Got a large chicken salad and a combo teriyaki beef and chicken on 11 29,22 at approximately 8:30 PM. It was disgusting.! The chicken was fat and grizzle, and the beef was so tough. It was like leather you couldn’t even chew it. Top it off I get done eating half of my salad and find a freaking bug in my lettuce. I will never eat there again.! Just gross !

The teriyaki chicken is very good. I ordered the teriyaki chicken with rice and it is so good. I like that they give you extra teriyaki sauce. I like to spread the teriyaki sauce on my rice. I highly recommend eating at Rascals.

Good teriyaki for the price. The only reason I deducted a star was due to the interior cleanliness of the restaurant. The restaurant generally looked dirty and there were a lot of flies inside.

They had a mound of chicken on the grill. I got the chicken and beef teriyaki. The chicken was dry and the beef tasted like something you would have in a stew, the salad was a no go as well, and to top it all off they put an orange slice in it... The only thing close to decent was the rice.

Chicken deluxe is better than beef. Children's portion is perfect for a smaller eating senior citizen. And it's comfort food to the max.

Longtime customer. I used to love their Teri deluxe combo with the salad, but I found a fly in the salad. Low and behold another person had the same problem 7 months ago. It took two phone calls and coming back in to the store to get a full refund. No I don’t want a voucher for a free chicken salad that I just found a fly in but a full refund. Horrible customer service. The kids at the front are always nice and friendly but management get your act together

I am a fan of the Gardena location, it has been great every time and the people are generous and kind. HOWEVER, the Torrance location is absolutely terrible. 1. The service was very poor, with many rude employees. No one was helpful. 2. The food was low quality, old, and overall, atrocious. I spent plenty money, and it was the worst food I have ever had in my life. The chicken was old, rubbery, smelly, and not edible. The beef was unexplainable, and had a weird flavor that spread on all of the rice. The salad was soggy and disgusting. I even attempted to try the burger and pastrami sandwich. ABSOLUTELY disgusting. The meats on both tasted like microwaved frozen food. I would honestly not even feed my dogs this food, it is nasty. The worst food ever, and trust me, I am not picky at all, but this was UNACCEPTABLE, and most likely SPOILED. Don’t EVER go here!!!!!!! I am hoping the food inspectors visit them to check out the place, this genuinely seems unsafe and should not be serving food anymore.

Ordered the teriyaki chicken with white meat and chicken salad combo. The salad was good but the chicken was so dry it was hard to stick my fork through it. Hardly edible. Used to love this place but the quality has gone way down :(

Go for the burgers! The Teri avocado burger is the best and comes loaded with flavor. You can tell they grind the beef up themselves. Staff better is always friendly and mostly students. The management has instilled a great work ethic which is nice to see.

Tried this place after a friend recommended. My Chinese chicken salad was a bunch of iceberg lettuce, a few pieces of chicken and something crunchy. The only good thing here is the price ( cheap) and the fact that it is quick.

Sad. Used to get the Chinese Chicken salad for years. The last 3 times it was terrible. Old lettuce, dry, not fresh. 3 slices of cucumber. The chicken was dry. And that’s it. 3 strikes, you’re out.

The thin tall lady with the mask on is very pretty, other then that the Terry avocado Is a decent size burger with lost of flavor and great size for Ones belly.

Rascal's is locally famous for their Chinese Chicken Salad. I've been coming to this location for over 20 years, and even used to bring friends. Now I rarely do. It seems that while they are raising their prices, they are lessening the value of what you get. While charging more for your meals, they seem to be be cutting the amount of chicken and other things in their salad, while expanding the amount of cheap lettuce to act as as a filler. I understand that costs go up, but it barely seems like a chicken salad anymore. The cost isn't really worth it and I don't think I'll be back.

Best chinese chicken salad. I'm addicted so is all my friends! The fresh just cut green leaf lettuce cucumber and green onion and shredded chicken is a simple delight with the house made sesame dressing.

The food is really good and reasonably priced. I usually go for the teriyaki avacado burger with chili fries but their vegetable curry and Asian chicken salad are both great too

I drove all the way from Mpk because i was craving the Chinese chicken salad. I was greeted with a friendly welcome by Ian. I was on in important phone call but Ian read my lips and continued to take my order even though I was on the phone. After i hung up I apologized for being on the phone and he continued to smile and said don't worry about it. I was really touched by the customer service I received from him. Ian gets 1000000+ in my book.

The owners really take pride in serving the community. Food is delicious and my absolute must try is the Chinese chicken salad, very flavorful.

I was so disappointed that the vegetable sir fry was removed from the menu. Had the curry with vegetables. Literally hadv3 pieces of potato and 4 pieces of carrots on top of a heap of rice. So disappointed. Rascals used to be one of my favorite places for local food.

The absolute best teriyaki in the South Bay! The Chinese chicken salads are wonderful too. If you want a burger, they have those too and they are outstanding. The only problem is that it's not a good place dine in. It's noisy and the tables are kind of on top of each other.

I crave this place every single day. I live in UT and when we come visit family I always ask to come here haha. That's how good it is!!! The Avacado Burger with extra Tery sauce on it and the fries 👌🏻

The food here is always great, tastes fresh and a reasonable price. 4 stars comes from my most recent experience, in the last 10+ years that I’ve been coming here I was turned away because my order was inconvenient for the time I ordered it. Never experienced that before
