Went there for a birthday celebration 2.24.23. We called and made reservations for a group of 15. Apparently Chris, from the package liquor side did not inform the bar that we were coming for lunch. The female waitress was overwhelmed and told us she could not accommodate us because there was no kitchen staff or food for that size group, which doesn’t make any sense to me, especially if they are advertising on FB that they are open for lunch. We gathered up the empty tables and made the seating room for ourselves. The female waitress did not come to over for at least 20 minutes. We decided to write down our food and drink orders ourselves. Finally, she came over and we handed her all the orders. It took her another 20 mins to get us our drinks. We went up to the bar and got our own drinks. The place was not clean. The bathrooms, especially for a fine dining restaurant, were disgusting. The food was great, as always. We made the best of it, but will not be back for lunch. Find another place for lunch and forget about Billy Crews. You will be sorely disappointed.

Its a shame after 13 year's of coming into your establishment to have to write this.... I just came into your establishment and had the worst EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Never in my life have I experienced one of the rudest customers at your bar in my life.!!! They were able to INSULT AND VERBALLY ATTACK me and ...your BARTENDER to back them up.. That's so not exceptable... I would of left it that but...not only that... Your chicken special for Friday was SO bad and .. over cooked that it had to be sent back too.... Deep fried to a burnt crisp smothered in a gross gravy ...and vegtables that were so over cooked they were like mush... I would not feed that food to my dog's. I could get a better meal at Dennys. This is the second time experiencing bad food at your bar... Never will we use your package store... or bar, or restaurant again as Santa Teresa locals...

Made the mistake of going for lunch in the lounge several weeks ago. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak which I'm 98% sure was a frozen product. It was small, rubbery, and had a very processed taste. The gravy was okay. The salad greens were in very bad shape and shouldn't have been served. The onion rings were the best thing on my plate: crispy, flavorful, delicious batter. My friend's burger was sub par. Service was fair. I walked past the kitchen to get to the restrooms and it looked filthy. They don't really care about masks which is unfortunate. Perhaps dinner is spectacular but I don't really feel like trying it out.

Went for dinner and ordered a New York strip with a double baked potato. The steak was tender, juicy and flavorful. The baked potato with sour cream was delicious too.

Overall definitely 5 Star. The server are awesome - Theresa quick and on top of things. Reasonable price on the food. Lamb chop very good. The Ribeyes is ok okay 7/10. Their wine list big and reasonable on the price.

I have eaten there many times, one of the best, if not the best, steakhouses in the area!!!!! Kids taking me there to celebrate my 75th birthday soon!!! Food and service are great, huge wine list. They also have a great lounge. Give them a try sometime.

The 3 of enjoyed the food in the lounge but it was pretty disruptive. Staff had an uncontrollable child running around and screaming.

We have been to Billy Crews many many times over the years and this is the first time I have written a review. Our son is an executive chef in San Antonio and was in El Paso for a visit. We took him to Billy Crews and he ordered a New York strip cooked Medium Rare and he could not stop praising the way it was prepared. His comment was that it was well seasoned and prepared perfectly. I Do recommend this restaurant.

Everything is great: service, staff, food and prices, the perfect combo! If you can handle spicy, order the chiles toreados as a side.

Celebrated my 65th birthday on 9/9/23. I highly recommend the steak bites. The bar side has the greatest pub grub; it is attached to an excellent restaurant. Had a great time just a bit pricey; good thing I only have 1 birthday per year!

Anthony, the waiter made our experience very delightful, gave us choice's and very knowledgeable. We were celebrating birthday and he gave a cheese cake with a candle thank you it was first time there. The hostess was very friendly and helpful

Well we made a reservation but it was not recorded. We love to have a good steak so planned a trip to Bill Crews. It was a bit disappointing. Service was a bit slow yet the dining area was not even at a forth full. Not quite up to the standards that it had in the past. For the price, we tend to expect a bit more. Maybe because we are not wine people but steak enthusiasts we felt it wasn’t up to a standard we expected. With Saltgrass, Roadhouse and now a Chop House coming soon, Billy Crews needs to step up.

Great food. My steak and shrimp cooked to perfection and extremely tender. Atmosphere quiet, such history and although was my first time going it hopefully won't be my last.

This was our first time there. The dining room isn't open for lunch so we ate in the lounge. The dining room is open at 5:30. The lounge is nice. It has a limited menu but good options. My wife had the chicken and I had the prime rib sandwich. Both were great and the staff was great.

Had the sliced prime rib sandwich and I can't stop thinking about it. It was served with a delicious, home made horseradish, Au Jus, and mayo. That's what made it stand out. The service was great. Santa Teresa is lucky to have Billy Crews in their area.

Hardly a “fine dining” experience. The place is run down and dingy. Needed renovating at least 10 years ago. Ribeye was well executed, but nothing to write home about. “Baked” sweet potato looked microwaved. Servers were friendly, but unprofessional. More like a neighborhood pub than a “fine dining” experience. Salad looked like it came out of a bag.

Amazing custom steaks. We had fried chiles and escargot as well and it was so delicious!

A throwback joint, for sure. Agree that the place could use a physical facelift and scrubbing, but the SERVICE and FOOD were great. Terrific steaks, martinis, and deep fried green chiles!

Not sure how this place makes it. Restaurant looked super empty. Went to the lounge. Not a fan at all. Looks like it’s straight out of 1980, probably the last time it was updated. Service was so awful. It was apparent who the server/bartender knew and served. If they don’t know you its like you offend them to order anything. The blonde server is super rude and is useless. This place should be making so much money, but it looks like they are letting the workers take over. Needs some serious management help! Ordered the steak platter. Nothing to right home about.

Billy Crews is just a fantastic steakhouse & dining experience. The steaks and entrees are delicious and the wine list is truly the best in the southwest. Go there with friends and family and enjoy a relaxed fine dining experience and leave there happy and full. You won't be disappointed and you will look forward to going back again. It's a gem!

Went here for my moms birthday based on the wine selection reviews and they did not disappoint. Huge selection of great wines and fully stocked bar. Food was fantastic too from appetizers to dessert. Waiting staff was phenomenal as well

Visiting from out of town, LOVED my meal. Service was spot on…extremely enjoyable dinner…delicious steak!

The lounge - went on New Years Eve for a late lunch. There was an employee wearing (what seem to be) pajamas and slippers. She had long stringy blonde hair with glasses. She was courting her boyfriend while going back and forth to bar. Isn't there a dress code at a fine dining restaurant lounge. The staff attire is little to be desired.

Had not been there in awhile. Just as delicious as before. Service, great! Comfortable atmosphere.

Man food was great but a little expensive. The wait staff was awesome and got great reviews from everyone the attended this retirement party. I would recommend Billy Crews to all but the really need to update the building and dinning area.

Great service, food, even greater wine selection. A must if you’re in town.

Billy Crews is a pillar in El Paso . My parents went to Billy Crews . 1. It's a good bar 2. It's a good restaurant I prefer to eat lunch in the bar.

Had a rack of short ribs oh, and they were delicious. Cooked till they were falling off the bone hand-rubbed herbs and spices very good also comes with a side of BBQ sauce. The service was excellent the restaurant was not too crowded for a Saturday night. They also have an excellent bar that you can we get in while you're waiting for a table. Extensive wine list here.

If you want true fine dining this is the place. I had the escargot (perfect) and the lamb chops. They were cooked to perfection. The wine was excellent, and our waitress was on point. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.
