If
you're
a
frequent
business
traveler
to
El
Paso
and
you're
looking
for
an
upscale
dining
experience,
I
highly
recommend
Café
Central.
I
keep
coming
back
to
eat
here.
The
indoor
tables
have
a
dress
code
but
you
can
still
eat
on
the
patio
with
the
same
menu.
I
have
eaten
here
3
times
in
the
past
year,
I
have
had
some
standout
dishes
that
I
highly
recommend,
all
were
quite
impressive.
Let's
start
with
the
rack
of
lamb.
This
dish
is
cooked
to
perfection,
with
the
meat
being
tender
and
juicy,
and
the
seasoning
just
right.
The
dish
is
served
with
wiped
potatoes
and
vegetables,
that
perfectly
complement
the
lamb.
Next
up
is
the
pork
chop,
I
would
highly
recommend
–
probably
the
best
piece
of
pork
I
have
ever
eaten.
The
meat
is
juicy
and
flavorful,
crispy
exterior
and
a
tender
center.
Equally
as
good
as
the
lamb.
The
duck
breast
was
also
great.
I
would
recommend
ordering
it
rare
(I
had
it
medium
rare).
The
jam
and
black
rice
paired
perfectly
together.
Moving
on
to
the
salads,
the
beet
salad
is
my
favorite.
The
beets
are
cooked
to
perfection,
with
a
tender
and
juicy
texture
and
the
perfect
amount
of
goat
cheese
to
complement
the
earthy
flavor
of
the
beets.
The
green
chili
soup
is
the
perfect
way
to
start
a
meal.
The
soup
is
rich
and
flavorful,
with
just
the
right
amount
of
spice.
Extremely
unique
and
delicious,
even
if
you
don’t
like
spicy
food.
Finally,
the
bread.
The
bread
is
awesome
and
be
sure
to
try
two
different
ones.
Overall,
this
restaurant
is
a
must-visit
for
anyone
looking
for
an
upscale
dining
experience
in
El
Paso.
The
dishes
are
expertly
crafted,
with
a
focus
on
flavor
and
quality
ingredients.
The
ambiance
is
elegant
and
refined,
making
it
the
perfect
place
for
a
business
dinner
or
a
special
occasion.
If
you're
looking
for
a
standout
meal
that
you
won't
forget,
be
sure
to
check
out
Café
Central
on
your
next
trip
to
El
Paso.
