The food is delicious! Servers and hostesses were very friendly and did a great job of checking in a lot despite it being packed. The entertainment was good (live music). I would definitely recommend eating here at least once during your trip.

The food is great and the service is great. I rate my black bass with shrimp salad as yummy in my tummy especially the shrimp salad and extra dash of Yumm. Now with that being said I don't eat bass often so I'm not sure of it's flavor. It comes with the limes and that gives it flavor to me. If you're a fish eater you would say it's a bit over cooked and I would say yes but when you get to the meat on the inside you can't tell me that that meat isn't juicy. I should have taken pictures of the inside of the fish sorry I just ate it all up. And the margarita on the rocks was great, with great flavor. They also have great prices. This is a really fun restaurant to visit! The food is very flavorful and tasty. My husband and I came for date night and we had a great time. Food and drinks are reasonably priced, my only issue is how loud the music was. The singers were very entertaining but they had two different bands playing in two parts of the restaurant so that noise combined with the people made it very hard to even order our food.

They can get very big so you need to be careful what size you order, unless your ordering to share. I went there on a Thursday night and the small bar that is adjacent to the main restaurant is a great old cantina vibe. They have live music and a full menu. It's a little loud if you're trying to have a conversation but the patio is also a good option. The staff was very attentive and the food was excellent!

My coworkers ordered the flautas n literally said that Costco's tacos were probably better. The food didn't impress me at all.

This place was really cool, the atmosphere was amazing and the drinks were by far Texas size and Texas style. I had some delicious steak tacos unfortunately they came with this creamy green chili sauce on them that I wish I would have got on the side. Other than that everybody I was with enjoyed their meals and had a great time. I actually went back later in the evening and had some oysters to go! A must go to in El Paso!

My friend and I drove here from New Mexico as we’ve been told it’s the most authentic Mexican restaurant. When we got here there was a 2 hour wait to be served our food, so we decided to eat in the bar area which was supposed to be a shorter wait time. I guess someone got tired of waiting and we got seated in the main area that we wanted in the forest place. There was a mariachi band playing live music the drinks were AMAZING. I ordered some beef tongue tacos and fish tacos which was really GOOD I actually couldn’t finish my food as the serving portion was really big. I would DEFINITELY go back and recommend this restaurant!!

We shared a birthday meal and we couldn't have had a better time anywhere else. The place was very busy and we still were given personal attention and we had an amazing time here. HIGHLY Recommended!

The restaurant was one of my favorites a few years back with amazing food and staff. I always enjoy my time here since the staff is so amazing, yet food quality and prices haven't kept up in that manner unfortunately. First time trying Civache and it was amazing! The lemon margarita quenched my thirst and they also have a couple of other flavors that I'd never seen in my travels. Good location right off off Gateway. Reasonably priced.

It was delicious. The jalapeño margarita was strong but it needed more spice. The service was outstanding. I enjoyed the overall experience. I definitely will be back.

We went on September 16. A Mexican holiday. The restaurant was packed and in most tables were a party of 5 or more people. We wait for long time to get food on our table but sadly wasn't hot enough. I got chicken enmoladas. Waitress were so busy . Anyways i will get back and give it a second try.

Really, really nice. More or less the typical environment of most restaurants is conservative right now with the current COVID-19 situation. Most every place that is open, feels creepy, or dead because of the social distancing limitations. Like life has been sucked out of many places. This place had live music blasting (despite just a singer with pre-recorded tracks). It felt alive, entertaining, and enjoyable while still keeping up with COVID-19 guidelines and regulations. Family dinner was great! The food was great! The meat on those tacos was soft. All flavor, all good service, all good enjoyable and safe atmosphere. Par to none! My boyfriend and I came through and I wish I could remember the server's name who waited on us. She was the absolute best! I am learning Spanish and she let me practice on her. And she would speak in Spanish and then say it in English for me if I didn't understand. She was fast and accurate and kind. When we came in a week later she remembered us and said hi. This is our favorite spot and we will be back for sure!

My family and I are from out of town and picked Andale's because of its closeness to our hotel. Staff/server (Alfredo) was great; he was attentive, polite and engaging. Atmosphere was fun, we came at the end of live music. Food was incredible, so flavorful and fresh. If we ever find ourselves in El Paso again, we'll be back.
