Great service, highly recommend to anyone looking for something new to try. Al Pastor Street tacos was by far yummy, and the queso appetizer was delicious. The dos margarita was the perfect combo to our meal. Highly recommend getting Shantal as your server she knows how to take care of her customers. Will definitely be coming back.

We are regulars and love this place HOWEVER today must of been an off day. Manager checked on us twice and said he would send over a waitress twice. Mariah Finally came to the table took our drink orders. 20 minutes later we hadn't even got our drinks. We left and went around the corner to hooters where we got great service. We will be sticking to the eastside location from now on.

Had an ok meal here but ended up sitting around waiting for service most of the time. I saw a couple girls entertaining and often sitting with the table next to me. Neither were my waitress. I think the guys at that table were stationed at Fort Bliss judging from their appearance and how the two ladies were interacting with them. Anyways, when my waitress did come around I ordered the same meal I got in the Austin Ojos Locos, but it wasn't nearly as good. Neither was the service. I recommend Ojos Locos as a great place to enjoy a meal around beautiful ladies while watching the game. But so far this is the least enjoyable Ojos Locos that I have went to compared to the others.

The food was great, the music, the vibe was amazing BUT they lack in service. By the time we got part of our order it was cold then we had no drinks.

I was hilly recommended so went n I was glad to no one was at the front bar counter well I had to ask the bus boy for services n yet had bad services from the waiter music too loud that when I ask the waiter for lime she gave me lemons n with an old one on top even the beer tasted like yesterdays no freshness on them. I look around n all the other waiters were being more helpful n just realized why the front bar was empty know don't judge me they weren't busy n there were 3 waiters at the bar dint get any action until I started asking I'm not a special person but but they do need to pay more attention on there customers. I am a customer n yr paycheck Sorry I was so disappointed because it really look like a good environment sport bar but it doesn't take much to realize what kind of customers services you have .

Great place to eat or enjoy some drinks! Friendly staff and the food is really good! It isn’t expensive here either! Come with your friends and they will enjoy it!

Just an amazingly awesome, great, modern, really clean, up to date and up to par with any other restaurant/sports bar...bar none!!!🙂 Yes, the name says it all.. Ojos Locos... most definitely, crazy eyes everywhere, with some of the most beautifully sexy, great customer service, gorgeous girls all over this very fine establishment. Highly Recommend 🙂

Umm, wow. Where should da BIGPAKE start! First off this is a big place with massive tables as well as booths. The food has a Mexican American mix and so good. It also follows that theme with its creative drinks. The wait staff are super kind and friendly as well as beautiful and knowledgeable about thier hospitality. You gotta stop by and just have a seat at the bar and you will thank me... especially on a Friday night.

I was pleasantly surprised by the food and service here. I thought it would be only the sexy view of the skimpily dressed ladies. But the food was pretty good👍 My server-- "Joanna was very nice and attentive. She checked with me every few minutes. Don't know when I'll go back, but now I know it's a pretty nice place. 😀

I’ve been coming to this ojos locos since the first day it opened. Food has not always been great nor the view. Today there management dropped the ball on a major scale. Mind you when I come here many times my bill average is 200-500 dollars sometimes more. Today I was discriminated because of my health disability and my religious beliefs. The claim by the manager at the door and the female wanna be guy security was no mask no service! They escorted me out while three to five steps away people laughed, talked loud, and were not practicing any social distancing of any kind. I thought this was an American owned restaurant/Bar. I also observed a group of military veterans trying to come in as well and were denied service! WTH!!!!! I will never step foot here ever again along with as many patriotic clients as I can muster! Thanks for the video you provided along with your tyrannical civil right discriminations you provided today.

Went there for the first time on 10/5/23. Not impressed for a number of reasons. First: I'm 68 years old and had back surgery 5 years ago. There is NO back support on any of the stools in the entire restaurant. I was lucky because I went in at 2:00 PM and got a booth, but there are only a few booths so if it was a busier time I would be stuck in a backless stool which I just cannot do. Now the food: I got three beef tacos. They were $12.49 but they add in .50 cents per taco for beef so it was $13.99. For that price I would expect more meat; the tacos were extremely small. The rice, beans, tortillas and salsa were all good. My waitress was fine but I asked one of the other girls where the bathroom was and she seemed annoyed that I even asked her. Just not my kind of place. But if you're younger and want to see some pretty young girls in skimpy outfits and are there primarily to get drunk, you may like it. I am a recovering alcoholic and don't drink. Definitely not my hang out.

Do not recommend ordering food. I order a item with chicken and I could tell it was can chicken. Due to it has the same texture and smell as can chicken/tuna. I will give props for variety of sport events on the television. It was dead for happy hour, maybe the getting padded down like I was going into a club. So this will be my first and last time ever going to this place.

Have been here in past and was very good. Tonight was terrible, food was cold & didn't taste very good. Likely pre-made (very busy) & been sitting out. The french fries tasted reheated, like if they left out and then where were refried.. Waitress was nice enough, but a little slow. I told female manager about poor food quality and she could care less. Terrible responses. We won't be returning..

Y’all sleep on the dj here. He actually plays really good music. The food was alright. Beer was really cold. Alexis was serving me and I have to say she is the best server I’ve had here.

I was surprised by the uniform change. It did explain the ratio of 99.97% male to 3 women in the place. My lady and i watched several waitresses pass us, finally after 10 minutes we stopped a mgr and requested service. We noticed many of the waitresses were spending time talking to customers, being on their phones or chatting with each other. This place was packed. I do love the nachos here, they remind me of mini tostadas. Good attentive service is the key to my coming back to a restaurant. I have been to this location 3 other times this was my worse experience.

I previously gave 5 stars because the food is great, the staff is great, atmosphere was great, but the past like 5 times we've been here to chill with friends and watch a game, our ears are accosted with stupidly loud awful Spanish club music. Can't even talk to the person 1 foot from you, or hear the game on the TV. Can't hear your server. Did I come here to rave? No. Would give 1 star but I'm sure only a manager or two stupidly thinks blasting awful music is a good idea. Not the rest of the staff's fault.

Great ceviche and service at this location was excellent! Beer was so cold and the frosted mug just kept it even colder!

Eating lunch. Hot girls in tiny bikinis (always a plus), good music, great service at the bar. Having the street tacos: Corn shells were a bit tough. Everything else was good.

First time there and loved it. The boneless wings may look pricey ut they aren't them tiny things you normally get. HUGE and delicious. The scenery is good as are drink prices

The food wasn't great...the service sucks...and the food is absolutely trash... horrible!! The wings were super dried out and tough. The salsa is definitely lackluster. The guacamole was decent enough. Just overall not impressed. There are way better options for good wings and food. And places that aren't so loud that you can't talk to the person sitting next to you. My head was ringing by the time we got out of here. Not going back!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This was our second time coming here, thought perhaps the first time was just an off day.. I was wrong. I think this company relies on just getting customers because they have woemn dress cute so they know people will show up. But the service is horrible! The food is not good. The beer is cold I will give them that, but the girls all sit at the back of the place together and rarely come to you're table for anything. You have to wait for one of them to finally get around to you and when they do they are about as exiting as a roll of paper towels. I'm sorry I'm having to give a review like this, I rarely ever do reviews but come on folks this place could be popping! But it just isn't. Dead and lifeless is the best way I can describe the experience twice.

I had it in the past. But I ordered tacos. Disgusting. I spent a lot of money. To have hard tortillas, hard rice, there eltoes just covered in grease. My family and I soen love 100 and it a waste.

Good job gal in the white lingerie that served us. Pleasant service despite us 3 guys bickering and talking crud about work stuff the whole night. The tacos were great but the Cajun wings were fantastic. 10/10 would recommend.

Ignored us the whole time. Couldn't get one server to greet us or ask if we needed anything. First and last time I will come here. Worst service I've ever had. All the servers only pay attention to are males. Terrible service.

I like the atmosphere and all of the TV's. The ladies are beautiful made me wonder if I was glancing too long. I ordered the agua de pina, I like sweeter drinks but it was in the balance of sweet and not too sweet. I had the wings, I liked the crispness and the flavor of the Cajun rub, I just needed more seasoning on the wings. My date had the shrimp nachos and they were good. All in all, I had a nice time out and can tell this is one of those spots that have way more regulars than first timers. I plan on coming back again.
