Huge place, so it's rare not to be seated right away, or take more than 30 minutes. The games are cool and fun, and there's a lot to do. Bar, games, the mall it's connected to, TVs, private sitting. It's a fun place, and the food is not terrible.

Had a pretty great time here, my son had a blast. Food was pretty good too and the staff were all very friendly. Also, the social media team is very responsive. Accidentally left a three star review and they asked me how they could help before I got around to changing it.

This was my first time coming to this place. It was so much fun! The whole place was super clean, which is a big plus! The tables, booths, games, floors, bathroom,.everything was clean. Our service was great 😃 the server was attentive. The food was fantastic! I got the Chimichurri Bowl with Salmon and a blue lemonade to drink. Absolutely delicious 😋 The game selection was great and all of the machines worked. No out of order signs on any of them. Staff was going around cleaning the machines. Great selection of choices on the prizes. Our family had a blast! Definitely recommend!

This was our first time at this location, we were seated promptly. I appreciate how they handled covid regulations. The server was attentive. Food was good they had a very limited menu. Our food came out moderately quick, My fiance received his order first he had the New York Steak w/ mashed potatoes instead of veggies he substituted it for mac & cheese. Sadly when my fiancés New York steak came out he tasted it & verified that it was burnt it upset his stomach from that one bite. We had to send it back the waitress was kind enough to take it off our ticket. I had ordered the chicken club w/ fries. The games were the best we had so much fun! Overall food would be a pass but come for the games. 🎮 🥌 🏑 🎲

High tier food and drinks that are totally worth the price. Great service if you sit at the bar and you can enjoy food at the bar. Got bruchetta and nachos and they are large portions bigger than an entree that you will need to share with a friend. The Backwoods Blueberry Lemonade has strawberry moonshine and was dangerously tasty.

Service was okay! Good is not good at all. Been here a few times and I feel like the quality of the food went down, they can do better!!! Wouldn’t come back for food! Just for beer and the arcades!

Went into basset to actually go somewhere else to eat lunch and decided to give it a try here. The service and food were beyond expectations. The french dip was one of the best I've had. Add sauerkraut to it, you won't be disappointed!

I love this Dave & Busters after coming here, I’m a novice photographer and brought my camera with me here, everyone including employees were fine with me taking pictures and even got a couple compliments about my camera. I was mostly playing the coin pushers and won a ton of coins, and got like 1600 tickets, so I got a few things from the store, however I also played skee ball, basketball, bowling, etc. it was super fun and enjoyable just a little crowded, would love to see another location for it to hopefully be a little less crowded.. We also got some food, I got pizza and it was actually pretty good, obviously not the best pizza ever, but it was a nice snack for while we were there, there’s also various sports games playing on the TVs and is child friendly during the day, but after a certain time best to take your little ones home with all the teenagers coming in.

We went on a really busy night and you could tell it had an effect as they were unable to fulfill two entree requests due to being out of food items. Our server had a tough time keeping up with the large dinner crowd, but she was very nice. I did enjoy the food overall however, and the games were all fun, and worked too. Overall it was enjoyable.

Our bartender was amazing and very friendly. Kids had a fantastic time. We got a power card with 550 chips on it and that lasted the two of us for roughly 2 1/2-3 hours. There were some unruly kids at this one, trying to steal your cards. We will be back again.

Nice place, restaurant( loved the stake salad), bar, games all in one kids had fun for hours most games are around 7c/game, pretty cool!

This Dave & Busters is one of the best I've visited. The food and drinks were bomb, and to top our visit; I lost my phone and couldn't remember where. I asked an employee where I could see if it was turned in, and he asked me for my phone color and let me know he had picked it up and taken it to the front desk. He was picking up empty cups from all over and was so kind enough to pay attention to lost property. I couldn't say thank you enough, so I had to leave a review to show my appreciation.

Went her for lunch, the food was VERY average, and truly nothing to write home about. You use the QR code to order your own food, and get lukewarm service... The saving grace is the games! Everything worked was cleaned, they have hand sanitizer readily available. The game for points were pretty good, you can actually score some things you want. Walk away with headphones for gaming. Overall if you're going to play, great, $3.59 for a soda that you have to make an effort to refilled, which ends up being over $4.00 with tax and tip eh...😒 So yeah the games are great!!

We did not eat here, and came only for the games with family. This is a smaller D&B location, but they still had a good variety of games. Some to win tickets and others to play for fun. The faux axe throwing game was really cool. They have giant basketball hoops, and a lot of different games for littles. They have a lot of different prizes if you are going to win tickets. Staff members are pretty friendly even on a super busy Friday.

I had asked my son where he wanted to go for his 12th Bday and he chose Dave and Busters. Was a little skeptical about the atmosphere but, when we got there it was ver nice! The staff was awesome and they really helped you with whatever you needed. We had a great experience and the prices were ver affordable!

Decided to visit for some food and fun. I spoke to a server who said sit anywhere you'd like. After that we sat at a dirty booth waiting for a server. Took about 15 minutes for her to tell us she will be back. She came back 10 minutes later to get drinks. Meanwhile, we had to take menus from an abandoned table. And later we received our plates with no flatware. We once again took from the other table. The Service is terrible but the food was very good. Lucky for the server that my minimum tip is 15%. I bought 2 power bands and they seem difficult to use. Great idea but something needs to be tweaked.

The place was fantastic! Went there with family members and had a great time. The drinks were excellent and made with top shelf liquor! I would highly recommend their Long Island Iced Tea made with Jameson! All of our food was fantastic! I just wished they had never changed their Philly steak and cheese to using a cheese sauce instead of real cheese like a real Philly cheese steak is made!! However they did replace with provolone cheese on my Philly steak and cheese! I am from the East Coast and no restaurant over there would get away with putting some canned cheese sauce on a Philly steak and cheese !! However when I asked to have real cheese put on my Philly steak and cheese they had no issues with doing that for me!! The staff was very helpful with anything and everything we wanted and all service workers there were very personable including management!! I will return for another Philly steak and cheese as long as they continue to provide provolone or mozzarella cheese for my Philly steak and cheese!!

Cleanliness was so so the menu, salt, pepper shakers and glasses needed to be cleaned, service was good and the grilled food tasted like the grill was very hot and they cleaned it with water and a dirty/used dish rag, atmosphere was very loud we had to yell at the servers while ordering. I know it’s a fun and loud place but this was over the top, we’ve been to other venues that weren’t as loud.

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. I went here after a sporting event to celebrate and was sorely disappointed in the friendliness and cleanliness of the establishment. This place was SO uninviting that I will never even think to have any more large events held here. This place and the staff are an absolute joke. Everyone is so unaccommodating and straight rude to children. After an employee took it upon himself to yell at my child I will never be back nor will anyone that is apart of my organization, I will advocate for anyone who will listen to never patron this awful place. Food 0/10. Staff 0/10. Cleanliness 0/10. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place has gotten so awful.

It was good, just wished they were a little faster with the food and service. Waited long times for the waitress and food.

Had a great time, they have a great gaming area with something for everyone! The place is clean and looks well maintained, no issues there. I do wish the food was of better quality but other than that, not much to complain about.

I can not express the frustration I have with this place. This was our go to place every Friday, it’s a way for our son to get out and play while us as parents enjoy a drink. Husband and I are coming from a longs day work, I want to be dined and get my food taken my the waitress and not put in an order myself. I don’t know why we even bother with tip at this point if everything is self served! The website was taking so long to upload and when we told the waitress she didn’t even bother to assist the issue. We had another server come and help and said our server could take it. When we told our server if she could take our order it felt so off putting like I was forcing her to do her job! I honestly never complain much less write a review. I still tipped her 18% but honestly, it wasn’t deserved. I don’t think we’ll be back until we’re able to get the right service. Side note; when we were done with paying our bill “online” my husband went to the bar for our second drinks and we saw all the servers were standing and talking, doing absolutely nothing!! The bartender was super friendly. Lastly, I know times are rough due to covid but please don’t make it hard on those who wear a mask and want to go out with their families.

Well we ordered on the phone as advertised yet all food came first with appetizers then drink's were last. Non-alcoholic so... There's that. We all 3 got our burgers at different times. But it was acceptable just be nice to get some drinks first. Upon arrival is good. Not very personal but these are the times we live in.

The food was good the service was not the best. Partly was the new system they use and the other was the waitress making excuses for things not being brought to the table. The new system allows you to order your food and drinks from the moment you sit down. I think it would work if it's a single party at the table. However when you have a large party with multiple tickets it's not ideal. Once we figured out how to order on separate checks it was pretty simple unless you wanted to add items. Even with the special instructions option they were ignored. Overall the visit was ok. When we did add the order and asked the waitress she was making excuses for why it didn't come out. Which were patient we understand but just say I'll go get it or check in it. Your wasting more time telling me the ticket is the problem or insinuating i didn't order it right when it's already charged on our ticket. I wouldn't pick it again for a large party and the eat and play no longer exists so the incentive to take the kids isn't their anymore. Was a bit disappointed considering this was our first time back post COVID restrictions.

UPDATE: We had a great experience today. There was a notable difference in the service as compared to our last visit. Our waiter Jose was very attentive, and polite. Our food was out in less than 20 minutes. There was a small glitch with our appetizer order but the manager was quick to fix it. I am very thankful to the staff and management. Dave & Busters continues to be one of our favorite places. PREVIOUS: Disappointed. Waited for our food for almost an hour. We were only 3 people! Other tables were served and we continued to sit there. Obviously it was the waitress, Jordan. No one cared to ask if we needed anything as we sat there…. Until I decided to leave. I didn’t want to make a complaint in front of my daughters, so I returned and let the manager know what the issue was. All I got was an I’m sorry and your food is out. Obviously by that point I was so upset I wasn’t going to bring my daughters back in so i didn’t take it and left. Teenagers, I understand waitressing is a challenge, however, if it’s been more than the average 20 minutes, have the courtesy to check on your client. Don’t let them sit there wondering if maybe their order was forgotten as they sit there watching other people (larger parties) that arrived later get their food. And management, walk around checking that your teenage employees are doing their job, don’t wait to appear until after someone is already upset.

For 2 hours of fun and games with friends plus food it was about $120. Everything on the menu is delicious including the drinks and the games aren't that hard so you always walk out with something

The games are good. However, this place is absolutely horrendous when it comes to food. Be prepared to wait an hour and a half to be seated on a WEDNESDAY night. If you want to order food to go, they’ll lie to your face and tell you it’ll only be 20, minutes, and 1 hour later your food barely comes, and its below average tasting. It does not take 1 hour to cook two burgers. It seems as if the staff don’t value the time of the customers. Do NOT come to this place if you plan on eating here because not only is the food outrageously overpriced, it’s C-Tier food at best. The sad part is that their strong suit are the video games and Dave and Buster’s doesn’t even develop them. It’s not that they have bad customer service, it’s that they barely have any service at all. 1 hour for 2 burgers, absolute disappointment.

The games are good and the food is on point. We order burgers, sandwiches and full meals between 4 people and bought a $35 worth of points to play games, kept us happy for about an hour playing games. The only draw back is that they charge for a glass of water $3.00! Loss of a star right there.

Game techs awesome. Customer service awesome. Hostesses awesome. Bartender’s awesome. Prize area awesome. Everyone here is awesome but waiters/waitresses kind of suck. They don’t seem to have it together. You can order things and everything is so slow. Sometimes it seems like the waiter/waitress just simply forgot you ordered something. If Dave n Busters at this location improved their food service, I would change this rating to 5 stars hands down.

The food was nothing less than outstanding. Restaurant requires menu by QR scan. Not user friendly app. Wait staff only brought our food, didn't take our order special requests didn't even inquire about drink refills. Food was on the table almost 5 minutes before getting utensils, left an 18% tip because I felt generous not because the customer service was good. Definitely coming back for the food.

I’ve been to several D&B’s and I have to say the food isn’t the greatest. We ordered the giant pretzel with cheese dip. What was served was cheese juice, not sauce or dip. Super runny and not appetizing. We’re with the kids and they ate it but that’s understandable with underdeveloped palates.

The food was not very good and took almost an hour from the time I ordered. It was over $15 for chicken wings, fries, and iced tea. The wings were undercooked. The games are fun, but expensive. I spent almost $50 for about three hours for one person.

We have visited Dave and Buster’s a few times now and we have not been disappointed. It’s always a fun time by all and each time we go, there have been new games added. I will say though that if you’re planning on getting something to eat there, plan for a wait time. We haven’t eaten there yet so I can not vouch for their food. If you’re looking to lose a little money but have fun doing it, Dave and Buster’s is your place!

Food was absolute trash & customer service was mediocre. For the price of the food I was expecting great quality… my salad was soggy and wilted, I didn’t notice until I was half way since all the brown pieces of lettuce were hidden on the bottom of the plate. 2 family members had a hamburger and chicken sandwich that was also just average tasting for the price. Not worth it at all. And despite being there on a Saturday evening (which is understandably busy) our waiter only checked on us once, which was when our food came out. No refills, no check ups, no apologizes. We understand the restaurant industry is short staffed, but he did not look enthusiastic to be at work or to be attending us. We were so disappointed by everything we did not even stay to play as a family which is what we were looking towards.

A must for families with kids. Great fun
