Poor service for new customers. Bartender was drunk and obviously helped all the usual customers with a much better attitude. First and last time I'll be coming here... sucks it couldn't be my hole in the wall too

went there like two days ago with a friend, there was a woman and a man working bar. they both seemed like they were inconvenienced and annoyed by us being there. was only there bc it’s the only bar close to my job and i was on lunch. wouldn’t go there regularly just because of how unwelcomed we both felt. very nasty attitude from them both

ian was very welcoming and cool but jordan and the juarez filler lady were really rude and acted like me and my friend were an inconvenience to them even tho we were the only two people there. if you don’t want the death stare for simply existing inside this place then don’t go, unless ur a middle aged man in a cowboy hat. otherwise you’ll be welcomed in with open arms. but yeah the vibe was so off with those two ppl. very rude

Worst customer service ever would never recommend!!!!!! Very sad for an owner to run her business in such a rude manner… went Sunday with the family as we are waiting for the rest of the family to get there and we see they are serving food so yes it was 10am hadn’t ordered beer yet but we did serve ourselves!! Well the OWNER passed by and was upset we served food & than passes by again & very RUDE says “you guys can at least by beer if you are eating our food” not even 15 min into the game… the owner continued to tell other customers & complain how we haven’t bought beer! Told her she should be ashamed being the Owner and treating customers in such way and we were going to order beer & the game had just started and we were going to order beer/liquor but for her remark we will take our business elsewhere! (Definitely doesn’t know our family drinks and we were planning to celebrate a birthday party right after the game)

The bar that it once was before was great they had alot of selection of beers and this new one wasn't a very good experience selection of beers were very basic and the bartenders would take forever to help serve you

Sunday night Feb 19, at 7:55 we walked in and the service was terrible. It was a steady night and I tried getting the attention of 3 bartenders nicely recognizing they probably had a bad day. Waited 10 minutes and got embarrassed because patrons besides us were looking at us as all three bartenders ignored us. We were about to get up and leave and attempted 1 last time and got served, finally. Horrible service, 1st and last time here. We apologize for being an inconvenience but all we wanted was a few beers but they probably don't like people ordering alcohol on the Lord's day I guess.

Haven't tried the food, but the service and atmosphere are good.

In need of better customer service (far to many waitresses walking around with their heads, like Jack in the Box Big Heads with attitude) it could be a great place without the arrogance.

Sexy bartenders in short shorts!. Draft beer selection; Blue moon, Dos X, Budweiser, etc. 5.25 for a big mug all day and night. 2.50 dollar longnecks Saturday.

Went on a Friday Night. Everyone is a DJ with a modern jukebox. Drinks were great and service was on point even tho there was only 3 Bartenders.

Small place makes it a great spot to spend time with friends having some drinks. The band that plays on Fridays is great!
