Some of the bartenders from this place are very untrusted, they will tell you a price for one thing and overcharge you in the end. This is one of the reasons why I don't come here anymore it's sad that so many good bands perform here and they have to do you wrong like that. I always try to tip them as much as I can but I guess they would rather tip themselves a couple of dollars than have a returning customer.

We came here a couple months ago to see oh sleeper. While here I thought that the venue was small and could work for smallnlocal bands but can't replace tricky falls. Cut to yesterday where we saw scary kids scaring kids and the layout has been changed and is WAY better. The pit was much more spacious and everything sounded great. I recommend this place highly.

We were here a few days ago for Lornashore. Chill atmosphere, we had no issues getting drinks and just hanging out while the opening bands played, the sound system was pretty good. But HOLY HELL it was HOT. Let’s just say when we left the show around 1145pm it was 93° outside and felt 10° hotter + humid w sweat and body odor inside. Felt like we were in a sauna the whole time, even the band was dying! The concert would’ve been a lot more enjoyable with some AC or even some air ventilation. You need it in this desert heat! Unfortunately, we’ll probably never go to a show here again.

My husband and I were excited about this place. The music was great and the food was good, but the problem was with our tab and how it was handled. We ordered beer and drinks, which we knew would add up. When we closed out tab we saw the total and thought it was a bit expensive, but since there were no list of things we ordered and just a total receipt we paid the amount plus left a 15% tip. My husband kept track of all the things we ordered, so we did the math at home and found out that we had been charged $61 dlls for a $54 dll tab. It was just the two of us, so the tip was not included. Seven dollars might not be much, but it was the act of dishonesty that really turned us off about this place. If you open a tab, keep track of your items and ask for a disclosure of all the items they are charging, I don't know how many people they rip off doing this. I will be more careful with this next time, as should they. It is beyond me why they would not list all the items they are charging you, it is just not good and honest practice for a business. Sound quality is bad. Im not sure if it has to do with the equipment or the sound engineer, but it is very poor and it translates in the performances.

This place is a complete scam! The staff is not helpful or honest what so ever When confronted and asked for legit proof of a dispute with in their premises the manager blocked my number and refused to provide what by law she should have!! And used her “marriage” to a law enforcement officer as a way to intimidate me yo leave the matter alone

I’ve felt so aggressively judged both times I’ve been here. The venue itself is cool. But the people and the staff are incredibly rude. The waitress very poignantly skipped us when asking everyone in a very empty bar what they wanted. The bouncer was rude when I asked a very basic question. Altogether the whole experience was horrid.

Epics shows and Awesome staff! Especially their staff member WILL! He goes way above and beyond for the bands and the fans!

DISHONEST STAFF!!!!! They will overcharge you. I've been patronizing this place since the month they opened and lately the staff has been getting worse and worse about blatant stealing from your bill. They insist on tabs so they can skim off the top. I will be contacting the El Paso County Tax Office regarding their refusal to honor advertised liquor specials.

This place is the place to be for live music, all metal and rock and absolutely fantastic atmosphere! Alot of the big names come here and I always have a smile when I leave.

Great venue, been here multiple times. Good selection of drinks and good sound mixer for bands. Saw Amity Affliction there last weekend and it was a blast!

Had an awesome time here. Great employees. Great people hanging out here. Sound was excellent. Plenty of room to mosh. Ive been around the country, and this is now one of my favorite music venues. Keep it up yall. And if youre a metal band considering El Paso, this is the place.

This place is pretty cool venue. not too big but not too small. Plus the bartenders were awesome aswell.

I stopped by on a Sunday evening. It was very slow, a band was setting up for Mondays showcase. The place was clean and the Bartender was very pleasant. The drinks were daily priced.

An absolute fave of a dive bar. Great drink specials everyday. Fast, friendly staff, and a large stage for local and touring bands.

I have been performing here for the past year. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Good crowds of people enjoying their night. Quick service and good prices. Have not tried their food yet.

Awesome place to drink and listen to great live music! Only 3 stars because the beer and drinks are too expensive.

The place is nice and the servers are fast. Today was full, plenty of different ladies. They can use some money to clean the ladies restrooms. It was filthy!!! You can tell nobody cares about cleaning them. 😒

I've been to a few shows here now--punk, metal, and electronic. And I'm not sure whether it's the volume of the PA or the brick walls, but the sound quality is usually mediocre. It's maybe worse for metal and punk. Ear plugs help a bit, but it's still pretty muddy. The spot itself is cool for a dive bar, with murals decorating the walls and all manner of patrons worthy of short stories. And there's usually plenty of parking. But the taps don't work, and there's not a ton of seating. Not too bad for a biker/dive bar, though.

I love this place! The employees and management are super nice. The Drinks are good, the entire place is always clean and kept up with. The atmosphere is super fun and positive. I definitely recommend coming here! You’ll have a good time

Loved the array of hard rock, heavy metal and death metal bands, while all the best football games playing in the background so you could keep an eye on the games you were interested in. Bouncers and staff present and interacting assessing crowd and needs. Someone always picking up empty food containers and bottles, cups. Top notch service both at our area and the bar. If I lived closer I feel I would be a regular.

Always love the great service and great concerts here. Definitely my favorite spot to host shows. The staff is always on point and helping out in whatever way they can. Food and drinks are always great, as well.

Awesome blast for Metal, rockers, and other type of rock music. Karaoke on Tuesdays and Thursday are my favorite! Everyone is friendly! Absolutely the best metal/rock place in town.
