In addition to the warm welcome, the breakfast at this hotel was truly amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We were not only impressed by the pet-friendly atmosphere but also by the quality of service and the amenities provided for our four-legged family member, Abby. I would like to extend my gratitude to this hotel for setting an example of how to be pet-friendly. I encourage other hotels to consider opening their spaces to furry companions, as it enhances the overall experience for families like ours. Our stay here was a testament to how a hotel can cater to both human and pet guests. We hope to see more hotels follow suit!

This is the best place to stay in Managua. The rooms are smartly appointed and the location is perfect at the Galleria Mall which includes lots of great restaurant choices and the hard Rock Cafe among others. The gym is pretty good and there is a nice pool. The only downside is that the Wi-Fi is not compatible with a hotel of this level and should be upgraded. The speeds were a pathetic five and five. We spent our days at local coffee shops which was fine and we found some that have very good Wi-Fi. Try Nuve or Del Finca. By the time you read this hopefully they will have upgraded the Wi-Fi and then this place will be perfect! To top it off the breakfast here is probably the best we've ever had! I don't usually eat breakfast but after trying it just once I couldn't resist it is just fabulous.

They have built a baseball field directly behind the hotel. The speakers, crowd, horns are very loud, and the games go on late. Hoping it would be over before 10 pm we waited and shortly after 10 called the front desk to ask if they knew when the game would be over. They did not. It finally ended just after 11 pm. Breakfast did not start till 6:30 but was great. Note: do not use the paper cups (recycled) your coffee will taste like cardboard. The room was clean but the shower curtain (shower curtain?) yes shower curtain smelled of mold. The mall across the street is very nice and really improved over the years. Biggest takeaway, ask if there will be games at the field behind the hotel before you book, if so, demand a room on the front.

New building, mediocre service. I went to a bikers event there in the outdoor patio. There was absolutely no hotel personnel looking after the needs of the event. You could argue the event took place at a space rented for it but you would expect someone from the hotel looking out for things needed at that space. For example, there were no ashtrays although smoking was allowed. Another example: at some point there weren't enough chairs for the people attending. I went to the reception and requested more chairs. The lady at the counter said they would send some right away. Well, the chairs never appeared. The bathroom inside the hotel did not have soap at one of the lavatory dispensers and no paper towels. I again went to the reception to inform them. The lady at the counter said they would send some right away. It's too bad such a beautiful hotel has such bad service. I would'nt stay there.

If you're looking to sleep undisturbed don't stay here. The bars and clubs at the galleria mall blast their music loudly on weekends until 4am and the sound easily travels 100 meters to rooms facing the mall. Room was fine, food was okay, hotel staff was okay, bar and restaurant staff were generally lackadaisical.

Hotel is very clean and staff is accommodating and friendly. The Breakfast included with the stay is truly amazing - fresh fruit, variety of hot dishes, juices, coffee and more. Fitness center is clean and well maintained. Walking distance to Galleria restaurants and shops, which is very convenient. I stay at the Hyatt every time I travel to Managua.

Iโ€™m a Hyatt Globalist, and travel a lot to Hyatts all over the world. I was very disappointed with the service and the manager at this Hyatt. This stemmed from them charging me for breakfast which was included in the rate. They said that I needed to select two guests when I made the reservation (which is the same price as one guest) in order to get free breakfast. When I asked them to update my reservation to two guests, they refused and proceeded to charge me for breakfast. I was very disappointed in this and would not recommend the hotel.

This is a very nice clean hotel. It will be like the United States, so after being a tourist all day you can come back to familiarity.

Fabulous. The food is {western Price] reasonable, the Coffee is very good, I love the staff and they have simply the best all you can eat Breakfast in town. The rooms are very very good, modern and very comfortable; I recently spent 7 nights there. It's my favorite place to stay in Managua when I need a hotel. I send everyone there. Best bit... walk across the little bridge to Zona Vida at Galerias! I thought the rates were reasonable too.

Fantastic location- right next to the Gallarias mall. The room wasnโ€™t very impressive, as with the small rectangular pool. Service wasnโ€™t exceptional, prices are a little high. Would stay somewhere else next time.

This was my first time staying at the hyatt and it was great. On my previous trip I crash at the Hilton but the hyatt stands out big time. Upon checking William the gentleman man at the front desk was extremely polite and attended to our needs. The food was pretty good every morning I decided to have breakfast there. There set up was great with plenty of variety. Upon Check out Joel the manager was super polite, not to mentioned my room service lady which I will not forget her name Tatiana Mejia. That young lady was amazing ๐Ÿ‘!! She is definitely someone i would love as one of my workers on my team.I will definitely stay there again without thinking about it twice.๐Ÿ‘

We arrived not sure what to expect, but this definitely met our expectations. Having stayed at many Hyatt Places in the past, this was the first time in Nicaragua. The grounds were very well kept and the staff super polite and welcoming. The all inclusive breakfast buffet was excellent !

Took more than an hour to make WiFi working (not the best occupation at 5 am right after check-in?). Extremely noisy in the room (humming sound from a generator). Just one bottle of water for two. Upd. Noise and WiFi issue occurred only once. Very very tasty breakfast and restaurant. Swimming pool is nice

This was one of my favorite spots to stay at. I have to give props to the following people that made my stay pleasant and valued. Feliz sanchez, Hoswell Gaitan,Elias Ramos,Jefrey Rocha who finally took off the ridiculous tapa boca. I liberated him from the fear of ๐Ÿ˜ท. Smiles are contagious and i hate seeing people masked 3 years later. Please tell your staff that covid was a sham from the pharmaceutical industry. ๐Ÿ˜จ fear doesn't work for me. Unmasked forever โ™ฅ๏ธ. These guys where great and made me feel like i was a rockstar. The hotel had beautiful women and services and food where 5 star plus. If i ever return to Nicaragua i will stay here. The galleria was walking distance for shopping and dinning. Overall i would give this place a 10! Satisfaction guaranteed ๐Ÿ‘Œ.

big clean rooms took awhile to check in here for new years eve not told when making hotel package reservation or asked to reserve seating for dinner. Sit outside by the pool yelling kids hmmm poor planning. Hope the dinner and party is better. Windows dirty on the outside mud not just dust and dirt.

I have stayed here while working in town for several months and even though I have been there for so long I am still pleased with their service. The staff are professionals and problems get fixed. If power goes out, there is a backup generator, internet is fast and reliable, the bed mattress is high quality, the linens clean and high quality. My housekeeper, Jacqueline, is wonderful and honest. I have been there for so long I know many by name. They even decorated my room on my birthday and sent me a bottle of wine. The morning breakfast has a wide variety and is delicious - kudos to Chef David! I should also mention that it is in a good location with many restaurants and stores nearby. The Gallerias mall has many guards and the gates close late at night for added security. There are cheaper places, sure, but staying at the Hyatt Place will be trouble-free luxury. Frankly I like having reliable Air Conditioning.

It's a beautiful hotel, the amenities are great and the rooms are most comfortable and well designed. The staff is nice and caring, location-wise is very good for people that travels both to downtown Managua for business or would like to go to colonial cities like Granada or Masaya since it's just so conveniently placed. A supermarket is within walking distance, so does a shopping mall and bars/restaurants, including Hard Rock Cafe. Definitely going back as soon as possible!

Great room and breakfast, however, the room had a funny smell that stayed on my clothes, lobby hotel employees were a little unattentive, and I found a tick on the outside of my door the last night I stayed.

Breakfast is just miceowaved everyday. Manu food is good, except for the tortilla soup that was more like a tomato sause and the pasta was too salty. We ran out of hot water and theres much noise around in you need a quiet place to stay. The staff is nice.
