I arrived at this establishment with the expectation of having a remarkable culinary experience. Among my companions, we ordered dishes such as salmon, pasta, lamb, and spaghetti. Unfortunately, the salmon was not adequately seasoned. As for myself, I opted for the lamb. The presentation and seasoning of the dish were impeccable; however, the meat had an unpleasant freezer burn taste. The spaghetti that was ordered was clumped together, and the meatball tasted doughy, resembling a flavorless Matzo ball. In my opinion, when dining at an upscale restaurant, one naturally expects to try new and innovative items, hence my choice of the lamb. However, the experience was rather underwhelming. On a positive note, I did order a Caprese Salad, which turned out to be absolutely delicious. As for the beverages, they were nothing extraordinary, despite being quite pricey. To my surprise, when one of my friends brought up the issue with the spaghetti to the waiter, they casually mentioned that the cook was in training. Given the prices charged, one would anticipate the presence of a chef or a sous chef, rather than just a cook. To be honest, the overall dining experience is not worth the price. I am confident that one would have a more enjoyable time with better food at establishments such as Como's or Olive Garden.

The gnocchi with pesto and vegetables were flavorful, the Pinot Grigio was refreshing, the servers were lovely, and everything was slightly overpriced, just as you would expect from a hotel restaurant. I visited on a Wednesday night and only a few tables were occupied, but there was live music which added a nice touch. The interior is a bit dated, just like the rest of the hotel. Overall pretty standard east hotel restaurant.

I had the pleasure of dining at Ristorante Casanova and enjoyed every minute. The quaint and cozy atmosphere is perfect for a couple outing or family gathering. The food was made with simple, fresh ingredients that was evident in the flavors. The chef was genius with every dish from the salads to dessert! The bartender even created a drink just for us. My husband and I had an amazing time and will be back soon!!!

The service was the only good thing we experienced here. Husband and I went on a Sunday eve so the place was empty but our food still took about 40 minutes to come out. My husband ordered the chicken parmesan which was barely breaded and pretty bland taste-wise. Some of his sides were over-cooked, some under. I had the pesto gnocchi with fresh veggies and sadly, the sauce was broken and very oily and the veggies were over salted.

Good but pricy, $20+ for a bowl of spaghetti. The pizza and Caesar salad were good as well. Worth the price if you got in late and don't feel like going anywhere though.

1 star for the salmon, 1 star for friendly, -1 for bringing topo Chico instead of the lemonade on topo Chico, -1 for taking out the table while I went to wash my hands, and -1 for unclean knife.

I came in late one random evening to get some food and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the seasonal soup which was creamy carrot and not only was it delicious, it was massive. Manny my server took great care of me and boxed up all my food for me. He was very pleasant and very professional. Thanks for an excellent experience Manny!

My wife and I went there to try it out and support our favorite local band. The music was fantastic as always, but unfortunately the food was not. The appetizer (Fritti Misto) was delightful! Really good and had great flavors. So we were excited about the main course. My wife got the Pappardelle di Bosco which is her favorite Italian dish (she’s Italian). I ordered the Caprichosa (was hoping for the real Capricciosa) pizza. The main course was completely disappointing! On their website the claim Classic Italian menu. It is anything but Classic. Fortunately, the only good things about the main course was portion size and the pasta was fresh! My pizza was not good at all. It was definitely hotel food at a ridiculous price. See pictures. It really tasted like a Peter Piper crust with awful toppings. The ham tasted like it was about to turn. Nothing good about this pizza! My wife’s pasta was okay, but the sauce was not “Classic” and lacked flavor. She said it was not bad, but was not as described and as she was hoping. What they charged for what we actually got should not be legal. It was extremely overpriced! However, the desert (Tres Leches Tiramisu) was great! It was frozen in the middle, but we looked passed that and enjoyed. The service was not great. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed and forgot some stuff, even after coming back to the table and remembering she forgot it. When she brought the check she mentioned she gets $20 if we include her name in a Google review. For the sake of it not being good service I will not include her name. We, unfortunately, won’t be back for the food!

The pasta was really good and filled me up. Ordered a bottle of wine as a recommendation from our server, Francisco, and was very pleased. Service was great and even had live music that was nice entertainment

Was my first time there. Ambiance of the place was very nice. Loved the live band. We sat at the bar and were welcomed immediately. We tried some drinks off the menu and we were not disappointed. They were delicious. Our bartender Jorge definitely delivered on taste, presentation, and quality. The food was very appetizing as well. Presentation and overall taste were great. Definitely a great first impression.

Went for my birthday dinner and was not disappointed! We started with some cocktails from the bar that were well made and reasonably priced. The caprese salad was fresh and had an accent of pesto that played well with the dish. I had the rack of lamb that was honestly one of the best I have ever had (if the owner/chef sees this, please don't discontinue this dish, we will go back again and again just for the lamb). The atmosphere was a little weird as it is in the hotel, which distracts from the 'fine dining' experience, but the food and drinks more than makes up for it! Will definitely stop by again

OK service, overpriced, food needs to be better quality. Never going back. Only good thing is this restaurant is in the hotel.

We went in at around 7:05 and were told that it would be a 10-15 minute wait. We asked if we could wait at the bar. The host walked by 3 times, completely ignoring us, and then my boyfriend went up and asked him if he had a table yet. There were about 5 tables seated in the restaurant. It had been about 20 minutes and we saw the host goofing off with one of the servers. He completely forgot about us. We waited about 20 minutes for our first round of drinks at the table, then we’re told there was no bread for the night. NO BREAD? At an Italian restaurant. Our entrees were okay, pretty dry and I had to add a lot of salt and pepper to my dinner, which I normally never do. When I changed my mind about not getting dessert, the server seemed pretty unhappy. Their priority is not on serving any of the customers but mostly on major catering events for the hotel, and on their phones and each other. Would not recommend.

Service is kind of slow, I was expecting more in the food profile when it advertises itself as real italy taste, there r lots of rooms for improvement for the money they are charging. Overall staff is friendly, food is good but not impressed. Excellent dessert!

Francisco was the best waiter and made the experience that much better. The live music was a nice touch. The food was incredible, most authentic spaghetti I have ever tasted! And desserts and drinks were incredible!

The best Italian restaurant in El Paso. The food is delicious & everything is home made (pasta, sauce, etc). I tried the chicken Chicken parmesan & a Parmesan cheese pasta and both were really good. The drinks are delicious too. They don't have a kids menu but they are a family friendly place. The staff was great specially Francisco & they also have live music several nights of the week. This was my first time & will definitely be returning soon, so happy I found this place.

We stayed at this hotel and ate here many times. It's our favorite restaurant in the city. The food is delicious, drinks are great, & the staff goes above & beyond. They are so kind.

Let me start by saying we weren’t greeted for 20 MINUTES! We got sat at our table and didn’t see a single soul until we actually had to go flag someone down. The appetizers we’re the highlight of the experience as they were really delicious, we orders the meatballs and the caprese salad 10/10 recommend. As for the entrees the ribeye was something I could have made at home… it was very bland and didn’t even look appetizing for $58 and there was no truffle on the “truffle fries”… Lastly, we had to use the same silverware for all the courses. As for our server she was okay, she was very goofy which we honestly enjoyed but not very professional. When we asked her about the dishes on the menu she had no clue because apparently she isn’t allowed to try anything off the menu? But all in all, I will be returning because that caprese salad was probably the best I’ve ever had.

The service was lacking for what you are paying. The food is ok. There was live music but it so loud I had to damn near scream at the people I was having dinner with.

First time here for my husband and I’s anniversary. The staff was wonderful and food was delicious!!! I got the gnocchi- OH MY LORD! Sooo good! My husband got the pollo parmigiana (chicken parm) and he loved it. We were both stuffed but still ordered the tiramisu to go. Yummy food! Definitely recommend!

The experience was great! Service started slow as it was busy, but picked up quickly and we had great appetizers, meals and drinks. We shared the caprese appetizer, beef short rib meal and passion fruit dessert and all were truly amazing coming from a foodie. Dusty Low Band played and provided an excellent relaxed atmosphere. Will go back soon and take family and friends. Awesome service!

Crab dip and the chili burger are a great way to start your evening downtown. Bar setting is kind of small so keep that in mind if you’re in a group. Drinks and food kind of pricey but otherwise taste and ambience is lovely.

Very nice place. We were able to go downstairs from the hotel and walk right in with no wait. The service and food were awesome with a decent wine list.

I had a burger, fries and a bottle of wine there on a friday night. My date didn't come but the live music was very nice. A gentleman came in and sang country covers and 80's music.

Great time with our staff after work and great service, even though the service was a bit slow, it was our fault for coming in so late, they still took care of us and the food was great!! coming back again. xoxo Thank you
