Very nice place, many things available to buy. Required to have membership.

Of the two locations in Guadalajara this one has ample and free parking and has a more orderly checkout line system. Most of the food items are great quality and value as well as the selection of appliances and tech items. As is typical at Costco the variety of items changes frequently and if you like something get it while you can. A real highlight is the selection and quality of the wines. A true gem and much better quality that most other specialty wine stores.

Its a Costco, so it has what you can expect and some prices are actually really good. But the extreme queue to pay for the groceries is just making the idea of going there terrible. I rather walk blindfolded in to a kids room with lego pieces on the floor everywhere than go shopping here again.

Horribly crowded outside and inside. The lines are wrapped around the back of the store. Food court lines are long as well.

I went for a hearing test. Bought a basic membership for 500 pesos which included my test. They also give eye tests with that membership so that makes the membership worth it. Of course stocked up on items we use a lot or drink. Parking lot well supervised with guys watching, taking back carts and making it safe to back out. Please tip them if you go.

The lines to go to checkout, were so long, all the wat to the back of the store, we left our cart and walked out. I don't need anything that Costco sells, that bad.

Be prepared for a long long line this is 1 of 2 in the whole city. You will find what your looking for if you frequent Costco, pizzas and the rest of the food is good normal time on that. Parking is free it's big enough but again a lot of people so it may be a bit difficult to find a spot.

It's Costco. Long lines that move fast and are well managed by polite staff. Courteous staff offered us help to our car. Bonus that parking lot is staffed with folks to assist in finding an open parking spot and facilitate safe entry and exits.

The store is very well stocked and very clean and organized. Unfortunately when it was time to check out, not enough registers were open and the line was all the way to the meat section in the rear of the store. That is completely disrespectful to us as customers and ot reflects on poor management.

All wholesale items you need are found here. I love it, and I love the outdoor fast food they have. Highly recommend this store for your daily needs.

Nice place to buy the best bakery products...

I am happy to have Costco for shopping. They are the best. I just wish they were closer to me. Love their meats and bakery.

Covid regulations strict but do not interfer with shopping experience. Lineups at checkout lengthy but lots of help so wait was not too bad, about half an hour.

Friendly service. Not always easy to find what your looking for. An on line map of in store items would help.

No line to get in. Line to get out, but well orchestrated and went by fast enough.

Love this place . Almost as much as I love the Costco in the US . People are nice and they have great deals

Traveling from US (California) and my hearing aid wire broke. BIG Gracias to Angelica at the hearing aid center! I was prepared with my Google Translate, but Very Thankful she spoke English. Fast & polite, Angelica had me on my way as good as new in 10 minutes! #SuperCostcoService

All products are whole sale and costly

Very poor customer service. Waiting in line for extreme amounts amounts of time just to change the card. Taking extreme time to process for a new card. Customer service person waiting on someone for extreme amounts of time then just walks away. No customer service. No apology. Cultural.
