Went to Red Lobster for casual dining. Place and tables were very clean. We were attended by server right away. Food was delicious, recommend calamari as a starter. Shrimp skewers and coconut shrimp were also delicious! Will definitely be coming back.

BEST OF THE WESTSIDE💯💯💯Red lobster is hands-down one of the best seafood joints in El Paso, Texas. I really enjoy having their endless shrimp platters especially that shrimp scampi. Their martinis are to die for very dry extra vermouth and a double olive love it love it love it. So glad they carry my favorite vodka to kettle one who is from England love it. The staff is very friendly and they go above and beyond and definitely exceeded my expectations in my dining experience at the Red Lobster. The Red Lobster at Sunland Park is by far the best location to go have dinner and entertain friends and family. I will have to recommend Melissa Shelton the manager at the Red Lobster location at Sunland Park is a very nice polite respectful visits the tables chitchat with the customers. Even recommended a bar drink that we had never tried it was a seasonal drink and also a fabulous dessert that really finished off our dining experience in such a fabulous positive way.

Absolutely great visit Rodrigo is outstanding! He is so nice and really knows the menu very well including ingredients and what is in each dish.

I love red ?. My wife and I come here at least four times a month. This one is located off interstate 10 and Sunland park drive. There service is terrific ask for Rudy he is a great server very knowledgeable in the food and drinks. It’s really more of a 3.5 star experience. I wouldn’t typically eat at the Seafood Applebee’s, but I wanted to try some different seafoods before paying the extra $ at a nicer restaurant. The do offer very reasonable prices. It was a mixed bag...lobster was meh and so were the crab legs. BUT the salmon salad and the crab cake were really pretty good. So long as you have your expectations right, you should be in for a reasonably positive dining experience.

Actually put some thought into this one, we decided on this restaurant and ordered what we had been craving, and that was Salmon! Well.. bullseye! It was a great experience, the New Orleans style Salmon was everything we thought it would be. The complementary salad, and the Clam Chowder were perfect. Great conversation, Great Company, and of course, a fine evening. Table service was wonderful!!

This restaurant has gone downhill quickly. I have been to this location at least 10 times in the last 2 years and it's sad I'm having to share this type of longer term, honest review with consumers. I'm happy to do it if it saves someone from getting sick or having a terrible experience. For starters, their alcoholic beverages (in my case a Margarita) was disgusting. I took a couple sips thinking maybe it would get better, nope. I've had this beverage several times in the past and it was relatively 'decent'. I told my waitress and she essentially told me "huh, the bartender has been here for two years". I couldn't make that up. Our lunch order was incorrect and missing items, which made the experience that much more horrible. For the cherry on top, we got served our appetizer with the main meal (or the portion of our main meal that was correct). I do not recommend wasting your time or money at this location. I will personally not be back (to eat). With so many options, go elsewhere for FRESH food and great drinks.. this isn't it. For the owner: I'm not interested in filling out any surveys or sending messages on Facebook. If you truly want to fix shortcomings, hire management that cares enough to address these things on the spot and make them right with consumers, VS having a staff that makes excuses. Luckily I was not in the capacity of work or clip boards may have come out and we're heading to the back.

The Red Lobster was fabulous on Christmas Eve. It was a perfect experience after a long day of work in the retail business. The server Eddie Lopez was exceptional and very much on time suggested a fire side martini which was splendid, hit the spot after a cold chilly day outside. This location is nice and cozy ordered in the New York strip and cocktails a perfect dinner before a Christmas party.

The crab dip was very nice, not a traditional cheese dip, but crab was stirred inside, which makes the tortilla a lot more tasty. Ordered their sesame salmon, asked for medium, but still a bit overcooked, but their Brussel sprouts was surely tasty 😋

Very poor experience here- came for birthday lunch and was disappointed. Food took just under 60 minutes after we had ordered it, then the “seafood boil” should be renamed to “seafood fry” as it was literally swimming in inches of oil. Server was uninterested in being there- never checked in on us, never offered refills, didn’t even bring plates for the appetizer. Asked for a manager and then that took 15 more minutes after which we got a “employee discount” on the whole meal ( only covering one dish). Absolutely pathetic- stay away from here!

Our server luis gosh I think that was his name shoot can't remember but he was absolutely great. It was my first time ever going to red lobster he made my experience a delight his haircut was nice what a great guy.

My Salad was ice cold and tasted like it sat in the fridge with onions for a while My Wife’s Salad had a hair in it It wasn’t busy at all but we weren’t able to order until about 15 minutes after sitting down The staff was nice but unorganized. Angel our waiter was great tho.

Another amazing experience for the books. I came in with a hunger that could only be satisfied with endless shrimp. And now im getting tired from the fullness. My hangry attitude has been subdued. We are back home. My wife wanted to try Red Lobster on a Friday. We hadn't been there in a while. The food was great, service was also great. Our server was Kathleen, she was attentive, friendly and courteous. I had the 7oz sirloin steak, my wife had the unlimited shrimp. There was so much food that we took some home food later. Always love coming here.

A lady without a name badge was our server. We reviewed multiple warnings that our food was going to take forever. We also received warning for other things including our bread taking forever and that there were no cups for our alcohol. I’ve never been so threatened whole eating dinner 😶

I haven’t been here in a while. I would come for the biscuits and lobster artichoke dip. Like always, the artichoke was DELICIOUS. I was disappointed with the shrimp Alfredo, it lacked taste. Service was so so, but we were a big party and I know that it could be difficult serving 12 people. Atmosphere was consistent like always.

Standard food for a large chain, service was great! Everything was as ordered, hot, quick, but not so quick you didn't finish the starter before the main came out. Fries could have been better.

As always, a great place to dine at. Sailor's Platter is my favorite dish - an assortment of food: fish, two types of shrimp, baked potato, bread and a salad. However prices have gone up quite a bit since the pandemic. It used to be $10.99. Now it's $15.99. Can't continue dining there at those prices.

I liked the service but did not like the cold food and we were put near the ac vent which made it even colder didn't get to finish my food in the restaurant.

The green beans where horrible, salmon had no taste the rice pilaf was like sticky rice and the cocunut shrimp was double fried.... It seemed like I orderd it like that but I didnt. Not a great experience well not even mediocre, not at all... Maybe, because of covid....

Honestly if your craving seafood here in El Paso this is gonna be your best bet. Being in one of the nicer areas of town it feels more upscale than it should

I ordered curbside pick up. My order didn't come with any flatware. I'm staying in a hotel so eating mashed potatoes with out a spoon/fork wasn't happening. My grilled salmon appeared baked instead. The warm apple crostada was frozen and didn't come with drizzled caramel. The cheddar bay biscuits were cold because of the frozen crostada. Too bad for me.

Red Lobster is one of my favorite places to eat. I simply adore a fresh steamed lobster smothered in real butter. This location lived up to the name. I went with the future Gen. P. Accompanying us were three Crumb Crushers from the society. You know the food is good when a CC attempts to eat all yours. The seemed a little overwhelmed but she was polite and managed to get things done. The environmental flicks posted of the El Paso sunset are complements of Mother nature.

It can get a bit pricey but it's so worth it. Every single time I go to this restaurant I'm completely satisfied. Their cooked seafood is so tender it melts in your mouth. The cheese buscuits are to die for.
