Obnoxious club that plays thumping rooftop music until 2am. Literally could not sleep in my downtown hotel facing this place for two nights in a row. How management and El Paso downtown businesses/hotels allow this? Destroys the atmosphere of Jacinto park and any hospitality/hotels within a 2 block radius, especially on weekends. Keep the music/club INSIDE and not on the open air rooftop.

Finally open! We’ve been wanting to try this bar since we moved here. We’ve been to Lick It Up and always appreciated the amazing bar inside this building. Also, if you’re a whiskey or scotch drinker, they have some bottles you won’t see many other places. Great cocktail bar and prices are reasonable considering the selection. It’s also close to a number of restaurants, so it’s a great pre or post food spot. Enjoy!

This is what more bars in El Paso need to move toward. Open air, modern and professional. The rooftop, even when it's busy, is very relaxing. You can dance here or enjoy a conversation with friends. Down to earth environment with decently priced drinks. Smoking on rooftop is allowed.

Service was horrible, stood there for ten minutes while three “bartenders” walked by and it wasn’t even packed. Only good thing about this place is that lick it up is here. The food is bomb but of course it’s separate from the bar.

This bar should be shut down due to how inconsiderate it is of its downtown neighbors. Techno dance music was so loud it was vibrating our hotel room 15 floors above until 2 am (and we had to get up at 6 am). I’m all for people having a good time, but not at the expense of others.

Very cute little bar, gets steady business, great customer service, rooftop options available and indoor balcony seating too. Definitely recommend it. Their vegan is definitely an acquired taste. But otherwise the drinks are good.

We are visiting for Thanksgiving and decided to go Downtown to get drinks. The International’s drinks were great. My wife had the Paloma and I had the Jamaica Cantarito. I’d say on the drinks front this bar gets 5 stars. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the only food options are all vegan - if they had more food options it would have been 5 stars overall.

Wow just had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a bar in El Paso. Don’t go to the bar upstairs. The bartender with the terrible eyebrows treated us so bad. There are much better options. Avoid this place.

Horrible experience! My girlfriend and sister went into the restroom didn't take long at all but as they were in there a bartender named Valerie started banging on the door upsetting my girlfriend when there was another available restroom next door. As my girlfriend got out of the restroom she was upset and asked the bartender why she was banging on the door when she knows someone was in there I had to ask the bouncer to hold back the girl because she seemed like she was on drugs and right away started calling my girl names and asking her if she wanted to fight. I was excited to come to this establishment because it was my girlfriends birthday and we have a friend that works there as well that we wanted to visit but was ruined immediately. You would expect a high class place like this to not promote such ghetto behavior 🤷

Food was gas and the manager was super chill definitely a new concept with the industry night on a Monday not your typical rap and hip hop music, come here if you wanna try something new definitely recommend

It looks way better in the photos and is smaller than you'd expect. Drinks are okay but their ratios are off and the prepared stuff is super sweet. Food was good and rooftop is cute.

The bar has a good vibe and offers unique mixed drinks but for me the food is the thing! Lick It Up always amazes me with their tasty vegetarian takes on traditional Mexican food. Try their milanesa or carne asada. No meat, just great taste!

Had the best experience at international. Daniel and Susan were very attentive and had a good experience. Definitely coming back! The Paloma on draft is phenomenal!

Nice bar right by the plaza. I can't believe is hot as it was that there were more people in there. They have a nice rooftop patio with a view of San Jacinto Plaza. I had a few different pints, then ordered the crispy brussel sprouts. Everything was delicious. They use a sweet chili sauce that adds a kick to the sprouts. If you want a drink downtown on the weekend, this is one of the few places open before 5pm.

It's a place in El Paso that seams to give you a NYC vibe , the carne asada fries where to my surprise vegan and with 2$ tecates it was the whole package . The open roff provides not only a comfortable breeze but a nice afternoon view , good place for a Friday night or just day drinking and a snack .

Great low-key vibe before going to a show within walking distance at the Abraham Chavez. Lick It Up is an entirely plant-based restaurant inside, and I highly recommend the gorditas!

Went for the first time and it was great. The manager, was so attentive and couldn't ask for more best customer service, we received the best treatment i would say better than other so called 5 star bars restaurants. Although the place can get some upgrades like, invest in a cooling system for up stairs, maybe a better way to order from upstairs. We did go there after a wedding and had a pretty large crowd and the staff did not mind. In which was awesome to let us enjoy the rest of the night at their awesome place. Everything tasted great.
