especially being able to feed the goats & llamas. There's a lovely food place about half way round which also has quite a large park to keep the kids busy while you have a well deserved rest! There are also little snacks/drinks bars with seating dotted round the park.

Great few hours out. We did a quick walk around and it still took about 3 hours. Definitely take you own water with you as it is very hot and humid out. Tickets were 32€ per person. All animals looked cared for and content. The aviary was the best experience for me as the birds were freely able to roam everywhere!

A surprising find. The reviews by my fellow Local Guides was useful. However, the surprise was the cost and inclusive 3 course meal & drinks (for 3 Euros!). Children shows (for under 5s in Spanish and English) were delightful. The entry process was easy and there is plenty of parking (€5 for the day). The only issue was the limited types of animals on show. The best part of the day was the many shows - the highlights included a full blown bird of prey show (AMAZING!!!!), Chance to meet a phython and a great Children interactive show. Overall, this zoo is well worth a visit. Entry costs per adult: €43 for water park, nature park and 3 course meal. A must see is you have a day free.

Quite big place. Foodcorts have not wide choice, price in average 10 eur per person, but there are places for picnic, so it's better take some food from outside. The paths sometimes only one-way. In common it's not a zoo, so treat it like just a botanic garden with animals, with play areas for kids where you can spend time with family. There are no zebras, giraffes, hippo. Fantastic afternoon here, not too busy in December. Wouldn't like to come during peak season. Expensive for entry (2 adults and 5 kids) however it was an enjoyable experience. Toilets are located throughout the park, the layout is well thought. We didnt see wheelchair users during our visit however there were families using buggies. Some areas were closed for development during our visit. Some people aren't keen on Zoos and I understand, however the animals here all definitely appeared happy and well looked after. Charlie the sea lion is so cute! Taxi back to Benidorm centre was 15 Euros Would definitely recommend, if you have a family I'd advise to book a taxi.

An interesting zoo to go to! Relatively quiet due to the time of year however all of the animals were out and there were some feeding shows on also. They also had a BOGOF offer on. Coupons could be found in petrol stations. Definitely worth a visit!

Really nice place to go with your kids, they have a Fairy Hut where little girls can dress up, and put make up on to prepare for a photo shoot with the fairies, they have a few restaurants quite ok, if you like nuggets and chips, but those are kind of expensive, what is really nice besides the animals and the shows is the playground with a soft ground so the little ones can't get hurt. A lovely place for a day out.

Great walk around the whole place, I only go in quiet times, never summer months....buy a year pass if u live in the area, great value, fab park/play zone for kids (not open at the moment because of covid). Not many animals seem to be out but maybe all to do with covid.

What a cracking day out we all had here, loads to do and the day went far to fast. We got to swim with the sea lions which was extra but well worth the money. Food and drink all priced as expected but not to over the top. Would suit younger children more then Benidorms other water parks

Some of the big cats are obviously bored as all they do is walk around in circles. I know they were closed for covid, but they could have looked after the animals better. Had a really nice visit here. The animals appeared well looked after and happy. We were very close up to the elephants, saw the tigers being fed, lovely bird show. Staff were friendly and appeared interested with their animals. They also had good entertainment with some actors, helping with security of the park. You can hire wheely chairs for the children or take your pushchair. Some beverages and snacks around the park too. Overall a lovely afternoon spent there.

Brought our two children to the park (4 and 11 years old) and they enjoined every minute of the trip. Being able to see so many exotic animals was very exciting! We went on a thursday and there where very few people in the park so we did get to enjoy it even more. But this is probably the end of the season and that might contribute. The layout is just brilliant! We decided to start in the America part and then we just followed the yellow line in the path. By doing that we were guided though the park and not missing anything! One more great feature was the play zone, there is a good play zone beside one of the resturant area where my 4 year old enjoyed playing. But just few meters away, there was also a course where my 11 year old could try out his skills. This was probably little more than halfway through the park so both kids could focus a little bit on something other than the animals for some time and the continue through the park with full energy. The paths are just excellent with a lot of plants and a beautiful scenery, Would recommend the park to anyone visiting Benidorm!

This place is fantastic for all ages. Although a lot of the areas were closed or partly closed due to the time of year (Christmas) and numbers were regulated due to Covid rules, we had a really enjoyable few hours here. The animals are all well cared for and the keepers and Park staff are great. Set in a natural environment it truly is a great place to visit. Highly recommended.

Activities: Feeding time for Tigers is something I recommend. There is also a beautiful obstacles course to try in the Asia section. Sadly the water park Aqua Natura was closed as it was still cold. But it's a change from all peak season tourism. Had plenty of time to look around peacefully undisturbed.

Brilliant zoo lots of animals and the kids loved the play park and adventure area. Would definitely recommend

A lovely zoo very bigger and the animal seem so close to you. elephant🐘 seem so close amazing. Water Park is bigger and great only down side is the sun chair 5 euro but amazing 👏🏻👌

Great fun with the family. My daughter lover the great variety of different animals and the themed element of the park was great. Good areas for picnics and play areas for different ages.

Nice park with animals not common in Danish Zoo's. Large reptile area, very interesting. Not overcrowded, so very nice to walk around. Food is a bit above normal for such places.

Lots of animals and they have good sized living spaces. The price recently went up but the size of the Terra Natura park is BIG with a lot of different animals to see. They have good sized living areas and unlike a lot of other zoos or safari parks, you can see the animals - they aren't hiding away. The big cats and elephants are particularly impressive. You can certainly spend all day there. Entry & the food prices are quite expensive but there are picnic areas so you can bring your own lunch. There's a huge play area for kids to climb on & enjoy. The staff are very helpful and there are several demonstrations & talks throughout the day. If you catch a taxi to the park from Benidorm it costs around €10 to €12 and the staff will helpfully call you a taxi when you are ready to leave if there isn't one already waiting out front in the taxi rank. We had a great day - but don't forget your sunblock as it is mostly out in the open.

Great zoo, a lot of amazing animals. Even had a lot of birds free roaming the zoo (Mascaws, ducks and more) They have a great variety of animals and the zoo is very kid friendly. Don't forget to check out the bird show!

The staff at the hotel are amazing. They were very helpful with my disability. They helped me in every which way Possible.the food in the restaurants is fantastic. I can't fault it at all. I love the experience. Will definitely be back again

Great experience, really exceeded our expectations. Big variety of animals and the park is very well taken care of and very well planned. Our kids were so happy with it. The kids play are is great. Would go there again.

Lots of animals and most kept in very large open areas. There’s a massive amount to see and you’ll want a good day to get around everything. Follow the directional yellow arrows for the best paths around the Zoo.

Well looked after animals. their environments look good. The whole zoo takes a good few hours to walk around. The secret is to stop and really watch the animals and appreciate the work the zoo keepers do.

We only went to the animal park but was really good. Spent a couple hours there then taxi back into benidorm. Not much information on when shows are on and it's very relaxed to walk around

Nice place but so spread out and was so much walking in the heat. Very hilly. Cost a lot for what it was. Probably a nice day out if it wasn't so hot and my kids weren't all moaning haha.

Lovely zoo. Picked the hottest day to visit. Spiders and snakes a must to see. Rhinos and tigers sat in water pools to cool off. Book online it's cheaper.

Wirklich schöner Zoo, großes Areal - es gibt überall etwas zu sehen und Möglichkeiten sich entspannt hinzusetzen und den Tieren zuzusehen. Die Tiere sehen gesund und vor allem entspannt aus.. Preise für Getränke sind absolut fair, gerade bei den Temperaturen für uns sehr positiv. Schöne und artenreiche Terraristik. Wir sind froh die 100km Anfahrt auf uns genommen zu haben. Einzig die Gastronomie (Kiosk) ist definitiv auszubauen, diese wird der Aufmachung des Parks nicht gerecht..

Always an amazing time for the kids. We have the yearly passes which with 3 children saves a fortune. Great things to see. Great play park for smaller children and another for older children. Easy to find also. If you take your own food remember you are limited to a bag size.
