The experience after paying more than €600 per night... (more than €1300 for a weekend). The suit with the jacuzzi was fantastic. Amazing breakfast, one of the best spa experiences I got so far. BUT one working charging point (a socket) for an electric car for the entire hotel is a joke, I know in future you plan a docking stations, but meanwhile take care and spend €5 for an additional socket or maybe even more than two. Another thing is waiting time for a table (to enjoy the breakfast), I know the stuff have fun and enjoy talking to each other but please don't let to wait your guests so long to guide them to a table especially after they spend this money for a stay....

WARNING: If you stay here, you won't want to leave! 😁 Heaven on earth. Everything perfect. An incredible place to disconnect and decompress. The views are breathtaking. The heated pool in the villa is amazing. The bed is enormous and floor-to-ceiling windows provide a gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains. The food is exquisite; the breakfast! Wow, what a way to start the day. Absolutely essential to walk down to the reservoir (or run around it if you're up to it. 10km according to my watch). Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to visit the spa but maybe next time. Finally, thank you to the staff for personalizing my stay. I checked out 3 hours ago and I already miss it. I will definitely be back, thank you for an amazing stay!

Very hard to fault the hotel during our stay here. We stayed for 10 days in August for our honeymoon and it was everything we hoped for. The rooms were minimalist by design and all the better for it, views were incredible and the pool/bar matched this. It really was hard to fault. You can even call for a buggy to help you with luggage up the hill or to deliver breakfast in the morning. We used the spa facilities which were a nice change from the routine we had got into over our stay. Walking down to the reservoir is a must if you're truly to make the most of the wonderful location. We even had a taxi drop us off in the hills to the south of the hotel and walked back - it was beautiful. If there is anything that lets the hotel down it's that certain parts of the rooms are perhaps showing their age, nothing major and certainly nothing that affected our enjoyment. But the shower basin in our room has clearly bowed over time so water didn't run to the drain properly and the window was cracked. And I personally think the pool could use a thorough clean. As I say, nothing to affect us greatly but they are fairly simple things that I wouldn't expect to find in a $200 a night room. I almost forgot, the breakfast, just wow. What a feast to start the day. Absolutely fantastic.

In general it feels like the hotel have huge problems with communication within the teams. As a guest you are often forgotten about and there is almost always a mistake being made. They are friendly and really try their best but the mistakes get very annoying when they happen so many times, it makes it difficult to relax and you struggle to feel like you are going to get “taken care of”. They always have a manager watching over them which i think is having an impact on their work in a negative matter. Its not appropriate to sit with your laptop in the corner watching over your employees in the same setting where I am supposed to have a romantic dinner. Things just are not smooth enough for the price you pay. It does not make sense to wait 40 minutes to recieve your breakfast - just have a buffet instead. I’d rather get my own black coffee than having to wait 30 mins to get it from the waiter. The environment is beautiful and the sightings is incredible. If they managed to take their service to the actual level where it should be in this price category - it would be a fantastic experience but as of now, it falls short.

This accommodation has room for improvements such as renewal of rooms and toilets. Staff is inattentive and poor in english. The breakfast is not healthy: it consists of two croissants, bread Marmelade. Fruits are missing.

Great hotel surrounded by nature. Calm and perfect for relaxation. Stylish spacious standard suite offers stunning panoramic views (even from the shower) and a cosy kingsize bed. Yummy breakfast is served a la carte with a small buffet selection. Dinner is also on a very high level, this is something you don‘t wanna miss, too

A perfect retreat for parents or couples to find peace of mind. Relaxed atmosphere with beautiful surroundings of mountains and olive farms. Spa treatment is a recommended must during your visit. The hotel also offers other activities like yoga classes. The food is also excellent. The best part, is the rooms. Every room is a little "private" cabin with all the things you need. The big windows gives a direct view of the valley right from the bed and shower. All cabins are placed so you have no direct insight from other guest. This gives you good feeling of really being in nature. This might be one of my top recommendations for places to visit for a chill, comfortable and relaxing weekend.

We stayed here for a few nights during our honeymoon. The combination of architecture and nature at this hotel is amazing. We loved having a floating breakfast one morning. The staff was kind and accommodating. We wish we could have stayed longer! We highly recommend this hotel.

A unique experience, perfect for totally relaxing and soaking in the amazing scenery. The walk down to the pool through a variety of plants and individual aromas was exquisite but climbing back up was a bit heavy for us old fogies, so the very pleasant staff kindly took us back up on their little buggies. Both infinity pools were spectacular and large and deep enough to swim in. Spa facilities top notch. We certainly disagree with some reviews on the menus, absolutely everything was fresh , varied and very tasty with a good selection of wines.

Wonderful time at Vivood, it is like entering in a different, beautiful and relaxed world. Very nice location with wonderful views all around. Very friendly staff. Great food and service. Spacious and nicely decorated rooms with focus on the amazing views and a lot of privacy. We will definitely come back.

Over all, amazing place to relax and stay. The hotel service was beautiful and the grounds were amazing above the reservoir. Only negative was the condition of the rooms. Starting to show age and wear. In my opinion, a little lack of maintenance brings my rating down.
