I’m never disappointed when I eat here. I absolutely love the rolls and butter they bring out for you at the start. They also have a bag of peanuts for you to enjoy while you wait for your food. Their house salads are cold and fresh, the beer is ice cold and the margaritas are perfection. They also serve wine. I’ve tried a variety of their steaks and they have all been delicious. If you are not happy with it or they didn’t cook it to your liking they will take it back and get you another one. As far as appetizers go, I am a fan of their sampler, you pick 3 items from their appetizer section. It’s perfect if you can’t make up your mind which appetizer you would like to have. The atmosphere is fun, it usually has a lot of people, and they do have televisions around the bar area. The service has always been great, very friendly waiters and waitresses and you can also spot the manager walking around and introducing himself, making sure the customers are happy. I prefer this place over Saltgrass.

Absolutely delicious!! My mother's sirloin and my prime rib were both so tender you could cut them with a fork. They were cooked to perfection, if anything the vegetables were not cooked enough they were so hard she couldn't chew them. She was offered something else she declined.

They were out of prime rib, so I opted for the T-Bone. The bit I was working on in the photo was dry and tough to chew. The other side and most of the rest was very tender and a great steak. The Margarita was tasty and refreshing. The service was good, I would go back and suggest this location to others.

It was crowded, busy, and there were a few crying kids but this was a good meal. My NY Strip was well seasoned and had the right Medium Well to Medium cook that I liked. My companion's Sirloin didn't hit the medium mark as it was well done. The staff was flying around and it was hard to get noticed but Shani was one of the nicest waitresses. Great attitude and good recommendations. One of the best waitresses that I have had in the area in a while and helped make this a 5 vs a 4 star review. I will plan on coming back.

My mash potatoes had a clear plastic. Did not eat them didn’t feel comfortable. I do have to say never had an issue before. ***Reply to Owner: This was a take out order. The plastic was mixed into my mashed potatoes. Normally when people pick up orders we check that everything is there. You think that I was going to open it and mix the mashed potatoes to see if there was plastic ? Based on your reply it seems to me that knowing a customer found plastic in the mashed potatoes was not a very serious concern to you. **** This worries me :/

Awesome restaurant! We were a party of five on a Friday around 6:30 pm. It was a wait of about 10 minutes, not bad at all. Hostess was very nice. Our waitress Christy was very kind and funny. We felt so very welcomed here. The atmosphere was pretty cool, not too loud, not too quite, football games were on. Various TVs around the restaurant. The food did not take too long either. Most of us had some type of steak. They were all delicious, full of flavor, cooked to perfection. I also tried their Margaritas with an extra tequila shot! Amazing drinks. We had an excellent experience at this location. We did not want to go back to California without having experience Texas Roadhouse!

The country Sirloin steak is one of the best in El Paso, TX. The meat is tender and the gravy is delicious. Well seasoned. The sides you get are good. The only down was the green beans. They were watery and needed a seasoning adjustment of sorts. They tasted too much like onion and bacon with a sad soggyness. Other than that, its a good steak for under $15

The food is delicious and reasonably priced as well. The staff is super friendly and on top of everything.

Food at the restaurant was good. Ordered a dozen rolls to go and they gave me their burnt batch. (The picture makes them look much lighter than they are in person and they are tough) 2 look like they even cut them in the back to check the toughness. Guess they didn't want to waste any 😒

Great service and a very friendly staff. This is the perfect place to stop after a long drive and conveniently located right off the 10 fwy in West El Paso.

For the last 2 New Years we have celebrated with dinner. Great food and amazing service. Tip use the online app to get on the waiting list. We waited in the car and received a text message. No hassle.

I've been there twice, once for steak and once for ribs. Both times were just OK. The staff was good to us and we received our food quickly but the plates didn't impress.much. I do like the atmosphere though so maybe I will try another dish.

I had a great time at Texas Roadhouse. The service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere was lively and fun. I ordered the prime rib, which was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. It came with a choice of two sides, and I picked the mashed potatoes and the green beans. They were both delicious and complemented the meat well. The prime rib also came with fresh-baked bread and a salad, which were both very satisfying. The portions were huge and the prices were reasonable. I would come back to Texas Roadhouse and try their other dishes, such as the ribs, the chicken, and the burgers. This is a great place for anyone who loves steak and good food.

I absolutely loved the food! It was extremely busy (6:30pm) and we had to wait about 35 - 40 minutes. Despite it being so busy our food came out in good time. I liked that my table had a little table that you can pay your tab on. The only negative thing I can say is that we never got our appetizer. I totally recommend you guys try this place out, just go a little later at night.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch on Sunday, and it was fantastic!! The steak and prime rib were amazing, as were the drinks, fried pickles, and Granny's Apple Pie! Natalie was very helpful and friendly!

I was taken here for my birthday a few days ago. We told the hostess there were 9 of us and a highchair. They tried to put 9 grown people with a baby in a booth. Once I told her that would not work she told us we would have to get back in line and wait. Really this is somehow our fault you couldn't look at the people in front of you and realize a booth wouldn't hold us? 🤔 After waiting for a while they finally told us we would have to sit at two separate tables if we didn't wait to continue to wait. Ok whatever, not the best situation but it beats waiting another 30+ minutes. The food was good and our server (who seemed a little new) tried very hard. The next issue was when it came time to pay the bill he offered us gift cards and explained we got a bonus based on how much we purchased. I told him that I would buy the gift cards and then use them to pay for the meal. He said that was smart. When we tried to use them the manager told us that we cannot use them the day we buy them. I was less than pleased as I told as I told the server what my plan was. I had to cancel the order for the gift cards and then we paid our $250+ check and left. Not the best birthday dinner experience.

The last few times there has been something wrong with my order. I let the manager know and the problem is resolved but at this point I just give up. I ordered a burger with no onions and extra pickles. Instead I got no pickles and onions. My foods been burned and under cooked in the past as well.

Steak and drinks were very good.. Even though it was packed the service was excellent.
