I really love this Laurel Village Starbucks location. The customer service is very nice, quick support. I usually order online through Starbucks application, so I don’t have to wait in line. They have opened and space seating indoor. Free wifi. The bathroom is always maintained.

Restrooms aren't well maintained. Toilet paper constantly runs out and one of the sinks is broken. There is only 1 outlet in the north west corner, which is normally being used, so practically no outlet will be available. Please add more outlets.

Always consistent and reliable, and of course can be found everywhere - it’s not the connoisseur of coffee however the staff are always friendly, the drinks are as you order them, regardless of your preference and you get that all important java-hit on the drive/road trip that you need. They are always a part of my destination drives.

They nicely gave my espresso in a Great espresso glass ☕ which quite nicely enhances the wonderful flavor. That's when you let them know you are going to drink it there and not getting it to go!!!

Packed almost all day long and only one outlet for customers that's always being used by cafe campers, Internet gets throttled at this location regularly throughout the day. The only good things about this Starbucks are that they're open later than most and the staff are usually friendly. Better as a grab & go. I would avoid if you have any other close by options available for your coffee & you want a more casual and comfortable experience overall.

Yesterday, I went to the Starbucks in Laurel Village. Every time i have been there, a wonderful team player who is always checking on the drinks and making sure all the customers have the correct drinks. Excellent customer service, always so kind to help many. Thank you to your staff who are so kind and go out of their way to us help us! Could you share her name?

Love this Starbucks! It's a great place for people watching! Also, it's near Walgreen's (right across the street), as well as being close to Cal-Mart, Panda Express, Susie Cakes, Super Duper Burgers, and Bryan's, as well as our local Standard 5 and 10 (aka Ace Hardware), and about a block or so from JCCSF, where they offer swimming, dance classes, exercise classes, a gym, etc.

Conveniently located! They move pretty quickly too! Shoutout to Jorge! - his customer service is a game changer. Thanks for making me & my sisters Starbucks experience great!

The service here is terrible. I came in at 7PM and waited 10 minutes at the register while 4 people were behind the counter just talking to each other and moving ridiculously slow. I eventually had to ask if I could get some help because there were 4 people waiting behind me and everyone looked at me, but then went back to cleaning/talking to each other. One of the men sweeping started laughing. When the woman finally got to the register she huffed as if it was a burden to put an order in.

I mobile ordered, and arrived right when my order was supposed to be ready. Everyone who was in line got served before me. I waited 25 minutes for my 1 drink the app estimated would be 5 minutes. I asked nicely about status and they said it was coming up next. 5 orders later and still no coffee in hand. Asked again. The kid didn’t want to talk to me. He was walking away as I was trying to ask. I got a rude stare, eye roll, and the slowest made blandest coffee I’ve ever had. Kid with the dark brown curly fade hated me for asking him where my drink was. Seemed like the entire staff didn’t want to be there. Not sure where the manager was, and if they were in that staff didn’t care. A couple of baristas were showing each other stuff off each others phones and laughing like there wasn’t several people waiting for drinks.
